本发明公开了一种防三高面条,由下列重量份的原料制成:燕麦85-95、白芸豆50-60、青稞30-40、苦瓜20-30、海藻8-10、银耳10-16、桃仁12-17、草石蚕1-2、熟地1-2、白薇2-3、铁扫帚1-2、面条添加剂1-2、水适量;本发明的面条,采用燕麦、白芸豆、青稞作为主原料,燕麦具有降低血压、益肝和胃、养颜护肤、降低胆固醇、防治大肠癌、防治心脏疾病、改善血液循环、促进伤口愈合的作用。青稞具有清肠、调节血糖、降低胆固醇、提高免疫力的作用。海藻具有降低胆固醇、降血压、润泽皮肤、抗病毒的作用。银耳具有滋阴润肺、生津目咳、清润益胃、补气和血、强心壮身、补脑提神、嫩肤美容、延年益寿、抗癌之功效。

本发明涉及一种食品及其工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种防三高面条及其制备方法。
背景技术
面条是一种制作简单,食用方便,营养丰富,即可主食又可快餐的健康保健食品,早已为世界人民所接受与喜爱。传统的面条是由小麦粉和调味料制成,随着经济的发展及生活水平的提高,近些年来人们在传统的面条上添加了一些杂粮或是具有蔬菜,但是大多口味单一,营养不齐全,不能满足现代人对于保健绿色食品的追求。本发明的面条,添加的具有保健作用的食材,使人们通过日常饮食来达到食疗养生的目的。
发明内容
本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种防三高面条及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
面条由下列重量份的原料制成:燕麦85-95、白芸豆50-60、青稞30-40、苦瓜20-30、海藻8-10、银耳10-16、桃仁12-17、草石蚕1-2、熟地1-2、白薇2-3、铁扫帚1-2、面条添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述面条添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽粉20-30、莲藕20-30、大球盖菇20-25、夏威夷果20-30、苹果20-30、茶花粉8-12、紫珠6-7、蒲黄2-3、蒲公英3-4、旋柄茄4-5、千日红4-5、菠萝皮5-6、马尾连3-4、水适量;制备方法是将莲藕洗净削皮后与紫珠、蒲黄、蒲公英、旋柄茄、千日红、菠萝皮、马尾连混合后加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,取出莲藕捣成泥状,烘干,研磨成粉;将大球盖菇洗净沥干后放入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉;将苹果洗净去核打成果汁,夏威夷果去壳后放入炒锅中炒香加入苹果汁文火翻炒至水分耗干,研磨成粉,得混合粉;将所得的莲藕粉、大球盖菇、混合粉、小麦胚芽粉以及其它剩余成分混合均匀,即可。
所述面条的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将燕麦、白芸豆、青稞加入水中浸泡10-12小时,取出沥干,放入炒锅中翻炒至有香味溢出,研磨成粉,得杂粮粉,备用;
(2)将苦瓜洗净去籽加入打汁机中打成浆汁,加入海藻、银耳研磨成浆,得混合浆,备用;
(3)将草石蚕、熟地、白薇、铁扫帚加入适量水中文火煎煮1-2小时,滤掉沉渣,得煎煮液;
(4)将桃仁用步骤3的煎煮液研磨成浆,得桃仁浆,备用;
(5)将步骤1的杂粮浆、步骤2的混合浆、步骤4的桃仁浆以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀,调制成面条,再加工成面条,即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的面条,采用燕麦、白芸豆、青稞作为主原料,燕麦具有降低血压、益肝和胃、养颜护肤、降低胆固醇、防治大肠癌、防治心脏疾病、改善血液循环、促进伤口愈合的作用。青稞具有清肠、调节血糖、降低胆固醇、提高免疫力的作用。海藻具有降低胆固醇、降血压、润泽皮肤、抗病毒的作用。银耳具有滋阴润肺、生津目咳、清润益胃、补气和血、强心壮身、补脑提神、嫩肤美容、延年益寿、抗癌之功效。
具体实施方案
下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:燕麦90、白芸豆55、青稞35、苦瓜25、海藻9、银耳15、桃仁16、草石蚕2、熟地1、白薇2、铁扫帚1、面条添加剂1、水适量;
所述面条添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:小麦胚芽粉25、莲藕27、大球盖菇22、夏威夷果26、苹果27、茶花粉9、紫珠7、蒲黄2、蒲公英3、旋柄茄4、千日红5、菠萝皮5、马尾连3、水适量;制备方法是将莲藕洗净削皮后与紫珠、蒲黄、蒲公英、旋柄茄、千日红、菠萝皮、马尾连混合后加入适量水文火煎煮2小时,取出莲藕捣成泥状,烘干,研磨成粉;将大球盖菇洗净沥干后放入烘干机中烘干,研磨成粉;将苹果洗净去核打成果汁,夏威夷果去壳后放入炒锅中炒香加入苹果汁文火翻炒至水分耗干,研磨成粉,得混合粉;将所得的莲藕粉、大球盖菇、混合粉、小麦胚芽粉以及其它剩余成分混合均匀,即可。
所述面条的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将燕麦、白芸豆、青稞加入水中浸泡11小时,取出沥干,放入炒锅中翻炒至有香味溢出,研磨成粉,得杂粮粉,备用;
(2)将苦瓜洗净去籽加入打汁机中打成浆汁,加入海藻、银耳研磨成浆,得混合浆,备用;
(3)将草石蚕、熟地、白薇、铁扫帚加入适量水中文火煎煮2小时,滤掉沉渣,得煎煮液;
(4)将桃仁用步骤3的煎煮液研磨成浆,得桃仁浆,备用;
(5)将步骤1的杂粮浆、步骤2的混合浆、步骤4的桃仁浆以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀,调制成面条,再加工成面条,即可。

1.一种防三高面条,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:燕麦85-95、白芸豆50-60、青稞30-40、苦瓜20-30、海藻8-10、银耳10-16、桃仁12-17、草石蚕1-2、熟地1-2、白薇2-3、铁扫帚1-2、面条添加剂1-2、水适量;
