本发明基于如下的主要构思:将电池模块固定在用于电动车辆或混合动力车辆的储能器组件中,以便容易地进入并且不可拆卸。储能器组件在此具有外壳,所述外壳具有外壳上部和可拆卸地固定至外壳上部的外壳下部,其中外壳上部能够固定至电动车辆或混合动力车辆的地板面板。至少一个电池模块在此布置在外壳上部与外壳下部之间的容器空间。根据本发明,至少一个电池模块可拆卸地固定至外壳上部。而且,外壳上部能够固定至电动车辆或混合动力车辆的地板面板。在维修时,外壳下部例如能够首先从外壳上部拆下。至少一个电池模块能够以压入配合或形状配合的方式可拆卸地固定至外壳上部,使得至少一个电池模块在外壳下部拆下后能够保持固定至外壳上部,并且现在能够从后者拆下。多个电池模块应当固定在储能器组件中,所述电池模块能够被单独地从外壳上部拆下,并且储能器组件能够因此以最小的力和复杂性的方式维修。
在根据本发明的储能器组件的加强件的情况下,有益地设置为外壳上部和/或外壳下部至少在区域中由金属组成,优选地由铝或钢组成,和/或由纤维加强的塑料材料组成。以这种方式,外壳上部和外壳下部能够更好地保护放置于其中的至少一个电池模块免受机械损坏。而且,由于纤维加强的塑料材料,外壳的自重能够有益地减小。
有益地设置为外壳上部和外壳下部设计为以便为桶状。可替代地,外壳上部能够设计为以便为桶状,而外壳下部能够设计为以便为板状。外壳上部和/或外壳下部还能够具有一体构造的加强结构。加强结构例如能够具有多个一体构造的肋,通过所述肋外壳上部和外壳下部能够被加固。在事故时,电动车辆或混合动力车辆的车辆结构能够由加强的外壳支撑,并且冲击能量能够至少部分地在外壳中被吸收。用于可拆卸地固定至少一个电池模块的紧固组件还能够有益地布置在外壳上部中。加强的外壳下部能够有益地形成对于至少一个电池模块的钻撞保护(underride protection)。
在根据本发明的技术方案的加强件的情况下,有益地设置为外壳上部以压入配合或形状配合的方式固定至地板面板和/或固定至电动车辆或混合动力车辆的至少一个车辆支撑件。外壳上部例如能够因此螺纹配合或过盈配合至地板面板以及车辆支撑件,并且因此能够有益地增加电动车辆或混合动力车辆的刚性。
可替代地或另外地,外壳上部能够以材料一体的方式优选地通过粘合连接而固定至地板面板和/或固定至电动车辆或混合动力车辆的至少一个车辆支撑件。由于粘合连接,外壳上部和地板面板以及车辆支撑件跨过大面积而相互固定,因此电动车辆或混合动力车辆能够被额外地加强。在事故时,也能够在外壳上部中接纳和吸收冲击能量。地板面板与外壳上部之间的公差也能够由粘合连接而被有益地补偿。为了使粘合连接免受潮湿,还设置为通过水密的密封结构来使粘合连接相对于外部受到保护。
有益地设置为外壳上部至少在区域中形成电动车辆或混合动力车辆的地板面板。例如,外壳上部能够因此固定至车辆支撑件,并且外壳上部能够替代电动车辆或混合动力车辆的地板面板。以这种方式,能够减少材料的成本和电动车辆或混合动力车辆的自重。可替代地或另外地,外壳下部能够形成针对至少一个电池模块的钻撞保护。
在储能器组件的有益的改进的情况下,设置为至少一个电池模块通过自关闭和和自打开连接,优选地通过卡扣连接而可拆卸地固定至外壳上部。至少一个电池模块在此通过沿外壳上部的方向的移动而能够固定至外壳上部。以这种有益的方式,至少一个电池模块能够以简化的方式从外壳上部拆下或者以简化的方式固定至外壳上部。在维修时,例如,通过背向外壳上部的移动,外壳下部能够从外壳上部拆下,并且至少一个电池模块能够从外壳上部拆下。多个电池模块应当固定在储能器组件中,后者能够因此单独地从外壳上部拆下,并且储能器组件能够以最小的力和复杂性的方式被维修。
