背景技术  皖南丘陵山区,到了春季到处都是野生的小笋,味美甘鲜,但鲜食季节有限,本发明就是要将小野笋制作成能一年四季吃的香糟笋,供人们品尝。 
发明内容  本发明的目的是提供一种特制香糟小野笋。 
方案是:小野笋85-90kg,香糟卤13-14kg、八角250-300g、陈皮200-220g、香叶120-130g、辣椒粉550-600g、精盐750-800g、味精250-300g、白糖450-500g。 
制备方法:小野笋开水汆熟,晾凉后,加入上述所有调料,拌匀后,入坛腌制一周即可,密封小袋装。 
具体实施方式
