Abstract
一种隔热包装薄膜、包装袋及带开口部件的包装袋。本发明的隔热包装薄膜(10)具备基材(11)和配置于基材(11)的一面侧的聚烯烃制的连续发泡层(12)。在本发明的隔热包装薄膜中,优选连续发泡层(12)的平均口径为150~500μm。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于冰制食品等的需要隔热的食品用的包装袋的隔热包装薄膜。另外,涉及冰制食品等的需要隔热的食品用的包装袋及带开口部件的包装袋。本申请基于2010年6月25日在日本提出申请的特愿2010-145070号主张优先权,在此引用其内容。
背景技术
目前,冰激淋等冰制食品被充填在杯状容器或管状容器中进行销售。但是,充填有冰制食品的管状容器存在手拿时冰手的课题。另外,杯状容器虽然相比管状容器不冰手,但存在必须要使用双手来食用的课题。
近年来,作为充填冰制食品的容器,使用有具有隔热层的小包装袋。作为隔热层,专利文献1中公开有发泡树脂层。
专利文献1:日本特开2001-130586号公报
但是,在专利文献1所记载的包装袋中,一般的包装薄膜的厚度为30μm~200μm左右,而发泡树脂层的厚度为500μm,因此,具有包装袋的厚度极厚的课题。即,考虑到石油化工燃料的枯竭及再循环性等,优选发泡树脂层的厚度尽可能薄地构成。
发明内容
鉴于上述课题,本发明的目的在于提供具有非常高的隔热性且可以轻量化的隔热包装薄膜、包装袋及带开口部件的包装袋。
[1]本发明第一方面的隔热包装薄膜,其具备基材和配置于所述基材的一面侧的聚烯烃制的连续发泡层。
[2]本发明第二方面的隔热包装薄膜,其具备基材和配置于所述基材的一面侧的聚烯烃制的连续发泡层,且所述连续发泡层的开口的平均口径比所述连续发泡层的厚度大。
[3]在上述隔热包装薄膜中,优选的是,连续发泡层的开口的平均口径为150~500μm。
[4]在上述隔热包装薄膜中,优选的是,连续发泡层的发泡倍率为1.2~3.5倍。
[5]在上述隔热包装薄膜中,优选的是,具备配置于所述连续发泡层的基材的相反侧的面的无发泡的密封层。
[6]在上述隔热包装薄膜中,优选的是,所述连续发泡层的厚度为70~250μm。
[7]本发明第三方面的包装袋,通过将[1]~[6]中任一项所述的隔热包装薄膜热封而形成。

具体实施方式
<隔热包装薄膜>
对本发明的隔热包装薄膜的一实施方式例进行说明。
图1表示本实施方式例的隔热包装薄膜。本实施方式例的隔热包装薄膜10具备基材11、与基材11相接的连续发泡层12、设于连续发泡层12的基材11相反侧的密封层13。
[基材]
基材11是具有机械强度的薄膜,在使用时配置于表面侧。
作为构成基材11的薄膜,可列举例如聚酰胺、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、聚碳酸酯、或聚缩醛等合成树脂的薄膜。另外,作为构成基材11的薄膜,可列举将这些合成树脂多层共挤出的层积薄膜。这些薄膜可以无延伸,也可以是沿单轴方向或双轴方向延伸的延伸薄膜。在印刷适合性的观点来看,优选沿单轴方向或双轴方向延伸的延伸薄膜。另外,在形成薄膜的上述合成树脂中,从印刷适合性及耐冲击性这一点出发,优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
基材11的厚度优选为6~50μm,更优选为9~25μm。若基材11的厚度为6μm以上,则可以提高隔热包装薄膜10的强度。若基材11的厚度为50μm以下,则能够确保隔热包装薄膜10的柔软性。
[连续发泡层]
如图2的扫描型电子显微镜照片所示,连续发泡层12是具有以网眼状的层重合的状态使气泡彼此连通或一致的连续气泡的聚烯烃制的发泡层。即,连续发泡层12在其表面具有多个开口,且在其层中具有空气层。
作为构成连续发泡层12的聚烯烃,可列举例如低密度聚乙烯、直链状低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、或聚丙烯等。
此外,连续发泡层12也可以由单体的基体树脂构成。另外,为了促进连续气泡的形成,也可以在基体树脂中混合熔融张力比基体树脂低的发泡促进树脂。该情况下,发泡促进树脂的熔融张力只要不足基体树脂的熔融张力的6成即可。另外,基体树脂和发泡促进树脂的混合比率的范围只要为100:0~30:70即可,更优选为80:20~40:60。发泡促进树脂从低密度聚乙烯、直链状低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯等中选择。此外,基体树脂和发泡促进树脂的组合最为优选的是作为基体树脂混合低密度聚乙烯,作为发泡促进树脂混合直链状低密度聚乙烯。
