技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油组合物,更详细的说,涉及一种用于混合动力汽车、电动汽车等安装的马达、蓄电池、变换器、发动机以及电池等的润滑油组合物。
背景技术
近年,从地球环境保护的观点考虑现在正强烈地需要削减CO2,因此汽车领域中在为了节约耗油量的技术开发中倾注了力量。作为这样的节约耗油量的主流技术,有混合动力汽车、电动汽车,预计在今后将急速普及。混合动力汽车、电动汽车以具有电动马达、发电机为特征,其一部分或全部是依靠电动马达来运转。混合动力汽车、电动汽车中,如果电动马达的冷却是油冷却方式,则主要使用现有的自动变速器油(AutomaticTransmission Fluid,ATF)或无级变速器油(Continuously Variable Transmission Fluid,CVTF)作为润滑油组合物。为了赋予这些润滑油组合物控制湿式离合器的摩擦、抑制金属间的磨损的特性(金属间的耐磨性),混合有多种添加剂,体积电阻率在107Ωm左右。此外,也有这样的问题,随着润滑油自身的劣化,这些润滑油组合物的体积电阻率大幅下降。因而,作为混合动力汽车、电动汽车中使用的润滑油组合物,不仅仅要求金属间的耐磨性优异,而且在电动马达的绝缘性方面为了维持其长期可靠性,还要求绝缘性优异。
于是提出了这样的润滑油组合物,其含有润滑油基础油和选自(A)含烃基二硫代磷酸锌、(B)三芳基磷酸酯、(C)三芳基硫代磷酸酯以及这些化合物的混合物组成的群组中的磷系化合物,80℃的体积电阻率是1×108Ωm以上(例如,参照专利文献1)。此外提出了将含有(a)基础油、(b)含有油溶性磷的物质、(c)防腐剂的润滑油组合物供应给变速器(Transmission)的方法(例如,参照专利文献2)。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
然而,专利文献1中记载的润滑油组合物中,润滑油组合物的体积电阻率在2.4×108~4.3×109Ωm的范围内,这样的润滑油组合物的绝缘性尚不够。此外,专利文献2中记载的润滑油组合物的绝缘性也还不够。
于是,本发明的目的是提供金属间的耐磨性优异同时绝缘性也优异的润滑油组合物。
解决课题的手段
为了解决上述课题,本发明提供以下的润滑油组合物。
即,本发明的润滑油组合物是含有选自矿物系润滑油基础油以及合成系润滑油基础油中的至少以一种润滑油基础油的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,由
(a)中性磷系化合物与,(b)选自下述通式(1)表示的酸性磷酸酯胺盐以及下述通式(2)表示的酸性亚磷酸酯中的至少一种酸性磷系化合物与(c)硫系化合物混合而成。

本发明的润滑油组合物中,上述(a)成分的混合量以组合物总量为基准用磷量换算,优选的是100质量ppm以上、2000质量ppm以下。此外,上述(b)成分的混合量,以组合物总量为基准按磷量来换算,优选为50质量ppm以上,400质量ppm以下。此外,上述(c)成分的混合量,以组合物总量为基准按硫量来换算,优选为125质量ppm以上、1000质量ppm以下。
本发明的润滑油组合物,可以适用于混合动力汽车或者电动汽车用机器的冷却以及齿轮的润滑。
本发明的润滑油组合物,可以适用于马达、蓄电池、变换器、发动机以及电池中的至少任一项的机器的冷却。
发明的效果
本发明提供了金属间的耐磨性优异的同时绝缘性也优异的润滑油组合物。
具体实施方式
本发明的润滑油组合物(以下有时称为“本组合物”),其特征为,是含有选自矿物系基础油以及合成系润滑油基础油中的至少一种润滑油基础油的润滑油组合物,由(a)中性磷系化合物、(b)选自上述通式(1)表示的酸性磷酸酯胺盐以及上述通式(2)表示的酸性亚磷酸酯中的至少一种酸性磷系化合物与(c)硫系化合物混合而成。以下对本组合物进行详细地说明。
