背景技术
随着年龄的增长,步入老年群体的人,生理上会表现出新陈代谢放缓、抵抗力下降、生理机能下降等特征,而大脑的衰老衰退,主要表现为智力减退、记忆力下降、思维紊乱、反应迟钝等。随着老龄人口的增长,脑力的衰退,老年性痴呆的患病率越来越高。因此推迟衰老的时间,减轻衰老的程度,让老年痴呆来得更晚一些,疾病更轻一些,除了药物缓解以外,主要还得通过日常食品进食调理,本发明制备一种益智补脑的食品养生饮料,丰富饮料品种同时延缓老龄人大脑衰退状况。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种益智补脑的食品养生饮料及其制备方法 。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
    一种益智补脑的食品养生饮料,由下列重量份的原料制成:大枣30-40、龙眼肉40-50、余甘果20-30、黄花菜25-35、椰汁40-80、苦荞10-20、核桃仁15-25、炒黑豆粉4-7、丹参2-3、葡萄子3-4、茯神2-3、葛根2-3、草柏枝1-2、石菖蒲2-3、茯苓1-2、益智仁3-5、山楂核1-2、冰草1-3、枸杞子3-4、当归1-2、水适量。
    所述的益智补脑的食品养生饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将去核大枣、龙眼肉、余甘果洗净沥干,送入果浆机打浆,得果浆;
(2)、将鲜嫩黄花菜盐水浸泡20-30分钟,焯水漂烫4-6分钟,冲洗沥干,晒干研磨粉体,得黄花菜粉;
(3)、将丹参、葡萄籽、葛根、当归等中草药成分,合并送入破碎机过60-100目筛,得中药粉体,加水煎煮,过滤去渣,得提取液;
(4)、将苦荞、核桃仁入锅炒制出香,研磨成粉,合并黄花菜粉,加入3-5倍水煮沸20-30分钟,冷却至60-80℃,加入果浆、椰汁、提取液等搅拌均匀,保温10-25分钟,冷却至32-45℃,加入果胶酶酶解1.5-3小时,离心过滤,滤液加热至75-88℃焖煮20-30分钟,超滤即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明益智补脑养生饮料口感醇香清甜,饮用方便;配方中丹参、葡萄籽等具有扶正培本,益气养血,活血化瘀养脑的作用,益智仁、石菖蒲有镇静安神、增强记忆的功效,黄花菜有健脑抗衰、消食健胃的功效,适合中老年人饮用。
具体实施方式
     一种益智补脑的食品养生饮料,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:大枣40、龙眼肉40、余甘果25、黄花菜25、椰汁60、苦荞10、核桃仁25、炒黑豆粉6、丹参2、葡萄子3、茯神2、葛根2、草柏枝1、石菖蒲2、茯苓1、益智仁3、山楂核1、冰草2、枸杞子4、当归1、水适量。
    所述的益智补脑的食品养生饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将去核大枣、龙眼肉、余甘果洗净沥干,送入果浆机打浆,得果浆;
(2)、将鲜嫩黄花菜盐水浸泡30分钟,焯水漂烫6分钟,冲洗沥干,晒干研磨粉体,得黄花菜粉;
(3)、将丹参、葡萄籽、葛根、当归等中草药成分,合并送入破碎机过100目筛,得中药粉体,加水煎煮,过滤去渣,得提取液;
(4)、将苦荞、核桃仁入锅炒制出香,研磨成粉,合并黄花菜粉,加入5倍水煮沸30分钟,冷却至80℃,加入果浆、椰汁、提取液等搅拌均匀,保温25分钟,冷却至43℃,加入果胶酶酶解3小时,离心过滤,滤液加热至88℃焖煮30分钟,超滤即得。

1.一种益智补脑的食品养生饮料,特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:大枣30-40、龙眼肉40-50、余甘果20-30、黄花菜25-35、椰汁40-80、苦荞10-20、核桃仁15-25、炒黑豆粉4-7、丹参2-3、葡萄子3-4、茯神2-3、葛根2-3、草柏枝1-2、石菖蒲2-3、茯苓1-2、益智仁3-5、山楂核1-2、冰草1-3、枸杞子3-4、当归1-2、水适量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的益智补脑的食品养生饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)、将去核大枣、龙眼肉、余甘果洗净沥干,送入果浆机打浆,得果浆;
(2)、将鲜嫩黄花菜盐水浸泡20-30分钟,焯水漂烫4-6分钟,冲洗沥干,晒干研磨粉体,得黄花菜粉;
(3)、将丹参、葡萄籽、葛根、当归等中草药成分,合并送入破碎机过60-100目筛,得中药粉体,加水煎煮,过滤去渣,得提取液;
(4)、将苦荞、核桃仁入锅炒制出香,研磨成粉,合并黄花菜粉,加入3-5倍水煮沸20-30分钟,冷却至60-80℃,加入果浆、椰汁、提取液等搅拌均匀,保温10-25分钟,冷却至32-45℃,加入果胶酶酶解1.5-3小时,离心过滤,滤液加热至75-88℃焖煮20-30分钟,超滤即得。