连续发泡层12的发泡倍率优选为1.2~3.5倍,更优选为1.5~3.0倍。若连续发泡层12的发泡倍率为1.2倍以上,则可以进一步提高隔热性。若连续发泡层12的发泡倍率为3.5倍以下,则加工性提高。上述发泡倍率通过发泡前的薄膜的外观比重/发泡后的薄膜的外观比重而求出。
连续发泡层12的平均口径优选为150~500μm,更优选为200~350μm。若连续发泡层12的平均口径在上述下限值以上,则可以进一步提高隔热性。若连续发泡层12的平均口径在上述上限值以下,则能够防止制造时的连续发泡层12的破断。此外,连续发泡层表面的开口的平均口径往往比连续发泡层自身的层的厚度大。另一方面,在后述的比较例所示的层中含有气泡的独立发泡层的发泡体中,其厚度方向的气泡的口径至少不比发泡体的厚度大。
上述平均口径通过对连续发泡层12表面的电子显微镜照片进行拍摄并对得到的图像进行解析而求出。但是,在本发明中,平均口径为连续发泡层的表面的开口的大小的平均值,且口径为100μm以上的单元的数平均。
连续发泡层12的厚度优选为70~250μm,更优选为100~200μm。若连续发泡层12的厚度为70μm以上,则可以进一步提高隔热性。若连续发泡层12的厚度为250μm以下,则可进一步提高隔热包装薄膜10的柔软性。此外,通过用发泡层的厚度除以发泡倍率,可以计算发泡层的实质的树脂厚度。
[密封层]
密封层13是可无发泡地密封的层。作为形成密封层13的热塑性树脂,可列举例如低密度聚乙烯、直链状低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、或聚丙烯等。其中,从耐寒性及强度的观点出发,优选直链状低密度聚乙烯。
密封层13的厚度优选为10~200μm,更优选为20~100μm。若密封层13的厚度为10μm以上,则能够确保足够的密封性。若密封层13的厚度为200μm以下,则可以进一步提高隔热包装薄膜10的柔软性。
[隔热包装薄膜的制造方法]
上述隔热包装薄膜10例如通过层积基材11和连续发泡层12和密封层而得到。
作为基材11和连续发泡层12的层积方法,可列举例如干式叠层、挤出叠层等,但从粘接强度优异的观点出发,优选干式叠层。
作为层积应用干式叠层的情况下的粘接剂,可列举例如聚氨脂类粘接剂、聚丙烯酸酯类粘接剂、聚酯类粘接剂、聚醚类粘接剂、环氧树脂类粘接剂、聚醋酸乙烯脂类粘接剂、或纤维素类粘接剂等。
作为连续发泡层12和密封层13的层积方法,可列举例如干式叠层、挤出叠层、共挤出,由于不需要粘接剂且能够抑制臭气的产生,所以优选共挤出。
即,优选的隔热包装薄膜的制造方法是通过共挤出制作连续发泡层12和密封层13的层积体,且在该层积体的连续发泡层12上通过干式叠层而粘接基材11的方法。
连续发泡层12例如通过将含有聚烯烃和发泡剂的聚烯烃组成物加工成层状,同时进行加热使其发泡而得到。
作为发泡剂,可列举例如:偶氮二甲酰胺、偶氮碳酸钡、偶氮双异丁腈等偶氮化合物、N,N’-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺等亚硝基化合物、亚肼基二甲酰胺等肼化合物、对甲苯磺酰肼、p,p’-氧代-双(苯磺酰肼)等酰肼化合物等产生氮气的有机类化学发泡剂;碳酸氢钠、碳酸铵、碳酸氢铵等产生二氧化碳的无机类化学发泡剂;丙烷、正丁烷、异丁烷、正戊烷、异戊烷、己烷等低级脂肪族烃化合物;环丁烷、环戊烷等脂环式烃化合物;苯、甲苯、二甲苯等芳香族烃化合物;甲醇、乙醇等低级脂肪族1元醇化合物、丙酮、甲基乙基酮等低级脂肪族酮化合物、一氯甲烷、一氯乙烷、1-氯-1,1-二氟乙烷等低沸点卤代烃化合物;或氩气、氦气、弗利昂气、二氧化碳(二氧化碳气体)、氮气等气体构成的物理发泡剂。
此外,本发明的气体不仅是气体状态,也包含亚临界状态、超临界状态的流体。
这些发泡剂中,从适合食品用途等的观点出发,优选二氧化碳、氮气,特别优选超临界状态的二氧化碳或氮气。
发泡剂的添加量优选相对于100质量份的聚烯烃为0.01质量份~2.0质量份。如果发泡剂的添加量为0.01质量份以上,则容易形成连续发泡层,如果为2.0质量份以下,则可以容易地将平均口径形成为500μm以下。