[基础油]
作为本组合物中使用的润滑油基础油(以下,有时只称为“基础油”),可以使用矿物系润滑油基础油也可以使用合成系润滑油基础油。这些润滑油基础油的种类没有特别限制,可以从以往用作汽车用变速器用润滑油的基础油的矿物油、合成油中任意选择使用。
作为矿物系润滑油基础油,可以举例,如石蜡基系矿物油、中间基系矿物油、环烷烃基系矿物油等。此外,作为合成系润滑油基础油可列举,例如聚丁烯、聚烯烃[α-烯烃均聚物和共聚物(例如,乙烯-α-烯烃共聚物)等]、各种酯(例如,多元醇酯、二元酸酯、磷酸酯等)、各种醚(例如,聚苯醚等)、聚二醇、烷基苯、烷基萘等。
本发明中,作为上述基础油,可以使用1种上述矿物系润滑油基础油,也可以2种以上组合使用。此外,可以使用1种上述合成系润滑油基础油,也可以2种以上组合使用。进一步地,也可以将1种以上上述矿物系润滑油基础油和1种以上上述合成系润滑油基础油组合使用。
对于上述基础油的粘度无特别限制,根据润滑油组合物的用途而不同,但通常优选温度100℃时的运动粘度为3~8mm2/s。如果100℃时的运动粘度为3mm2/s以上,则蒸发损失少,另一方面,如果在8mm2/s以下,则粘性阻力带来的动力损失变小,有改善耗油量的效果。
此外,作为上述基础油,优选使用根据碳型分析%CA在3.0以下、硫分的含量在50质量ppm以下的。此处,根据碳型分析得到的%CA表示,通过碳型分析(n-d-M法)算出的芳香族成分的比例(百分率)。此外,硫分是依据JIS K2541中记载的方法测定的值。
%CA在3.0以下,硫分在50质量ppm以下的润滑油基础油可以提供,有良好的氧化稳定性,能够抑制酸值的上升和油泥的生成,同时对于金属的腐蚀性小的润滑油组合物。更优选的%CA在1.0以下,进一步地在0.5以下,此外更优选硫分为30质量ppm以下。
进一步地,上述基油的粘度指数优选在70以上,更优选在100以上,进一步优选在120以上。这样的粘度指数在上述上限以上的基础油,根据温度的变化,粘度变化小,低温下也能得到耗油量改善的效果。
[(a)成分]
本发明中使用的(a)成分是中性磷系化合物。作为这样的中性磷系化合物,可以例举,如下述通式(3)以及(4)表示的化合物。

上述通式(3)以及(4)中,R3、R4以及R5的烃基表示碳原子数6~30的芳基、碳原子数1~30的烷基或者碳原子数2~30的烯基,R3、R4以及R5可以相同也可以不同。
作为这样的中性磷系化合物,可以举例,如磷酸三甲苯酯(Tricresyl phosphate)、磷酸三苯酯(Triphenyl phosphate)、磷酸三(二甲苯)酯(Trixylenyl Phosphate)、磷酸三(甲苯基/苯基)酯(Tricresyl phenyl phosphate)、硫代磷酸三甲苯酯(Tricresylthiophosphate)、硫代磷酸三苯酯(Triphenyl thiophosphate)等的芳香族中性磷酸酯;磷酸三丁酯(Tributyl phosphate)、磷酸三(2-乙基己酯)(Tri-2-ethylhexyl phosphate)、磷酸三丁氧酯(Tributoxy phosphate)、硫代磷酸三丁酯(Tributyl thiophosphate)等的脂肪族中性磷酸酯;亚磷酸三苯酯(Triphenyl phosphite)、亚磷酸三甲苯酯(Tricresyl phosphite)、亚磷酸三壬基苯酯(trisnonyl phenyl phosphite)、亚磷酸二苯基单-2-乙基己酯(diphenylmono-2-ethylhexyl phosphite)、亚磷酸二苯基单十三烷基酯(Diphenyl