技术领域
本发明涉及一种使用真空隔热板作为门的隔热材的冰箱。
背景技术
冰箱是由在外箱与内箱之间设有发泡隔热材的冰箱本体所构成,在该冰箱本体的内部形成着储藏室,但为了提高隔热性能、减少耗电量,或者减小隔热箱体的壁厚以提高箱内容积效率,而将外箱与内箱之间填充的发泡隔热材的一部分换成真空隔热板(Vacuum heat-insulatingpanel)。
此外,提出了如下内容:就闭合冰箱本体的前表面开口部的门而言,也设有在配置于门外侧的门面材、与配置于门内侧的门内板之间配设着发泡隔热材的隔热部,但与冰箱本体同样地,为了提高隔热性能,而将配设于隔热部的发泡隔热材的一部分换成真空隔热板(例如参照日本专利特开2004-125394号)。
如图9所示,下述引用文献1所记载的冰箱中,在门127的门内板142上形成朝箱内侧成形的突起部143及纵深方向的高低面,在高低面的最前表面部144上以覆盖突起部143的方式粘贴真空隔热板138并将硬质聚胺基甲酸酯发泡体(polyurethane foam)113注入而发泡,从由门127的门内板142与真空隔热板138夹持的空间部146起,向突起部143内填充硬质聚胺基甲酸酯发泡体113。

于如上所述的冰箱中,由于真空隔热板138并不直接与配置于门127外侧的门面材150接触,故可以抑制因真空隔热板138与硬质聚胺基甲酸酯发泡体113的热收缩率不同而产生的外观变形。
然而,由于真空隔热板138是粘贴于纵深方向的高低面且以悬臂状态而固定于门内板142上,故存在制造时真空隔热板138容易从门内板142上剥落而引起制造不良之类的问题。
特别是由于从门内板142与真空隔热板138所夹持的空间部146处填充硬质聚胺基甲酸酯发泡体113,故硬质聚胺基甲酸酯发泡体113的发泡压力从门内板142起向剥离真空隔热板138的方向作用,存在硬质聚胺基甲酸酯发泡体113的发泡填充时,真空隔热板138容易从门内板142上剥落而易引起制造不良之类的问题。
发明内容
本发明是考虑上述问题研究而成者,其目的在于提供一种冰箱,其具备在门面材与门内板之间形成的隔热部上配设着真空隔热板的门,且于制造门时真空隔热板不会剥落,不易产生制造不良。
本发明的冰箱包括:冰箱本体,其在前表面形成开口,且在内部形成着储藏室;及门,其将上述冰箱本体的前表面开口部闭合,上述冰箱的特征在于:上述门包括配置于箱外侧的门面材、配置于箱内侧的门内板、及隔热部,该隔热部夹持于上述门面材与上述门内板之间且配设着真空隔热板及发泡隔热材,于上述门面材与上述真空隔热板之间,配设着接触于上述门面材的强化板。
发明的效果
本发明的冰箱藉由上述构成,于制造门时不会导致真空隔热板剥落,可抑制制造不良。

具体实施方式
以下,参照图式来说明本发明的一实施形态。
如图1所示,本实施形态的冰箱10是在由钢板形成的外箱12与形成储藏空间的内箱13之间设置隔热空间,以构成成为冰箱10的轮廓的冰箱本体11。
于外箱12的箱内侧,粘贴有真空隔热板16,在外箱12与内箱13的缝隙处注入含有聚胺基甲酸酯发泡体的发泡隔热材17的原液,使其发泡填充,藉此于外箱12的箱内侧配设着真空隔热板16的状态下,将外箱12及内箱13一体化。
内箱13的内部所形成的储藏空间藉由隔热间隔壁15,而被划分成上方的冷藏空间与下方的冷冻空间。
冷藏空间进一步藉由间隔壁21而上下划分,上部空间设置着设有多段载置架的冷藏室22,下部空间设置着配置抽出式收纳容器25a的蔬菜室24。
于蔬菜室24下方所配置的冷冻空间内,左右同时设置着具备自动制冰机的制冰室32及小型冷冻室34,且于其下方设置着冷冻室36。