能够有益地设置为储能器组件具有多个电池模块,并且外壳下部由多个盖形成。相应的盖在此被分配至相应的电池模块,使得盖的数量对应于储能器组件中的电池模块的数量。相应的电池模块还以形状配合和/或压入配合和/或材料结合的方式固定至相应的盖。相应的电池模块可拆卸地固定至外壳上部,使得在维修时与盖连接的相应的电池模块通过背向外壳上部的移动而能够从外壳上部拆下。因此,与盖连接的相应的电池模块通过朝向外壳上部的移动而能够固定至外壳上部。储能器组件中的多个电池模块能够单独地从外壳上部拆下,并且储能器组件以这种方式能够以最小的力和复杂性维修。
在储能器组件的有益的改进中,设置为储能器组件具有冷却装置,所述冷却装置能够由冷却剂流体灌注、具有冷却剂流体分配件以及针对相应的电池模块设置的至少一个冷却板,所述冷却板能够被冷却剂的流动环绕。冷却装置的冷却剂分配件在此固定至外壳上部,并且相应的冷却板固定至相应的电池模块,以便面向外壳下部并且以便传递热。外壳的容器空间能够由冷却剂流体灌注,并且相应的电池模块能够以特别有效的方式被冷却。相应的冷却板在此固定至相应的电池模块以便传递热,并且例如能够具有在相应的电池模块的各个电池单元之间接合的突出的散热器。以这种有益的方式,来自相应的电池模块的各个电池单元的热能够通过散热器而消散至相应的冷却板,并且从相应的冷却板消散至冷却剂流体。
在储能器组件的有益的改进的情况下,设置为储能器组件具有固定至外壳上部的电切换单元。至少一个电池模块的电端子在该示例中朝向外壳上部导向,并且通过电池模块沿外壳上部的方向的移动而能够电切换至切换单元。以这种有益的方式能够明显地简化储能器组件的组装操作。
总体上,根据本发明的储能器组件的电池模块能够单独地更换,并且根据本发明的储能器组件因此能够以减小的复杂性维修。在储能器组件的有益的另一个设计实施例的情况下,相应的电池模块能够电连接至切换单元,并且电池模块能够通过沿外壳上部的方向的移动而固定至外壳上部。因此,能够明显地简化储能器组件的组装操作以及维修。
本发明还涉及具有储能器组件的电动车辆或混合动力车辆。储能器组件在此具有外壳,所述外壳具有外壳上部并且具有外壳下部。根据本发明的储能器组件如上所述地设计。外壳上部能够有益地以压入配合或形状配合的方式固定至地板面板和/或固定至电动车辆或混合动力车辆的至少一个车辆支撑件。可替代地或另外地,外壳上部能够以材料结合的方式,优选地通过粘合连接而固定至地板面板和/或固定至电动车辆或混合动力车辆的至少一个车辆支撑件。还能够设置为外壳上部至少部分地形成电动车辆或混合动力车辆的地板面板。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的用于电动车辆或混合动力车辆9的储能器组件1的从上方的分解图。在图2中示出了储能器组件1的从下方的分解图。储能器组件1具有外壳2,所述外壳2具有桶状的外壳上部2a和例如以压入配合或形状配合的方式可拆卸地固定至外壳上部2a的板状的外壳下部2b。外壳上部2a能够固定至地板面板和/或电动车辆或混合动力车辆9的车辆支撑件4。外壳上部2a与地板面板3以及与车辆支撑件4的固定在此能够以压入配合或形状配合的方式执行,或者以通过焊接或粘合连接的材料结合的方式执行。
多个电池模块6布置在外壳上部2a与外壳下部2b之间的容器空间5中,所述电池模块6可拆卸地固定至外壳上部2a。电池模块6与外壳上部2a的可拆卸的固定在此能够以压入配合或形状配合的方式执行。在维修中,外壳下部2b能够从外壳上部2a拆下,并且能够暴露外壳上部2a中的各个电池模块6。电池模块6随后能够单独地从外壳上部2a拆下并且更换。外壳上部2a在此能够保持固定至面板3和车辆支撑件4,并且储能器组件1以这种方式能够通过减小的复杂性以及简化的方式被维修。