发泡时的挤出机的温度设定根据发泡剂的种类、添加量及聚烯烃的种类适当调整。
[作用效果]
连续发泡层12在其表面具有开口,在其层中具有空气层。因此,具备连续发泡层12的层积体在其表面形成沿着连续发泡层12的表面的开口形状的微细的凹凸,在其中间层形成空气层。其结果是,通过上述凹凸和上述空气层的相辅效果,具备连续发泡体12的层积体相比后述的比较例所示的独立发泡层,可具有高的隔热效果。具备连续发泡层12的隔热包装薄膜10的热传导率率低,具有足够高的隔热性。本发明者调查的结果是,相比使用图3的扫描型电子显微镜照片所示的独立发泡层的隔热包装薄膜,隔热性提高。另外,隔热包装薄膜10的隔热性高,所以容易减薄,可以轻量化。
<包装袋>
对使用上述隔热包装薄膜10的包装袋进行说明。
本实施方式例的包装袋将隔热包装薄膜10热封而形成。隔热包装薄膜10以基材11为表面侧的方式进行配置,且以密封层13为内侧的方式进行配置。
作为将隔热包装薄膜10热封制造包装袋的制造方法,列举例如将大致矩形的2片隔热包装薄膜10、10以密封层13、13彼此相对的方式重叠,在重叠的状态下将四方的周缘通过热封棒热封的方法。
另外,列举将一片隔热包装薄膜10以密封层13相对的方式对折,在折叠的状态下将折回部分以外的三方的周缘通过热封棒热封的方法。
另外,也可以以成为具有侧面部的小袋的方式将隔热包装薄膜10热封来制造包装袋。即,首先,准备一面具备密封层的侧面部形成用薄膜,将各侧面部形成用薄膜以密封层为外侧的方式对折。接着,将大致矩形状的两片隔热包装薄膜10、10以密封层13、13彼此相对的方式重叠,同时将对折的侧面部形成用薄膜以配置于侧面部的方式夹持在两片隔热包装薄膜10、10之间。然后,在该状态下将四方的周缘利用热封棒热封。在由此得到的小袋中,在四角将对折的侧面部形成用薄膜的相对的面彼此溶接或粘接。
<带开口部件的包装袋>
说明使用隔热包装薄膜10的带开口部件的包装袋。
图4表示本实施方式例的带开口部件的包装袋。本实施方式例的带开口部件的包装袋1在包装袋2上安装有开口部件3。
本实施方式例的包装袋2将隔热包装薄膜10热封而形成,是具有侧面部2a的小袋。
开口部件3为使包装袋2的内部和外部连通的管状体。
作为开口部件3的材质,可列举例如聚烯烃、聚酰胺、聚酯、(甲基)丙烯酸树脂、聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚醚砜、或乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物等。其中,从可以与隔热包装薄膜10热封的观点出发,优选聚烯烃。
作为聚烯烃,可列举例如高密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高压法低密度聚乙烯、直链状低密度聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物等聚乙烯类树脂、乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物等烯烃类弹性体、聚丙烯、乙烯-丙烯无规共聚物、α-烯烃-丙烯无规共聚物等聚丙烯类树脂、或环状聚烯烃树脂等。这些树脂为提高性能而可以混合,且也可以局部交联。
另外,开口部件3可以由单一的材料形成,也可以设为由多个树脂层构成的多层构造。
作为开口部件3的安装方法,可列举在上述包装袋的制造方法中,由一方的周缘在隔热包装薄膜10、10之间夹持口部件3的一端并热封的方法。
上述包装袋及带开口部件的包装袋1由于具有隔热包装薄膜10,所以隔热性优异。因此,在包装袋或带开口部件的包装袋1的内部充填了冰制食品的情况下,在用手或手指挤压而将冰制食品从包装袋或带开口部件的包装袋1的内部挤出时,能够防止手或手指变冷。另外,在包装袋及带开口部件的包装袋的内部充填有加热食品的情况下,在用手或手指挤压并将加热食品从包装袋及带开口部件的包装袋1的内部挤出时,能够防止手或手指被烫着。
<其它实施方式例>
此外,本发明不限于上述实施方式例。
例如,本发明的隔热包装薄膜也可以具有用于赋予气体隔断性、强韧性、耐弯曲性、耐突刺性、耐冲击性、耐磨损性、耐寒性等功能的功能层。
例如从基材层侧依次配置基材层、功能层、连续发泡树脂层、密封层。
作为功能层,列举例如金属箔或各种塑料薄膜等。
作为构成金属箔的金属,列举例如铝、铁、铜、镁等。
