本发明涉及车辆的电池组安装结构,并且更具体地,涉及配置成在混合动力车或电动车内安装高电压电池组,同时提供其冷却结构的结构。
背景技术
能够供应大量电的高电压电池组通常安装在混合动力车或电动车中。由于电池组的体积非常显著,因此在车辆内提供适当的安装空间是车辆制造商所面对的主要技术问题之一。进一步,由于电池组的重量显著,因此确保安装操作中的可行性也是关心的问题。
此外,这些电池组在其工作过程中释放热,因此,为了防止故障并且增加耐久性,它们必须得到适当的冷却。这些冷却操作对系统中所有电池组的使用寿命都产生较大影响,并且因此对于制造优质产品是必不可少的。

发明内容
本发明致力于提供车辆的电池组安装结构,其配置成通过使电池组安装结构对现有有效车内空间或行李箱的使用最小化来使对现有车辆结构的改变最小化并且使车辆内的空间利用最大化,对电池组提供优异的安装可行性,均匀冷却构成电池组的各个电池单元,并且防止乘员暴露至由将冷却电池的空气排出至外侧而引起的不舒服的气流环境。
本发明的示例性实施方式提供车辆内电池组安装结构,包括:在驾驶员座椅与乘客座椅之间的中央控制台安装空间内纵向安装的电池组;配置成从电池组前方供应冷却空气的冷却空气提供装置;配置成将来自冷却空气提供装置的冷却空气分配至构成电池组的多个电池模块的冷却空气分配装置;以及安装成在冷却空气已通过电池组之后接收冷却空气,并且将冷却空气通过电池组后部排出到车身外侧的排出管道。

具体实施方式
应理解,本文使用的术语“车辆”或“车辆的”或其它类似术语包括通常的机动车,例如,包括多功能运动车(SUV)、公共汽车、卡车、各种商务车的客车,包括各种船只和船舶的水运工具,飞行器等等,并且包括混合动力车、电动车、插入式混合电动车、氢动力车和其它代用燃料车(例如,来源于石油以外的资源的燃料)。如本文所提到的,混合动力车是具有两种或多种动力源的车辆,例如,具有汽油动力和电动力的车辆。
参照图1~8,根据本发明的示例性实施方式的车辆的电池组安装结构包括在驾驶员座椅1与乘客座椅3之间的中央控制台安装空间中纵向安装的电池组9、设置成将冷却空气供应至电池组9的前部的冷却空气提供装置7(例如,冷却风扇27)、将来自冷却空气提供装置7的冷却空气分配至构成电池组9的多个电池模块5的冷却空气分配装置11(例如,多个支管29)、以及配置成接收已通过一个电池模块5的冷却空气并且将所接收的冷却空气经由电池组安装结构19的后部排出到车身外侧的排出管道装置13。例如,冷却空气可以通过电池组安装结构19的下后部排出。
也就是说,电池组9布置在之前由中央控制台占据的空间中,结果,可以更加有效地使用车辆的行李箱空间,并且由于电池组9占据了传统地由消费者利用的空间,因此可以使车辆的空间利用最大化。而且,可以在不改变驾驶员座椅1和乘客座椅3的位置的情况下安装电池模块5。
在示例性实施方式中,电池组9、冷却空气提供装置7、以及冷却空气分配装置11被整体模块化,并且纵向安装在延伸的安装板15上。安装板15可以安装并且固定至地板的中央通道17的顶部。也就是说,当将以图2所示的状态模块化的电池组安装结构19配置并安装在车辆上时,电池组模块19可以按照如图4所示的滑动方式安装在车辆上。
而且,可以通过将安装板15滑动到中央通道17顶部的装配部分(fitted portion)来安装电池组安装结构19。为了将电池组模块19滑动到修补部分(fettle portion),在示例性实施方式中,安装板15包括多个弯曲。安装板的两侧均形成为收容安装至中央通道的多个安装支架21。安装支架21配置成将安装板两侧的安装板固定至中央通道17。
因此,安装板15与中央通道17与安装支架21之间具有轨道状结构,因此,当电池组安装结构19跨越该结构滑动时,电池组安装结构19跨越安装支架21线性地移动到合适的位置,使得可以准确地安装电池组安装结构。
结果,当通过以上方法将电池组模块19装载到精确位置时,例如使用连接螺栓将安装板15和安装支架21彼此连接并固定,结果,完成电池组安装结构19的安装操作。
同时,当安装板15的截面结构配置成包括中心向下突出以形成水平面的中央突起23时,地板的中央突起23支撑在如图3中所示的中央通道17的顶部之上,以确保更加坚固与稳定的安装状态。
在示例性实施方式中,冷却空气提供装置7可以被实现为冷却风扇27,其在电池组9的前方安装在安装板15之上,以通过其旋转力提供空气,并通过排出管道25将空气吹入冷却空气分配装置11中。在本发明的示例说明的实施方式中,在向前的大部分电池组9的顶部之上向后开放排出管道25。

