Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及客车加热器系统,且更具体地,涉及一种虽然占据小的空间但是能够均匀地加热客车中的乘坐室的客车加热器系统。
背景技术
通常,客车具有相对较大和较长的乘坐室。因此,不容易均匀地加热这种客车的乘坐室。如果没有均匀地加热乘坐室,则客车中的一些乘客会感觉热,而在同一辆客车中的另一些乘客会感觉冷。
此外,为了使乘客舒适,加热器不应伸入到乘坐室中也不应占据大的空间。
当然,工作噪音最好尽可能地低。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了一种客车加热器系统,其显著地减小了伸入到客车乘坐室中的体积,并减小了工作噪音,而且能够均匀地加热客车的乘坐室,从而使得乘坐室舒适。
根据本发明的实施例的客车加热器系统包括在客车的纵向沿着客车地板的两侧设置的多个加热器单元。加热器管道围绕沿着地板两侧设置的加热器单元,并且包括进气口和排气口,通过进气口将空气吸入加热器单元,通过排气口将空气从加热器单元排出。在每个加热器单元中设置有风扇电动机。控制装置将加热器单元分类为设置在客车前部的前置加热器单元组、设置在客车中部的中置加热器单元组以及设置在客车后部的后置加热器单元组,并且控制设置在各自加热器单元组中的风扇电动机的转速。

具体实施方式
下面,将参考附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明。
参考图1至7,根据本发明的优选实施例的客车加热器系统包括,在客车的纵向沿着客车地板1的两侧设置的多个加热器单元3,和围绕沿着地板1的两侧设置的加热器单元3的加热器管道9。每根加热器管道9具有进气口5,通过其将空气吸入加热器单元3,还具有排气口7,通过其将空气从加热器单元3排出。该客车加热器系统还包括风扇电动机11,其设置在每个加热器单元3中。加热器单元3分类为设置在客车前部的前置加热器单元组、设置在客车中部的中置加热器单元组和设置在客车后部的后置加热器单元组。客车加热器系统还包括控制装置,其分别控制设置在各自加热器单元3组中的风扇电动机11的转速。
每个加热器单元3具有多根分别为U形的换热管13。换热管13内提供有来自发动机的冷却液,且换热管13构造为使冷却液沿客车的纵向流动。每个加热器单元3还具有横流扇15,其设置在换热管13的下面并且沿客车的纵向延伸预定的长度。横流扇15由风扇电动机11操作。每个加热器单元3还具有空气导流板17,其围绕横流扇15的下部和面向客车车身侧壁的横流扇15的外部以及隔离管道19,其中隔离管道19设置在面向客车车身内侧的横流扇15内部的邻近的预定位置。隔离管道19在垂直方向以预定距离与空气导流板17间隔设置。
在本实施例中,在每个加热器单元3中设置有两根换热管。该两根换热管13设置在同一平面内并且布置为一根换热管13围绕另一根换热管13。多个散热片21设置在换热管13上。
图4示出了所有散热片21都安装在换热管13上的状态。图5示出了除少数几片散热片21之外,将多数散热片21从换热管上移除的状态,以便显示出换热管13。
每根加热器管道9由具有大致成L形横截面的较长的板材构成。该加热器管道9围绕加热器单元3的上表面和面向客车车身内侧的加热器单元3的侧表面。在加热器管道9中高于隔离管道19的位置形成有多个进气口5。在加热器管道9中低于隔离管道19的位置形成有多个排气口7。
进气口5分为主进气口5-1,其形成在加热器管道9的上表面中,和副进气口5-2,其形成在加热器管道9的侧壁中。
控制装置包括电开关装置23,其分三个等级调节电池的电能,并将来自电池的电能分别提供给前置、中置和后置加热器单元组的风扇电动机11。
在本实施例中,如图2所示,加热器单元组分为前置加热器单元组25-1、中置加热器单元组25-2和后置加热器单元组25-3,其中每组分别具有四个加热器单元3。
同时,将已从发动机吸收热量的冷却液供应给加热器单元3。该冷却液在流经换热管13时散发热量,然后排出。
风扇电动机11由电开关装置23提供的电能操作。根据用户对设置在电开关装置23中的三个开关的操作,风扇电动机11分三个等级,即以高速、中速或低速旋转横流扇15,将换热管13散发的热量吹送到乘坐室中。
换言之,设置在前置加热器单元组25-1中的风扇电动机11、设置在中置加热器单元组25-2中的风扇电动机11、以及设置在后置加热器单元组25-3中的风扇电动机11分别以三个等级旋转。因此,可分三个等级独立调节客车乘坐室的前部空间、中部空间和后部空间的加热速率。
所以,通过用户对电开关装置23的操作可均匀地加热客车的内部。
如上所述,本发明包括多个加热器单元3,分别具有风扇电动机11和横流扇15,并且加热器单元3可同时进行加热操作。因此,尽管风扇电动机11和横流扇15具有低转速,仍可充分地加热客车的内部。因此,本发明可显著减小在加热过程中产生的噪音。
从前述显而易见,本发明提供了一种客车加热器系统,其包括在客车的纵向沿着客车地板的两侧设置的多个加热器单元,因而能够分别调节客车中的几个部分的加热等级。此外,本发明显著地减小了伸入到客车乘坐室中的体积,并减小了工作噪音,而且能够均匀地加热客车的乘坐室,从而使得乘坐室舒适。

Claims (4)

1.一种客车加热器系统,包括:
多个加热器单元,其在客车的纵向沿着客车地板的两侧设置;
加热器管道,其围绕沿着所述地板的两侧设置的所述加热器单元,并且包括进气口和排气口,通过所述进气口将空气吸入到所述加热器单元中,通过所述排气口将空气从加热器单元排出;
风扇电动机,其设置在每个所述加热器单元中;和
控制装置,其将所述加热器单元分类为设置在所述客车前部的前置加热器单元组、设置在所述客车中部的中置加热器单元组和设置在所述客车后部的后置加热器单元组,并且控制设置在各自的所述加热器单元组中的所述风扇电动机的转速。
2.如权利要求1所述的客车加热器系统,其中每个加热器单元包括:
多根换热管,分别为U形,其内提供有来自发动机的冷却液,并构造为使冷却液沿所述客车的纵向流动;
横流扇,其设置在所述换热管的下面,并且沿所述客车的纵向延伸预定的长度,所述横流扇由所述风扇电动机操作;
空气导流板,其围绕所述横流扇的下部和面向客车车身的侧壁的所述横流扇的外部;和
隔离管道,其设置在面向所述客车车身内侧的所述横流扇的内部的邻近的预定位置,所述隔离管道在垂直方向以预定距离与所述空气导流板间隔设置。
3.如权利要求2所述的客车加热器系统,其中所述加热器管道包括设置在高于所述隔离管道的位置上的多个进气口,且所述加热器管道的排气口包括设置在低于所述隔离管道的位置上的多个排气口。
4.如权利要求2所述的客车加热器系统,其中所述控制装置分三个等级调节来自电池的电能,并将来自电池的电能分别提供给所述前置、中置和后置加热器单元组的风扇电动机。
