本发明公开了一种冬瓜杂粮炒面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:冬瓜20-30、小麦粉80-100、燕麦仁40-50、薏米20-30、青稞8-12、板栗仁10-15、白芝麻8-10、蓝莓15-20、白芷2-3、决明子2-3、淡竹叶1-2、石竹1-2、余甘子1-3、五加皮1-2、月见草1-2、丁葵草2-3、荔枝壳1-2、米酒适量;本发明将多种原料进行炒制,制得的面粉口感更加细腻,香味浓郁,营养价值更高,引入多种杂粮有助于帮助消化,改善胃肠道不良症状,提高人体免疫力,长期食用由其加工成的食品更能够健脾养胃、壮精益力、防老抗衰、润肠通便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面粉,尤其涉及一种冬瓜杂粮炒面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,吃的食物也越来越精细,长期食用会导致胃肠道疾病的发生,因此在吃精食的同时搭配点杂粮能够有效降低胃肠道疾病的发病率,本发明将杂粮引入面粉中,提供一种冬瓜杂粮炒面粉。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种冬瓜杂粮炒面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种冬瓜杂粮炒面粉,是由下述重量份的原料制成:
冬瓜20-30、小麦粉80-100、燕麦仁40-50、薏米20-30、青稞8-12、板栗仁10-15、白芝麻8-10、蓝莓15-20、白芷2-3、决明子2-3、淡竹叶1-2、石竹1-2、余甘子1-3、五加皮1-2、月见草1-2、丁葵草2-3、荔枝壳1-2、米酒适量。
一种冬瓜杂粮炒面粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将冬瓜去皮去瓤后洗净,直接冷冻干燥,得到冬瓜粉,将蓝莓去蒂洗净,与1-2倍凉开水打浆,得到蓝莓浆;
(2)将燕麦仁、薏米、青稞、板栗仁、白芝麻拣杂洗净后晒干,送入锅中,倒入适量米酒淹没原料,加盖,小火慢炖60-70分钟,得到杂粮;
(3)将白芷、决明子、淡竹叶等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水煎煮50-60分钟,过80-100目滤网,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将小麦粉与上述冬瓜粉、蓝莓浆、杂粮、中药粉混合入锅,加入适量米酒,不断翻炒至干,粉碎至100-120目细度,得到成品。

本发明将多种原料进行炒制,制得的面粉口感更加细腻,香味浓郁,营养价值更高,引入多种杂粮有助于帮助消化,改善胃肠道不良症状,提高人体免疫力,长期食用由其加工成的食品更能够健脾养胃、壮精益力、防老抗衰、润肠通便。

一种冬瓜杂粮炒面粉,是由下述重量(斤)的原料制成:
冬瓜20、小麦粉80、燕麦仁40、薏米20、青稞8、板栗仁10、白芝麻8、蓝莓15、白芷2、决明子2、淡竹叶1、石竹1、余甘子2、五加皮1、月见草1、丁葵草2、荔枝壳1、米酒适量。
一种冬瓜杂粮炒面粉制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将冬瓜去皮去瓤后洗净,直接冷冻干燥,得到冬瓜粉,将蓝莓去蒂洗净,与2倍凉开水打浆,得到蓝莓浆;
(2)将燕麦仁、薏米、青稞、板栗仁、白芝麻拣杂洗净后晒干,送入锅中,倒入适量米酒淹没原料,加盖,小火慢炖60分钟,得到杂粮;
(3)将白芷、决明子、淡竹叶等中药原料混合粉碎,加入8倍清水煎煮50分钟,过100目滤网,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将小麦粉与上述冬瓜粉、蓝莓浆、杂粮、中药粉混合入锅,加入适量米酒,不断翻炒至干,粉碎至120目细度,得到成品。
Claims (2)
1.一种冬瓜杂粮炒面粉,其特征在于是由下述重量份的原料制成:冬瓜20-30、小麦粉80-100、燕麦仁40-50、薏米20-30、青稞8-12、板栗仁10-15、白芝麻8-10、蓝莓15-20、白芷2-3、决明子2-3、淡竹叶1-2、石竹1-2、余甘子1-3、五加皮1-2、月见草1-2、丁葵草2-3、荔枝壳1-2、米酒适量。
2. 一种如权利要求1所述的冬瓜杂粮炒面粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:(1)将冬瓜去皮去瓤后洗净,直接冷冻干燥,得到冬瓜粉,将蓝莓去蒂洗净,与1-2倍凉开水打浆,得到蓝莓浆;(2)将燕麦仁、薏米、青稞、板栗仁、白芝麻拣杂洗净后晒干,送入锅中,倒入适量米酒淹没原料,加盖,小火慢炖60-70分钟,得到杂粮;(3)将白芷、决明子、淡竹叶、石竹、余甘子、五加皮、月见草、丁葵草、荔枝壳混合粉碎,加入8-10倍清水煎煮50-60分钟,过80-100目滤网,滤液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;(4)将小麦粉与上述冬瓜粉、蓝莓浆、杂粮、中药粉混合入锅,加入适量米酒,不断翻炒至干,粉碎至100-120目细度,得到成品。