mono tridecylphosphite)、硫代亚磷酸三甲苯酯(Tricresyl thiophosphite)、硫代亚磷酸三苯酯(Triphenylthiophosphite)等的芳香族中性亚磷酸酯;亚磷酸三丁酯(Tributyl phosphite)、亚磷酸三辛酯(Trioctyl phosphite)、亚磷酸三癸酯(Trisdecylphosphite)、亚磷酸三(十三烷基酯)(Tristridecyl phosphite)、亚磷酸三油烯基酯(Trioleyl Phosphite)、硫代亚磷酸三丁酯(Tributyl thiophosphite)、硫代亚磷酸三辛酯(Trioctyl thiophosphite)等的脂肪族中性亚磷酸酯。这些中性磷系化合物中,从金属间的耐磨性的观点考虑,优选的使用芳香族中性磷酸酯、脂肪族中性磷酸酯等。此外,这些中性磷系化合物可以单独使用一种,也可以组合两种以上使用。
本组合物中,上述(a)成分的混合量,从在润滑油基础油中的溶解性观点考虑,以组合物总量为基准,用磷量换算优选的为2000质量ppm以下,更优选的为100质量ppm以上、2000质量ppm以下,特别优选的为200质量ppm以上、1000质量ppm以下。如果上述(a)成分的混合量在上述下限以上,润滑油组合物的金属间的耐磨性可以更加改善。此外,如果上述(a)成分的混合量超过上述上限,(a)成分在润滑油基础油中的溶解性可能会下降。
[(b)成分]
本组合物中使用的(b)成分,选自下述通式(1)表示的酸性磷酸酯胺盐以及下述通式(2)表示的酸性亚磷酸酯中的至少一种酸性磷系化合物。

上述通式(1)以及上述通式(2)中,R1以及R2表示氢或者碳原子数8~30的烃基。此外,R1以及R2可以相同也可以不同。进一步地,R1以及R2中的至少一个是碳原子数8~30的烃基,但更优选的为两者都是碳原子数8~30的烃基。如果上述烃基的碳原子数不足8,则润滑油组合物的氧化稳定性低下,另一方面,如果上述烃基的碳原子数超过30,则金属间的耐磨性不足。进一步地,作为R1以及R2的烃基,可以举例,如烷基、烯基、芳基、烷芳基基、芳烷基等。
作为上述通式(1)表示的酸性磷酸酯胺盐,可以举例,如,酸性磷酸二(2-乙基己酯)胺盐(Di-2-Ethylhexyl acid phosphate amine salt)、酸性磷酸二月桂酯胺盐(Dilaurylacid phosphate amine salt)、酸性磷酸二油烯基酯胺盐(Dioleyl acid phosphate amine salt)等的脂肪族酸性磷酸酯胺盐;酸性磷酸二苯酯胺盐(Diphenyl acid phosphate amine salt)、酸性磷酸二甲苯酯胺盐(Dicresyl acid phosphate amine salt)等的芳香族酸性磷酸酯胺盐;酸性磷酸S-辛基硫代乙酯胺盐(S-Octyl thioethyl acid phosphate amine salt)、酸性磷酸S-十二烷基硫代乙酯胺盐(S-Dodecyl thioethyl acid phosphate amine salt)等的含硫酸性磷酸酯胺盐。这些酸性磷酸酯胺盐可以单独使用一种,也可以两种以上组合使用。
作为上述酸性亚磷酸酯及其胺盐,可以举例,如亚磷酸氢二丁酯(Dibutylhydrogen phosphite)、亚磷酸氢二(2-乙基己酯)(Di-2-ethylhexyl hydrogen phosphite)、亚磷酸氢二月桂酯(Dilauryl hydrogen phosphite)、亚磷酸氢二油烯基酯(Dioleyl hydrogenphosphite)等的脂肪族酸性亚磷酸酯;亚磷酸氢二苯酯(Diphenyl hydrogen phosphite)、亚磷酸氢二甲苯酯(Dicresyl hydrogen phosphite)等的芳香族酸性亚磷酸酯;亚磷酸氢S-辛基硫代乙酯(S-Octylthioethyl hydrogen phosphite)、亚磷酸氢S-十二烷基硫代乙酯(S-Dodecylthioethyl hydrogen phosphite)等的含硫酸性亚磷酸酯等。此外,本组合物中,也可以以其胺盐的形式含有这些酸性亚磷酸酯。这些酸性亚磷酸酯以及其胺盐可以单独使用一种,也可以组合两种以上使用。
