Claims (15)
- 第1加工物の第2加工物に対する往復運動を行いつつ、前記加工物同士を互いに推し進めることによって、前記第1および第2加工物を溶接する振動溶接装置であって、
第1および第2加工物支持部であって、前記第1加工物支持部が前記第2加工物支持部に対して往復移動可能に取り付けられている、第1および第2加工物支持部と、

前記電磁石に結合され、前記第1加工物支持部の前記往復移動を行うために、前記電磁石を互いに位相ずれで連続的に付勢および消勢する電気駆動システムと、
を備えており、前記電気駆動システムが、
DC電流源と、
前記DC電流源を前記電磁石の各々に制御可能に結合し、前記DC電流源を前記電磁石の各々から制御可能に切断する多数の制御可能電子スイッチング・デバイスであって、前記制御可能電子スイッチング・デバイスの第1および第2が前記DC電流源と駆動コイルの第1端との間に接続され、前記制御可能電子スイッチング・デバイスの第3および第4が前記DC電流源と前記駆動コイルの第2端との間に接続されている、制御可能電子スイッチング・デバイスと、
前記電磁石に結合され、前記電磁石に供給される電流を表す信号を生成する電流センサと、
前記電子スイッチング・デバイスに結合され、前記電流センサが生成した信号を受け取り、前記電磁石の付勢および消勢を制御して前記第1加工物支持部の往復移動を行うために、前記スイッチング・デバイスをオンおよびオフにする制御回路であって、前記制御回路が、前記駆動コイルへ供給される電流を既設定レベルまで増大させて第1既設定時間間隔の間前記電流を前記既設定レベルに維持し、次いで、前記電流をゼロに低下させて第2既設定時間間隔の間前記ゼロレベルを維持するように、前記第1、第2、第3、および第4スイッチング・デバイスを制御し、第1の前記電磁石の駆動コイルに供給される電流が、第2の前記電磁石の駆動コイルに供給される電流に対して180°位相がずれている、制御回路と、
を備えている、振動溶接システム。 - 請求項1記載の振動溶接システムにおいて、前記第1加工物支持部が、振動の共振周波数を有する可動機械系の一部であり、前記制御回路が、前記電磁石の各々を付勢および消勢する各連続サイクルに対して、既選択時間間隔を維持するようにプログラムされており、この既選択時間間隔が、前記可動機械系の前記共振周波数に対応する、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項1記載の振動溶接システムにおいて、前記制御回路が、前記電流センサによって生成された前記信号を、既設定電流レベルと比較し、前記電磁石に供給される電流を制御することによって、前記電磁石に、したがって、前記加工物に供給されるエネルギ量を制御するように構成されている、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項3記載の振動溶接システムにおいて、前記制御回路が、既設定電流レベルIsetが検出されるまで、各電磁石に供給される電流を増大するように構成されている、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項3記載の振動溶接システムにおいて、溶接サイクルの間に前記加工物に配信されるエネルギ量についての既設定電力プロファイルに従うように、前記電磁石に、したがって、前記加工物に供給されるエネルギ量を調節するために、前記既設定電流レベルが前記溶接サイクルの間に調節される、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項5記載の振動溶接システムにおいて、溶接サイクルの間に前記加工物に配信されるエネルギ量についての既設定電力プロファイルに従うようするために、前記電磁石に、したがって、前記加工物に供給されるエネルギ量を調節するように、前記溶接サイクルの間において前記電磁石の両端にかかる電圧が制御される、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項5記載の振動溶接システムにおいて、前記電磁石に供給される電流Iおよび電圧Vが、溶接サイクルの間に前記加工物に配信される電力量Pについての既設定プロファイルに従う電力P=V*Iを、前記加工物に供給するように、前記溶接サイクルの間に制御される、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項1記載の振動溶接システムであって、前記第1および第2加工物の間における圧力、および前記第2加工物の直線位置を監視するセンサを含む、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項1記載の振動溶接システムであって、前記2つの加工物同士を互いに推し進める油圧シリンダと、前記加工物間における圧力を検出する圧力センサとを含み、前記油圧シリンダの移動が、前記圧力センサによる既選択圧力の検出に応答して開始される、振動溶接システム。
- 請求項2記載の振動溶接システムであって、当該振動溶接システムの機械部分の振動を検出し、前記機械部分の共振周波数を測定するときに用いるための出力信号を生成する振動センサを含み、前記制御回路が、前記可動機械系のQを決定するように構成されており、
前記制御回路が、前記電磁石の各々を付勢および消勢する各連続サイクルに対して既選択時間間隔を維持するように構成されており、前記既選択時間間隔が、前記可動機械系の前記共振周波数に対応する、振動溶接システム。 - 第1加工物の第2加工物に対する往復運動を行いつつ、前記加工物同士を互いに推し進めることによって、前記第1および第2加工物を溶接する振動溶接方法であって、
第2加工物支持部に対する往復移動を可能にするように、第1加工物支持部を取り付けるステップと、
前記第1加工物支持部に結合されている1対の電磁石によって、前記第1加工物支持部の往復移動を行うステップと、
前記第1加工物支持部の前記往復移動を行うために、前記電磁石を互いに位相外れで連続的に付勢および消勢するステップであって、
DC電流源を前記電磁石の各々に制御可能に結合し、そして制御可能に切断し、
前記電磁石に供給される電流を表す信号を生成し、
前記電流を表す前記信号を用いて、前記第1加工物支持部の往復移動を行うために、前記電磁石の付勢および消勢を制御する、
ことによって、付勢および消勢を行うステップと、
を備え、
前記電磁石の付勢および消勢の制御を、駆動コイルへ供給される電流を既設定レベルまで増大させて第1既設定時間間隔の間前記電流を前記既設定レベルに維持し、次いで、前記電流をゼロに低下させて第2既設定時間間隔の間前記ゼロレベルを維持することによって行い、第1の前記電磁石の駆動コイルに供給される電流が、第2の前記電磁石の駆動コイルに供給される電流に対して180°位相がずれている、
振動溶接方法。 - 請求項11記載の振動溶接方法において、前記第1加工物支持部が、振動の共振周波数を有する可動機械系の一部であり、前記制御回路が、前記電磁石の各々を付勢および消勢する各連続サイクルに対して、既選択時間間隔を維持するようにプログラムされており、前記既選択時間間隔が、前記可動機械系の前記共振周波数に対応する、振動溶接方法。
- 請求項11記載の振動溶接方法において、前記第1加工物支持部が、振動の共振周波数を有する可動機械系の一部であり、前記方法が、前記可動機械系のQを決定するステップを含む、振動溶接方法。
- 請求項13記載の振動溶接方法であって、前記可動機械系を評価するためまたはそのトラブルシューティングを行うために、前記可動機械系の前記Qを設定制限値と比較するステップを含む、振動溶接方法。
- 請求項13記載の振動溶接方法において、前記可動機械系を発振信号でピングし、次いで前記系の周波数を、前記発振信号の終了後のリング・ダウンの間に測定し、前記発振信号の終了と前記リング・ダウンの振幅がその初期値の半分に減少したときとの間の時間間隔を測定することによって、前記可動機械系の前記Qを決定する、振動溶接方法。
