Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリーパックの搭載空間を適切に確保して、既存の有効な室内空間やトランク空間等の縮小を最小化して既存の車両構造の変更を最小化し、車両の空間活用度を極大化し、バッテリーパックの搭載作業性が良好に確保されバッテリーパックを構成する各バッテリーセルの均一な冷却が達成され、バッテリーを冷却した空気の室外排出によって搭乗者の不快感を防止することを特徴とする。

Claims (8)
- 運転席と助手席間のセンターコンソール設置空間に前後方向に長く搭載されるバッテリーパックと、
前記バッテリーパックの前方から冷却風を提供するように備えられた冷却風提供手段と、
前記冷却風提供手段からの冷却風を前記バッテリーパックを構成する多数のバッテリーモジュールに分配する冷却風分配手段と、
前記バッテリーパックの内部を冷却して前記バッテリーパックの後方を通じて排出される冷却風を車体の外部に排出させるように設置された排出ダクト手段、
を含んで構成されることを特徴とする車両のバッテリーパック搭載構造。 - 前記バッテリーパックと、前記冷却風提供手段及び前記冷却風分配手段は、前後方向に長く延長して形成されたマウンティングプレート上に一体にモジュール化されて設置され、
前記マウンティングプレートはフロアパネルのセンタートンネルの上側面に安着して固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のバッテリーパック搭載構造。 - 前記マウンティングプレートは、多数の屈曲を含み、両端は下側に傾斜して広がる断面が車体の前後方向に沿って長く延長した形状に形成され、
前記フロアパネルのセンタートンネルには、前記マウンティングプレートの両端傾斜面の内側に面接触して前記マウンティングプレートを固定するようにするマウンティングブラケットが前記センタートンネルの両方に多数配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両のバッテリーパック搭載構造。 - 前記マウンティングプレートの断面構造は、中央部が下側に突出して水平面をなす中央突出部を含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両のバッテリーパック搭載構造。
- 前記冷却風提供手段は、
前記バッテリーパック前方の前記マウンティングプレート上に設置され、動力で動く回転力によって空気を吸入し、吐出ダクトを通じて前記冷却風分配手段に送風する冷却ファンから構成され、
前記吐出ダクトは前記バッテリーパックの上側で後方に向かって開口されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両のバッテリーパック搭載構造。 - 前記バッテリーパックは、車両の前後方向に沿って多数のバッテリーモジュールが一列に配置して構成され、
前記冷却風分配手段は、前記冷却ファンの吐出ダクトにそれぞれ一端が、他端がそれぞれ前記各バッテリーモジュールに連結され、前記冷却ファンから相対的に遠く離れるほど上側に重畳され前記吐出ダクトと連通する断面積が相対的に広く形成された多数の分岐ダクトから構成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両のバッテリーパック搭載構造。 - 前記分岐ダクトは、前記バッテリーパックの上側に重畳して載せられる多数の中空平板の形状で形成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両のバッテリーパック搭載構造。
- 前記排出ダクト手段は、
前記バッテリーパックの後方下側から連結して前記センタートンネルの両側へ分枝し、車両のフロアパネルに車体横方向に設置されるセンターフロア補強フレームに連通することにより、前記センターフロア補強フレームの車体外側の端部を通じて車体外部に冷却風を排出する出口ダクトから構成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両のバッテリーパック搭載構造。