本组合物中,上述(b)成分的混合量,从润滑油组合物的体积电阻率的观点考虑,以组合物总量为基准,用磷量换算优选的为400质量ppm以下,更优选的为50质量ppm以上、400质量ppm以下,特别优选的为50质量ppm以上、250质量ppm以下。如果上述(b)成分的混合量在上述下限以上,润滑油组合物的金属间的耐磨性可以更加改善。此外,如果上述(b)成分的混合量超过上述上限,润滑油组合物的体积电阻率可能不足。
[(c)成分]
本发明中使用的(c)成分是硫系化合物。作为这样的硫系化合物,可以使用适当的众所周知的物质,具体的可列举如噻二唑(Thiadiazole)系化合物、多硫化合物(Polysulfide)系化合物、硫代氨基甲酸酯(Thiocarbamate)系化合物、硫代油脂系化合物、硫代烯烃系化合物等。这些硫系化合物中,从金属的耐烧结性以及金属间的耐磨性的观点考虑,优选的为噻二唑系化合物、多硫化物系化合物。这些硫系化合物可以单独使用一种,也可以组合两种以上使用。
作为上述噻二唑系化合物,可以使用适当的众所周知的物质,例如下述通式(5)表示的物质。
上述通式(5)中,R6以及R7分别表示碳原子数为1~30的烷基,其中优选使用碳原子数是6~20之物。此外,烷基可以为直链状,也可以为支链状。此外,此外,R6以及R7可以相同也可以不同。进一步地,X1以及X2分别表示1~3的整数,表示硫原子数,但优选使用硫原子数为2之物。上述通式(5)表示的噻二唑系化合物中,特别优选的为2,5-二(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基二硫)-1,3,4-噻二唑(2,5-Bis(1,1,3,3-tetramethyl butanedithio)-1,3,4-thiadiazole)。
作为上述多硫化物系化合物,可以使用适当的众所周知的物质,例如,下述通式(6)表示的物质。
R8-(S)Y-R9 ...(6)
上述通式(6)中,R8以及R9分别表示碳原子数1~20的烷基或者碳原子数3~20的芳基、碳原子数7~20的烷芳基。此外,R8以及R9可以相同也可以不同。此外,Y是2~8的整数,表示硫原子的数量。作为R8以及R9表示的基团,可列举如,苯基、萘基、苄基、甲苯基、二甲苯基等芳基;甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基、戊基、己基、庚基、辛基、壬基、癸基、十二烷基、环己基、环辛基等烷基。这些基团可以是直链状的,也可以是支链状的。此外,这些基团可以单独使用一种,也可以组合两种以上使用。上述通式(6)表示的多硫化物系化合物中,更优选的为,二苄基多硫化物(Dibenzyl polysulfide)、二叔壬基多硫化物(Di-tert-nonyl polysulfide)、二(十二烷基)多硫化物(Didodecyl polysulfide)、二叔丁基多硫化物(Di-tert-butyl polysulfide)、二辛基多硫化物(Dioctyl polysulfide)、二苯基多硫化物(Diphenyl polysulfide)、二环己基多硫化物(Dicyclohexyl polysulfide)等,这其中二硫化物是特别优选的。
