Description
Vは電磁石のコイルの両端にかかる電圧である。
Rは電磁石のコイルの等価直列抵抗である。
Lは電磁石のコイルの等価インダクタンスである。
iは電磁石のコイルにおける電流である。
電磁石の物理的なサイズが大きいために、LxコイルまたはLyコイルのいずれの等価直列抵抗も、コイルの等価インダクタンスと比較すると、無視できる程小さいと見なすことができる。したがって、式(1)を次のように近似することができる。
そして、制御モジュール20および21に受け渡す。

Claims (12)
- 第1加工物の第2加工物に対する直線往復運動を行いつつ、前記加工物同士を互いに推し進めることによって、前記第1および第2加工物を溶接する振動溶接システムであって、
第1および第2加工物支持部であって、前記第1加工物支持部が前記第2加工物支持部に対して直線往復移動可能に取り付けられている、第1および第2加工物支持部と、
前記第1加工物支持部に結合され、前記第1加工物支持部の直線往復移動を行うための1対の電磁石であって、前記電磁石の各々が、駆動コイルを含む、1対の電磁石と、
1対の二相駆動システムを含む電気駆動システムであって、前記二相駆動システムの各々は、前記コイルの1つに結合され、前記第1加工物支持部の前記直線往復移動を行うために、前記電磁石を互いに位相ずれで連続的に付勢および消勢する、電気駆動システムと、
を備えており、前記二相駆動システムの各々が、
DC電流源と、
前記DC電流源を前記電磁石の各々に制御可能に結合し、前記DC電流源を前記電磁石の各々から制御可能に切断する多数の制御可能電子スイッチング・デバイスであって、前記電磁石の第1は、第1位相によって給電され、前記第1位相は、前記制御可能電子スイッチング・デバイスの第1および第2が前記DC電流源と前記コイルの間に接続されることを含み、前記電磁石の第2は、第2位相によって給電され、前記第2位相は、前記制御可能電子スイッチング・デバイスの第3および第4が前記DC電流源と前記コイルの間に接続されることを含む、多数の制御可能電子スイッチング・デバイスと、
前記電磁石に結合され、前記電磁石に供給される電流を表す信号を生成する電流センサと、
前記電子スイッチング・デバイスに結合され、前記電流センサが生成した信号を受け取り、前記電磁石の付勢および消勢を制御して前記第1加工物支持部の往復移動を行うために、前記スイッチング・デバイスをオンおよびオフにする制御モジュールと、
を備えており、
前記第1加工物支持部が、振動の共振周波数を有する可動機械系の一部であり、前記制御モジュールが、前記電磁石の各々を付勢および消勢する各連続サイクルに対して、既選択時間間隔を維持するようにプログラムされており、この既選択時間間隔が、前記可動機械系の前記共振周波数に対応する、振動溶接システム。 - 請求項1記載の振動溶接システムにおいて、前記制御モジュールが、前記電流センサによって生成された前記信号を、既設定電流レベルと比較し、前記電磁石に供給される電流を制御することによって、前記電磁石に、したがって、前記加工物に供給されるエネルギ量を制御するように構成されている、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項2記載の振動溶接システムにおいて、前記制御モジュールが、既設定電流レベルIsetが検出されるまで、各電磁石に供給される電流を増大するように構成されている、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項2記載の振動溶接システムにおいて、溶接サイクルの間に前記加工物に配信されるエネルギ量についての既設定電力プロファイルに従うように、前記電磁石に、したがって、前記加工物に供給されるエネルギ量を調節するために、前記既設定電流レベルが前記溶接サイクルの間に調節される、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項4記載の振動溶接システムにおいて、溶接サイクルの間に前記加工物に配信されるエネルギ量についての既設定電力プロファイルに従うようするために、前記電磁石に、したがって、前記加工物に供給されるエネルギ量を調節するように、前記溶接サイクルの間において前記電磁石の両端にかかる電圧が制御される、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項4記載の振動溶接システムにおいて、前記電磁石に供給される電流Iおよび電圧Vが、溶接サイクルの間に前記加工物に配信される電力量Pについての既設定プロファイルに従う電力P=V*Iを、前記加工物に供給するように、前記溶接サイクルの間に制御される、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項1記載の振動溶接システムであって、前記第1および第2加工物の間における圧力、および前記第2加工物の直線位置を監視するセンサを含む、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項1記載の振動溶接システムであって、前記2つの加工物同士を互いに推し進める油圧シリンダと、前記加工物間における圧力を検出する圧力センサとを含み、前記油圧シリンダの移動が、前記圧力センサによる既選択圧力の検出に応答して開始される、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項1記載の振動溶接システムであって、当該振動溶接システムの機械部分の振動を検出し、前記機械部分の共振周波数を測定するときに用いるための出力信号を生成する振動センサを含み、前記制御モジュールが、前記振動溶接システムのQファクタを決定するように構成されており、前記制御モジュールが、前記電磁石の各々を付勢および消勢する各連続サイクルに対して既選択時間間隔を維持するように構成されており、前記既選択時間間隔が、前記可動機械系の前記共振周波数に対応する、振動溶接システム。
- 第1加工物の第2加工物に対する直線往復運動を行いつつ、前記加工物同士を互いに推し進めることによって、前記第1および第2加工物を溶接する振動溶接方法であって、
第2加工物支持部に対する直線往復移動を可能にするように、第1加工物支持部を取り付けるステップと、
前記第1加工物支持部に結合されている1対の電磁石によって、前記第1加工物支持部の直線往復移動を行うステップであって、前記電磁石の各々が、駆動コイルを含む、ステップと、
前記第1加工物支持部の前記直線往復移動を行うために、前記電磁石を互いに位相外れで連続的に付勢および消勢するステップであって、
DC電流源を前記電磁石の各々に制御可能に結合し、そして制御可能に切断し、
前記電磁石に供給される電流を表す信号を生成し、
前記電流を表す前記信号を用いて、前記第1加工物支持部の直線往復移動を行うために、前記電磁石の付勢および消勢を制御する、
ことによって、付勢および消勢を行うステップと、
を備えており、
前記第1加工物支持部が、振動の共振周波数を有する可動機械系の一部であり、前記方法が、前記可動機械系のQファクタを決定するステップを含み、前記Qファクタは、Q=Fosc(tb−ta)として測定され、ここで、QはシステムQ(品質)ファクタであり、taは前記往復運動の最大振幅の時点であり、tbは前記最大振幅が半分に減少したときの時点であり、Foscは前記往復運動の測定された周波数である、
振動溶接方法。 - 請求項10記載の振動溶接方法であって、前記可動機械系を評価するためまたはそのトラブルシューティングを行うために、前記可動機械系の前記Qファクタを設定制限値と比較するステップを含む、振動溶接方法。
- 請求項10記載の振動溶接方法において、前記可動機械系を発振信号でピングし、次いで前記系の周波数を、前記発振信号の終了後のリング・ダウンの間に測定し、前記発振信号の終了と前記リング・ダウンの振幅がその初期値の半分に減少したときとの間の時間間隔を測定することによって、前記可動機械系の前記Qファクタを決定する、振動溶接方法。