作为塑料薄膜,可列举:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚酰胺、聚氯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚丙烯腈、聚乙烯醇、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物等塑料薄膜、在其上涂敷以聚偏二氯乙烯等为主的具有气体隔断性的树脂的塑料薄膜、或蒸镀有铝、碳化硅、酸化铝、氧化镁等无机物的塑料薄膜等。
功能层可以为一层,也可以为两层以上。
功能层的厚度优选为6~30μm。如果功能层的厚度为6μm以上,则能够充分发挥功能层的效果。如果功能层的厚度为30μm以下,则隔热包装薄膜具有足够的柔软性。
另外,隔热包装薄膜也可以省略密封层。在省略了密封层的情况下,连续发泡层作为密封层起作用。
实施例
(实施例1)
使用能够成形为两种双层的空冷式吹膜成形机,通过共挤出得到厚度60μm的无发泡的密封层和厚度100μm的连续发泡层的层积体。
密封层通过将直链状低密度聚乙烯以温度200℃熔融并从吹膜成形机的压模吹出而形成。
另外,连续发泡层通过将含有低密度聚乙烯(熔融张力:190mN)60质量份、聚丙烯(熔融张力:100mN)40质量份、和作为发泡剂的碳酸氢钠1质量份的聚乙烯组成物以温度200℃熔融并从吹膜成形机的压模吹出而形成。连续发泡层的发泡倍率为2.4倍,平均口径为252μm。此外,连续发泡层的实质的树脂厚度为约41.7μm。
在得到的层积体的连续发泡层上通过使用作为粘接剂的聚酯类粘接剂的干式叠层而粘接厚度12μm的双轴延伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜,得到隔热包装薄膜。
(实施例2)
使用能够成形为两种双层的空冷式吹膜成形机,通过共挤出,得到厚度60μm的无发泡的密封层和厚度140μm的连续发泡层的层积体。密封层通过将直链状低密度聚乙烯以温度200℃熔融并从吹膜成形机的压模吹出而形成。
另外,连续发泡层通过将含有低密度聚乙烯(熔融张力:174mN)100质量份、直链状低密度聚乙烯(熔融张力:38mN)20质量份、作为发泡剂的超临界状态的氮气0.4质量份的聚乙烯组成物以温度200℃熔融并从吹膜成形机的压模吹出而形成。连续发泡层的发泡倍率为2.5倍,平均口径为275μm。此外,连续发泡层的实质的树脂厚度为56μm。
在得到的层积体的连续发泡层上通过使用作为粘接剂的聚酯类粘接剂的干式叠层粘接厚度12μm的双轴延伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜,得到隔热包装薄膜。
(比较例1)
使用能够成形为两种双层的空冷式吹膜成形机,通过共挤出得到厚度20μm的无发泡的密封层和厚度140μm的独立发泡层的层积体。
密封层通过将直链状低密度聚乙烯以温度200℃熔融并从吹膜成形机的压模吹出而形成。
另外,独立发泡层通过将含有低密度聚乙烯100质量份、偶氮二甲酰胺1质量份的聚乙烯组成物以温度200℃熔融并从吹膜成形机的压模吹出而形成。独立发泡层的发泡倍率为1.3倍。此外,独立发泡体的单元不为球形而具有扁平形状。独立发泡体的单元在表面方向不为圆形而具有沿流动方向延伸的椭圆形。就独立发泡体的平均口径而言,流动方向的平均口径为350μm,宽度方向的平均口径为65μm,厚度方向的平均口径为15μm。独立发泡层的实质的树脂厚度为约107.7μm。
在得到的层积体的独立发泡层上通过使用作为粘接剂的聚酯类粘接剂的干式叠层而粘接厚度12μm的双轴延伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜,得到隔热包装薄膜。
(比较例2)
将厚度12μm的双轴延伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜和厚度70μm的密封层(直链状低密度聚乙烯薄膜)通过使用作为粘接剂的聚酯类粘接剂的干式叠层粘接,得到包装薄膜。
(比较例3)
使用能够成形为两种双层的空冷式吹膜成形机,通过共挤出得到厚度60μm的无发泡的密封层和厚度175μm的独立发泡层的层积体。密封层通过将直链状低密度聚乙烯以温度200℃熔融并从吹膜成形机的压模吹出而形成。
