背景技术
已知在电器中,可提供共振马达来驱动机械组件进入振动运动。共振马达例如可被实施成摆动电动马达。此类共振马达可被用于电动剃刀或电动牙刷中,其中建立了从动机械组件的工作振幅而没有传动装置机构。在运行期间用来振动运动的机械组件可为共振马达的电枢、驱动轴或耦合到所述驱动轴的组件,例如电动牙刷的刷头。
为实现共振马达的良好驱动效率,希望共振马达具有的驱动频率(1)与由共振马达和从动组件确定的弹簧-质量系统的共振频率一致,或(2)与共振频率具有某一预定距离。
已知电器的共振驱动器可通过施加供电电压来供电,使得具有固定频率的驱动电流积聚,所述固定频率接近弹簧-质量系统的共振频率。然而,相关弹簧-质量系统的共振频率取决于在操纵电器时可改变的几个因素。具体地,从动机械组件(例如牙刷刷头)上的机械负荷可波动,例如当使用者在刷洗牙齿期间改变牙刷的刷毛上的压力时。这可导致弹簧-质量系统的实际共振频率的一定变化。由于在这种情况下,小电器的效率和/或性能可减少,因此如果可检测到共振频率上的变化以改善电器的运行将是理想的。

具体实施方式
共振马达可具有线圈,所述线圈相对于承载至少一个永久磁体的马达电枢静止地安装。马达电枢可被安装成使得返回力将电枢保持在静止位置或者当所述电枢移离其静止位置时提供返回力。返回力可通过返回力元件例如弹簧或弹簧排列产生。机械振动组件可被耦合到马达电枢。当周期性变化的供电电压在线圈处具有驱动频率时,生成了通过马达线圈的交流电流并且所述线圈的电磁场与承载永久磁体的电枢交互作用,使得所述电枢开始摆动或振动运动,所述运动也驱动耦合到马达电枢的机械振动组件。共振马达代表弹簧-质量系统,所述弹簧-质量系统具有由相关弹簧常数和相关质量确定的共振频率。驱动频率越接近于共振频率,驱动就越有效率,即,当驱动频率与共振频率一致时,获得了马达电枢的从动周期运动的最高振幅。
具有共振马达的弹簧-质量系统的驱动频率和实际共振频率之间的差值导致马达电枢的周期驱动力和从动周期运动之间的某一相移。从动周期运动决定由可动永久磁体感应产生的在共振马达的线圈处的运动感应电压。因此,驱动频率的任何变化(例如,通过可控制地改变驱动频率)或者实际共振频率的任何变化(例如,通过在从动机械组件处施加机械负荷)导致该相移上的变化。因此,当在驱动循环内在某个时间点处运动感应电压达到预定的目标值时,可确定驱动频率和实际共振频率之间的某种关系。因此,可判定驱动频率是否与(实际)共振频率一致或者是否与(实际)共振频率具有某一距离。此外,它可被判定是否将机械负荷施加到了从动机械组件,因为这由在驱动循环内在某个测量时间处的运动感应电压的某个值体现。
如果在测量时间处运动感应电压达到(或超过)预定值同时驱动频率是固定的,则这可为预定机械负荷正在被施加到从动机械组件的指示。如果预定的目标值在恒定负荷状态期间(例如,在空负荷状态期间)测量,则这指示驱动频率和共振频率具有预定距离(该距离可为零或者可具有非零值)。例如,如果预定的目标值是2V,则当首先测量到的运动感应电压处在预定的目标值以上并且随后测量到的运动感应电压处于预定的目标值以下时运动感应电压“超过”。又如,当首先测量到的运动感应电压处于预定的目标值以下并且随后测量到的运动感应电压处于预定的目标值以上时,运动感应电压“超过”。
如果测得预定的目标电压值,则这可由声学信号、光学信号或触觉信号来指示。听觉信号和/或视觉信号和/或触觉信号可警示电器的使用者施加的机械负荷太高。如果所述信号指示负荷上的变化和因此与最佳性能的偏差,则使用者可改变电器的操作。因此,使用者可凭直觉优化电器的操作。
可选择测量时间,使得当共振马达机械上未负荷时它接近运动感应电压的零交点。波形,例如运动感应电压,可具有在横坐标(水平或x轴)之上和横坐标之下的各部分。零交点是波形与横坐标交叉或相交之处。

图4显示通过分析运动感应电压在小电气装置中用于驱动共振马达10并且用于检测振动机构上的机械负荷的一种可能电路配置的方框图。

Claims (14)
