背景技术  市场上有各卤味蛋,但是本发明利用花椒等香料泡制鸭蛋,尚很少见到。 
发明内容  本发明的目的是提供一种麻香辣鸭蛋。 
方案是:鸭蛋22-25kg、花椒1.5-1.6kg、辣椒粉1.1-1.2kg、八角粉250-300g、盐3-3.2kg、稻壳适量、黄泥适量。 
制备方法:将各种料加适量水混合,拌成泥状,将鸭蛋外部全部裹满混好的泥,放置在瓦缸中腌制一个月即可。腌制好的鸭蛋,用水煮或蒸熟即可食用,蛋清透明,滑嫩Q弹,蛋黄金黄油润,香醇可口,麻辣咸香,回味无穷。