外壳上部2a具有一体构造的加强结构7,而外壳下部2b具有一体构造的加强结构8。相应的加强结构7和8在每种情况下具有多个一体构造的肋7a和8a,通过所述肋7a和8a,外壳上部2a和外壳下部2b被加固。外壳上部2a中的肋7a将容器空间5细分为单个的空间5a,其中在每种情况下一个电池模块6在每个单个的空间5a中是可固定的。外壳上部2a和外壳下部2b能够由金属组成,例如由铝或钢组成,或者由纤维加强塑料材料组成。外壳2的刚性因此能够增加。而且,在事故时,地板面板3和车辆支撑件4能够被外壳2支撑,并且冲击能量能够至少部分地在外壳2中被吸收。
图3示出了替代设计实施例的具有外壳下部2b的储能器组件1。外壳下部2b在此由多个盖11形成,其中相应的盖11被分配至相应的电池模块6。储能器组件1因此具有相同数量的盖11和电池模块6。相应的电池模块6在此以形状配合的方式通过多个螺钉10而固定至相应的盖11,其中与相应的盖11连接的相应的电池模块6通过沿外壳上部2a的方向的移动而能够固定至外壳上部2a。为此目的,在每种情况下与自动闩锁卡扣连接件的相应的其他卡扣单元互补的一个卡扣单元能够固定至相应的电池模块6和外壳上部2a。
图4示出了盖11上的电池模块6的分解图。在此能够看到螺钉10,通过所述螺钉10电池模块6以压入配合的方式固定至盖11。与电池模块6连接的盖11通过螺钉10a而固定至外壳上部2a。图5示出了来自图4的电池模块6和盖11的放大的部分视图。而且,围绕的密封沟槽12构造在相应的盖11上,在所述密封沟槽12中合并有密封件13。密封沟槽12中的密封件13相对于外壳上部2a密封盖11,使得外壳2的相应的容器空间5相对于外部被密封。因此,外壳2的相应的容器空间5,以及因此的电池模块6能够免受灰尘。电池模块6应当由冷却剂冷却,所述冷却剂流动为以便直接包围所述电池模块6,冷却剂因此也能够不从容器空间5泄漏。图6示出了来自图4的电池模块6和盖11的截面图。
总体上,储能器组件1中的电池模块6能够被单独地更换,并且因此根据本发明的储能器组件1能够以减小的复杂性维修。在储能器组件的有益的其他设计实施例的情况下,相应的电池模块能够通过沿外壳上部的方向的移动而固定至外壳上部。这能够明显地简化组装操作以及储能器组件的维修。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于电动车辆或混合动力车辆的储能器组件(1),
-其中所述储能器组件(1)具有外壳(2),所述外壳(2)具有外壳上部(2a)以及可拆卸地固定至所述外壳上部(2a)的外壳下部(2b);
-其中所述外壳上部(2a)能够固定至所述电动车辆或所述混合动力车辆的地板面板(3);并且
-其中至少一个电池模块(6)布置在所述外壳上部(2a)与所述外壳下部(2b)之间的容器空间(5)中,
其特征在于,
所述至少一个电池模块(6)可拆卸地固定至所述外壳上部(2a);
所述储能器组件具有多个电池模块(6),并且所述外壳下部(2b)由多个盖(11)形成,其中相应的盖(11)被分配至相应的电池模块(6),使得所述盖(11)的数量对应于所述储能器组件(1)中的电池模块(6)的数量;并且
相应的电池模块(6)以形状配合的方式和/或压入配合的方式和/或材料一体的方式固定至相应的盖(11);
其中,所述外壳上部(2a)内部具有第一加强结构(7),第一加强结构(7)将容器空间(5)分隔为容纳电池模块的空间(5a),与电池模块(6)连接的盖(11)固定到所述空间(5a)的下侧;
密封沟槽(12)构造在相应的盖(11)上,在所述密封沟槽(12)中合并有密封件(13),密封沟槽(12)中的密封件(13)相对于外壳上部(2a)密封盖(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的储能器组件,
其特征在于
-所述外壳上部(2a)设计为以便为桶状,而所述外壳下部(2b)设计为以便为桶状或板状,和/或