另外,独立发泡层通过将含有低密度聚乙烯100质量份和偶氮二甲酰胺1质量份的聚乙烯组成物以温度200℃熔融并从吹膜成形机的压模吹出而形成。独立发泡层的发泡倍率为1.3倍。此外,独立发泡体的单元不为球形而具有扁平形状。独立发泡体的单元在表面方向不为圆形而具有在流动方向延伸的椭圆形。就独立发泡体的平均口径而言,流动方向的平均口径为300μm,宽度方向的平均口径为70μm,及厚度方向的平均口径为20μm。独立发泡层的实质的树脂厚度为约134.7μm。
在得到的层积体的独立发泡层上,通过使用作为粘接剂的聚酯类粘接剂的干式叠层粘接厚度12μm的双轴延伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜,得到隔热包装薄膜。
[评价]
·基于手指的表面温度的隔热性评价
将上述各隔热包装薄膜裁断为80mm×125mm,将三方以热封温度180℃热封后,从未粘接的剩余的一方向内部充填自来水140ml。接着,将该残留的一方热封,得到加入有自来水的包装袋。将该包装袋在-18℃的冷库中放置一昼夜。
然后,将包装袋从冷库取出,将包装袋置于除拇指之外的四个手指上,进而在包装袋上载置500g的锤。然后,将包装袋置于手指上后测定5秒后、10秒后、15秒后、20秒后、25秒后、30秒后的手指的表面温度。手指的表面温度在使包装袋离开四个手指后通过红外线热象仪对各手指进行测定。表1表示手指的表面温度。此外,表1所示的结果为四个手指的表面温度的平均值。

使用了具备连续发泡层的实施例1及实施例2的隔热包装薄膜的包装袋的手指的表面温度的降低慢,隔热性优异。
另一方面,使用了将独立发泡层作为隔热层的比较例1的隔热包装薄膜的包装袋的手指的表面温度的降低快。
使用了不具备隔热层的比较例2的包装薄膜的包装袋几乎不具有隔热性。
使用了比较例3的包装薄膜的包装袋,具有与实施例1大致同等的隔热性,但由于发泡层的实质的树脂厚度为3倍以上,所以在隔热效率方面不如实施例1。
即,实施例1及实施例2相比比较例1及比较例3,在具有优异的隔热性的同时也实现大幅的轻量化。
·感官试验
与上述基于手指的表面温度的评价相同,制作加入自来水的包装袋,将其在-18℃的冷库中放置一昼夜。之后将包装袋从冷库取出,使5个评价者手握该包装袋,评价隔热性。具体而言,在评价者感觉到冷的情况下记为1点,难以感觉到冷的情况下记为3点,以1~3点这三个阶段进行了评价。表2表示评价结果。

使用了具备连续发泡层的实施例1及实施例2的隔热包装薄膜的包装袋的隔热性优异。
另一方面,使用了以独立发泡层为隔热层的比较例1的隔热包装薄膜的包装袋的隔热性不足。
使用了不具备隔热层的比较例2的包装薄膜的包装袋几乎不具有隔热性。
使用了比较例3的包装薄膜的包装袋具有与实施例1大致同等的隔热性,但由于发泡层的实质的树脂厚度为3倍以上,所以在隔热效率方面不如实施例1。
即,实施例1及实施例2相比比较例1及比较例3,在具有优异的隔热性的同时也实现了大幅的轻量化。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的隔热包装薄膜、包装袋及带开口部件的包装袋可以得到非常高的隔热性。
Claims (8)
1.一种隔热包装薄膜,其具备基材和配置于所述基材的一面侧的聚烯烃制的连续发泡层。
2.一种隔热包装薄膜,其具备基材和配置于所述基材的一面侧的聚烯烃制的连续发泡层,且所述连续发泡层的开口的平均口径比所述连续发泡层的厚度大。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的隔热包装薄膜,其中,连续发泡层的开口的平均口径为150~500μm。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的隔热包装薄膜,其中,连续发泡层的发泡倍率为1.2~3.5倍。
5.如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的隔热包装薄膜,其中,具备配置在所述连续发泡层的基材的相反侧的面的无发泡的密封层。
6.如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的隔热包装薄膜,其中,所述连续发泡层的厚度为70~250μm。
7.一种包装袋,通过将权利要求1~6中任一项所述的隔热包装薄膜热封而形成。
8.一种带开口部件的包装袋,在权利要求7所述的包装袋上安装有连通所述包装袋的内部和外部的开口部件。