如图2所示,冷藏室22的前表面开口部是藉由左右一对冷藏室门23,23而闭合,该左右一对冷藏室门23,23是利用冰箱本体11左右两侧所设置的铰链(hinge)23a,23a而转动自如地被枢支着。蔬菜室24、制冰室32、小型冷冻室34及冷冻室36的前表面开口部是藉由抽出式门25,33,35,37而闭合。于各抽出式门25,33,35,37的背面侧所固着的左右一对支撑框上,保持着收纳容器25a,33a,37a,且构成为伴随开门动作而向箱外拉出。
而且,于上述冷藏空间及冷冻空间的各背面部,分别配设着冷藏用冷凝器41及冷冻用冷凝器42、以及与各冷凝器41,42相对应的风扇43,44。藉由未图示的冷冻循环,交替地导入从冰箱本体11的下部所设置的压缩机45的排出侧所排出的冷媒,藉此将冷藏用冷凝器41及冷冻用冷凝器42冷却。由冷藏用冷凝器41及冷冻用冷凝器42所生成的冷气,藉由风扇43,44并经由管(duct)而导入到各储藏室内,将各储藏室冷却至规定温度。
于上述构成的冰箱10中,如图3~图5所示,冷冻室36的门37包括:门面材52,其配置于箱外侧;门内板54,其配置于箱内侧;上下盖(cap)56,58,其将门面材52及门内板54的上下端部连结;及隔热部60,其夹持于门面材52与门内板54之间。
详细而言,如图4所示,门面材52是由将两侧缘向冷冻室侧弯折成コ字状而形成有侧壁53的钢板所形成,且於翻折成コ字状的侧壁53的前端部53a处固定著门内板54。此外,门面材52在宽度方向中央部设置着朝向门内板54突出的凸部55,以便减小冷冻室门37的厚度。该凸部55是沿着冰箱10的上下方向而设置(参照图2)。
门内板54是将合成树脂材形成为板状而成,且于周缘部形成着用来保持气闸(gas gate,未图示)的气闸保持部54a,该气闸将冷冻室门37与冷冻室36内部的缝隙密封(seal)。门内板54的两侧缘是如上述般固定于门面材52的侧壁前端部53a处,藉此于门面材52与门内板54之间,形成着上下开口的隔热部60。
上盖56是由合成树脂形成,将隔热部60的上表面开口闭合而构成冷冻室门37的上表面。下盖58是由合成树脂形成,将隔热部60的下表面开口闭合而构成冷冻室门37的下表面。
隔热部60是藉由门面材52、门内板54、及上下盖56,58来闭合而成的空间,且于其内部配设着强化板62及真空隔热板64或发泡隔热材66等的隔热材。
强化板62是发泡苯乙烯等的板状隔热材,以避开门面材52上所设置的凸部55的方式,夹持凸部55而配置于两侧,并附着于门面材52的隔热部60侧。
如图5所示,强化板62的厚度T设定成大于等于凸部55的突出量L,且于强化板62附着在门面材52上的状态下,凸部55的顶部55a位于比强化板62的与门内板54对向的对向面62a更靠里侧的位置处、或者与该对向面62a处于同一平面内。
真空隔热板64是例如在将铝箔与合成树脂的积层薄膜制成袋状的厚度为70~120μm左右的阻气容器内,收纳含有绵状玻璃纤维(玻璃绒)的核心材料,并将阻气容器的内部在真空排气成0.03~30Pa左右的状态下密封而形成的板状构件,且横跨一对强化板62的对向面62a而附着,上述一对强化板62是夹持凸部55而配置于两侧。
发泡隔热材66是藉由将聚胺基甲酸酯发泡体原液发泡填充至隔热部60而形成,且于门面材52与真空隔热板64夹持强化板62的状态下,将门面材52、门内板54,及上下盖56,58一体化。藉此,形成将冷冻室36的前表面开口部隔热并闭合的隔热门。
如上所述,于本实施形态的冰箱10中,真空隔热板64与门面材52之间插入了强化板62,真空隔热板64并不与门面材52直接接触,可抑制因真空隔热板64与发泡隔热材66的热收缩率不同而产生的外观变形,并且由于强化板62是直接附着于门面材52上,故可提高门面材52的刚性,且进一步而言,冷冻室门37的外观不易变形。