-所述外壳上部(2a)和/或所述外壳下部(2b)至少在区域中由金属组成,和/或由纤维加强塑料材料组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的储能器组件,
其特征在于,
所述外壳下部(2b)在每种情况下具有一体构造的第二加强结构(8)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的储能器组件,
其特征在于,
所述外壳上部(2a)以压入配合或形状配合的方式以材料结合的方式,而固定至地板面板(3)和/或固定至所述电动车辆或所述混合动力车辆的至少一个车辆支撑件(4)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的储能器组件,
其特征在于,
所述外壳上部(2a)以材料结合的方式通过粘合连接而固定至所述地板面板(3)和/或固定至所述电动车辆或所述混合动力车辆的所述至少一个车辆支撑件(4),其中所述粘合连接通过水密的密封结构而相对于外部受到保护。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的储能器组件,
其特征在于,
-所述外壳上部(2a)至少在区域中形成所述电动车辆或所述混合动力车辆的地板面板(3);和/或
-所述外壳下部(2b)形成针对所述至少一个电池模块(6)的钻撞保护。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的储能器组件,
其特征在于,
-所述至少一个电池模块(6)以压入配合的方式,而可拆卸地固定至所述外壳上部(2a);并且
-所述至少一个电池模块(6)通过沿所述外壳上部(2a)的方向的移动而能够固定至所述外壳上部(2a)。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的储能器组件,
其特征在于,
-所述储能器组件(1)具有冷却装置,所述冷却装置具有冷却剂分配件,所述冷却剂分配件具有多个进口管和出口管,并且具有针对相应的电池模块(6)设置的至少一个冷却板,所述冷却板能够被冷却剂的流动包围;并且
-所述冷却装置的所述冷却剂分配件固定至所述外壳上部(2a),并且相应的冷却板固定至相应的电池模块(6)以便面向所述外壳下部(2b);
电池模块(6)由冷却剂冷却,所述冷却剂流动直接包围所述电池模块(6),冷却剂不从容器空间(5)泄漏。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的储能器组件,
其特征在于,
-所述储能器组件具有电切换单元,所述电切换单元固定至所述外壳上部(2a);并且
-所述至少一个电池模块(6)的朝向所述外壳上部(2a)导向的电端子通过沿所述外壳上部(2a)的方向的移动而能够电切换至切换单元。
10.一种电动车辆或混合动力车辆(9),其具有根据权利要求1至9中的任一项所述的储能器组件(1),所述储能器组件(1)具有外壳(2),所述外壳(2)具有外壳上部(2a)和外壳下部(2b)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的电动车辆或混合动力车辆,
其特征在于,
-所述外壳上部(2a)以压入配合的方式或者形状配合的方式而固定至地板面板(3)和/或所述电动车辆或所述混合动力车辆(9)的至少一个车辆支撑件(4);和/或
所述外壳上部(2a)以材料结合的方式固定至所述地板面板(3)和/或所述电动车辆或所述混合动力车辆(9)的所述至少一个车辆支撑件(4)。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的电动车辆或混合动力车辆,
其特征在于,
所述外壳上部(2a)至少在区域中形成所述电动车辆或所述混合动力车辆(9)的所述地板面板(3)。