如图2或5中所示,电池组安装结构配置成沿车辆的向前与向后方向纵向串联放置各个电池模块5,并且冷却空气分配装置11的一端与冷却风扇27的排出管道25连接,而另一端与各个电池模块5连接。冷却空气分配装置11可以配置为多个支管29,该多个支管29重叠,以将冷却空气从冷却风扇27单独提供至各个电池模块。这些支管可以各自具有与排出管道25相连通的相对较大的截面区域。
因此,因用于各个单独电池模块5的各个单独管道的单独输送系统,各个电池模块5可以几乎同时接收相似温度的相同量的冷却空气。

有利地,本发明通过使混合动力车或电动车中安装电池组所需的空间量最小化来使对现有车辆结构的改变最小化,并且使车辆的空间利用最大化。本发明的示例说明的实施方式还通过单独地均匀冷却各个电池模块来提供有效的电池组操作,并且同时防止乘员因排放到车辆内部客舱中的冷却空气而感觉不舒适。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆的电池组安装结构,包括:
电池组,纵向安装在驾驶员座椅与乘客座椅之间的中央控制台安装空间中,并且包括多个电池模块;
冷却空气提供装置,配置成将冷却空气供应到所述电池组的前部;
冷却空气分配装置,配置成将所述冷却空气提供装置提供的冷却空气单独分配至多个电池模块的各个;以及
排出管道装置,配置成接收已通过各个单独电池模块的冷却空气,并且将所述冷却空气经由所述电池组的后部排出到车身外侧,
其中:
所述电池组、所述冷却空气提供装置、以及所述冷却空气分配装置被整体模块化,并且安装在安装板上,所述安装板在车辆内纵向延伸,并且所述安装板安装并且固定至地板的中央通道的顶部,
所述冷却空气提供装置为冷却风扇,所述冷却风扇在所述电池组的前部安装在所述安装板上,以通过其旋转力提供空气,并且通过排出管道将所提供的空气吹入所述冷却空气分配装置中,并且所述排出管道在所述电池组的顶部向后开放,
通过将所述多个电池模块沿车辆的纵向串联设置来配置所述电池组,并且
将所述冷却空气分配装置的一端与所述冷却风扇的排出管道连接,并且将另一端与各个电池模块单独连接,其中所述冷却空气分配装置被实现为彼此纵向重叠的多个支管,以将来自所述冷却风扇的冷却空气单独提供至各个所述电池模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的电池组安装结构,其中所述安装板包括多个弯曲,其中两侧形成为收容安装至地板的所述中央通道的多个安装支架,并且
所述多个安装支架配置成将所述安装板固定至所述中央通道的顶部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的电池组安装结构,其中所述安装板的截面结构配置成包括中央突起,所述中央突起的中心向下突出,以形成水平面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的电池组安装结构,其中所述支管形成为多个中空板的形状,所述中空板彼此重叠,并且设置在所述电池组的顶部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的电池组安装结构,其中所述排出管道装置为出口管道,所述出口管道从所述电池组的后下侧连接,分支到所述中央通道的两侧,并且与沿车身的水平方向安装在车辆的所述地板上的中央地板加强框架相连通,以通过车身外侧的出口将所述冷却空气排出到车身外侧。