而且,使强化板62介于之间而将真空隔热板64附着于门面材52上,在真空隔热板64与门内板54之间形成用来发泡填充聚胺基甲酸酯发泡体原液的空间。因此,聚胺基甲酸酯发泡体的发泡压力是朝着将真空隔热板64向强化板62挤压的方向而作用,故不易引起因真空隔热板64的位置偏移而产生的制造不良。
此外,于本实施形态中,强化板62是由发泡苯乙烯等的隔热材而构成,且真空隔热板64的包含铝箔的阻气容器与钢板制的门面材52之间可以插入隔热材,故可阻止箱外的热传播到阻气容器而不会向箱内泄漏。
而且,于本实施形态的冰箱10中,强化板62是配置于凸部55的左右,以避开凸部55,故无须将强化板62设成凹凸形状,制造变得容易。而且,藉由将强化板62的厚度T设定成大于等于门面材52的凸部55的突出量L,真空隔热板64与强化板62必定面接触,故可防止因凸部55抵接而导致真空隔热板64的损伤的情况。
另外,于本实施形态中,强化板62是以避开门面材52上所设置的凸部55的方式而配设,但例如亦可如图6所示,构成为于强化板62上形成让门面材52的凸部55可嵌入的凹部62c,包括凸部55在内,将强化板62附着于门面材52上。
而且,于上述本实施形态中,说明了于门面材52上形成朝向门内板54突出的凸部55的情况,但例如若如图7所示于门面材52上形成有在冷冻室门37的厚度方向上凹陷及突出的凹部57及凸部55的情况下,或如图8所示于以上下方向遍及冷冻室门37的宽度方向中央部而增大冷冻室门37的厚度的方式,将门面材52形成为向箱外侧凹陷的弯曲形状等的情况下,亦可将强化板62的与门面材52对向的对向面62b的形状设成与门面材52的形状相对应的形状,将强化板62的与真空隔热板64对向的对向面62a设成平面。
即,若为图7的情况,亦可将强化板62上所设置的凸部62d及凹部62c嵌入到门面材52的凹部57及凸部55,使强化板62附着于门面材52上,将强化板62的与真空隔热板64的对向面62a设成平面,另外若为图8的情况,亦可将强化板62的与门面材52对向的对向面62b设成与门面材52的弯曲形状相对应的朝向箱外侧突出的弯曲形状,将强化板62的与真空隔热板64对向的对向面62a设成平面。
此外,于本实施形态中,说明了于冷冻室门37上在门面材52与真空隔热板64之间配设强化板62的情况,但本发明并不限定于此,于冷藏室门23、蔬菜室门25、制冰室门33、或小型冷冻室门35上,亦可在各门的箱外侧所配置的门面材与箱内侧所配置的门内板之间设置真空隔热板,在门面材与真空隔热板之间配设与门面材接触的强化板。

Claims (2)

1.一种冰箱,包括:冰箱本体,于前表面形成开口,且于内部形成着储藏室;及门,将上述冰箱本体的前表面开口部闭合,上述冰箱的特征在于:
上述门包括:
门面材,其配置于箱外侧;
门内板,其配置于箱内侧;以及
隔热部,其夹持于上述门面材与上述门内板之间且配设着真空隔热板及发泡隔热材;
于上述门面材与上述真空隔热板之间,配设着与上述门面材接触的强化板;
上述门面材具备朝向上述门内板突出的凸部,
上述强化板避开上述凸部而附着于上述门面材上;
上述强化板的厚度设定成大于等于上述凸部的突出量;
上述发泡隔热材是被发泡填充至上述隔热部;
上述强化板是夹持上述凸部而配置于两侧,上述真空隔热板是夹持凸部而配置于两侧且横跨上述强化板而附着。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,
上述强化板是由隔热材形成。
