本发明主要涉及食品及其制备方法技术领域,尤其涉及一种菠萝酸奶紫薯片。
背景技术
食品、饮料是人们消耗最快的消费品,食品、饮料关系到人们的身体健康,现在市场上的副食品越来越多,但是大多数的副食品只是能解决人们基本需求,人们的生活水平在不断的提高,对副食品的营养要求也越来越高。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种菠萝酸奶紫薯片,由以下重量份原料组成:紫薯220-230、山芋60-80、粳米50-60、黑豆50-60、淀粉70-80、玫瑰花粉10-15、香菇20-30、菠萝25-30、柠檬15-20、酸奶35-40、苹果醋30-40、相思藤叶5-6、杭白菊6-7、金银花6-7、罗汉果5-6、决明子5-6、茵陈5-6、小茴香5-6、菠菜籽5-6、食盐适量、味精适量、白砂糖适量、水适量。
一种菠萝酸奶紫薯片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将紫薯、山芋洗净,去皮后,至于蒸笼中,用水蒸气蒸熟,冷却后取出,做成芋泥;
(2)将粳米、黑豆、香菇洗净,至于锅中,加入适量的水,适量的食盐,加热焖煮50-60分钟,将粳米、黑豆、香菇取出,磨成豆泥;
(3)将菠萝、柠檬洗净去皮后,切成块,至于锅中,加入酸奶、苹果醋,煮20-30分钟,将所有物料取出,打成浆汁,得到菠萝柠檬汁;
(4)将相思藤叶、杭白菊、金银花、罗汉果、决明子、茵陈、小茴香、菠菜籽用6-8倍量的水提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(5)将芋泥、豆泥、菠萝柠檬汁、中药粉与淀粉、玫瑰花粉合并,加入适量食盐、白砂糖,充分搅拌,混合均匀后,做成紫薯片,烤熟即可。

1.一种菠萝酸奶紫薯片,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:紫薯220-230、山芋60-80、粳米50-60、黑豆50-60、淀粉70-80、玫瑰花粉10-15、香菇20-30、菠萝25-30、柠檬15-20、酸奶35-40、苹果醋30-40、相思藤叶5-6、杭白菊6-7、金银花6-7、罗汉果5-6、决明子5-6、茵陈5-6、小茴香5-6、菠菜籽5-6、食盐适量、味精适量、白砂糖适量、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种菠萝酸奶紫薯片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将紫薯、山芋洗净,去皮后,至于蒸笼中,用水蒸气蒸熟,冷却后取出,做成芋泥;