本组合物中,上述(c)成分的混合量,从润滑油组合物的体积电阻率的观点考虑,以组合物总量为基准,用硫量换算优选的为1000质量ppm以下,更优选的为在125质量ppm以上、1000质量ppm以下,进一步地,从兼顾润滑油组合物的体积电阻率与耐磨性的观点考虑,特别优选的为在125质量ppm以上、500质量ppm以下。如果上述(c)成分的混合量在上述下限以上,润滑油组合物的金属间的耐磨性可以更加改善。此外,如果上述(c)成分的混合量超过上述上限,润滑油组合物的体积电阻率可能下降。
(其他的添加剂)
本发明的润滑油组合物,在不影响本发明效果的范围内,根据需要可以进一步混合其他添加剂,例如,抗氧化剂、粘度指数改进剂、防锈剂、铜减活剂、消泡剂以及无灰型分散剂等。
抗氧化剂可列举,如胺系抗氧化剂(二苯基胺类、萘胺类)、苯酚系抗氧化剂、硫系抗氧化剂等。抗氧化剂的优选的混合量为0.05质量%以上、7质量%以下。
作为粘度指数改进剂,可以列举如:聚甲基丙烯酸酯、分散型聚甲基丙烯酸酯、烯烃系共聚物(例如,乙烯-丙烯共聚物等)、分散型烯烃系共聚物、苯乙烯系共聚物(例如,苯乙烯-二烯共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯共聚物等)等。粘度指数改进剂优选的混合量,从混合效果方面考虑,以组合物总量为基准,在0.5质量%以上、15质量%以下左右。
作为防锈剂可以列举,如脂肪酸、烯基琥珀酸半酯(alkenyl succinic half ester)、脂肪酸皂、烷基磺酸盐、多元醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪酰胺、氧化石蜡、烷基聚氧乙烯醚等。防锈剂的优选混合量,以组合物总量为基准,在0.01质量%以上、3质量%以下左右。
铜减活剂可列举,如苯并三唑、苯并三唑衍生物、三唑、三唑衍生物、咪唑、咪唑衍生物等。铜减活剂的优选的混合量,以组合物总量为基准,在0.01质量%以上、5质量%以下左右。
作为消泡剂,可以列举,如硅酮系化合物、酯系化合物等。消泡剂优选的混合量,以组合物总量为基准,在0.01质量%以上、5质量%以下左右。
作为无灰型分散剂可列举,如琥珀酰亚胺化合物、硼系酰亚胺化合物、酰胺类化合物等。无灰型分散剂优选的混合量,以组合物总量为基准,在0.1质量%以上、20质量%以下左右。
实施例
接着,通过实施例更详细地说明本发明,但本发明并不被这些例子做任何的限定。应当注意,各例中的润滑油组合物(样本油)的性能(体积电阻率、金属间的耐磨性、溶解性)通过以下方法求得。
(1)体积电阻率:
依据JIS C2101中记载的方法,在测定温度为80℃,外加电压250V、测定时间为1分钟的试验条件下,测定样本油的体积电阻率。应当注意,如果样本油的体积电阻率在5×1010Ωm以上,则判定体积电阻率足够高。
(2)金属间的耐磨性
(i)Shell四球磨损试验
依据ASTM D4172中记载的方法,在转速为1800rpm、试验温度为75℃、负荷392N、试验时间为60分钟的试验条件下,通过测定磨斑直径,评估金属间的耐磨性。应当注意,磨斑直径越小金属间的耐磨性越优异,如果磨斑直径在0.6mm以下,则判定金属间的耐磨性良好。
(ii)Shell四球极压试验
依据ASTM D2783中记载的方法,通过在转速1800rpm的试验条件下测定负荷-磨损指数(LWI),评估金属间的耐磨性。应当注意,LWI越大金属间的耐磨性越优异,如果LWI在350N以上,则判定金属间的耐磨性良好。
(3)溶解性
将样本油在温度为-5℃下放置10天后,通过目测观察外观,评估化合物在润滑油基础油中的溶解性。应当注意,基于样本油有无浑浊能评估溶解性,样本油中没有浑浊的情况下,可以判定溶解性良好。
[实施例1~11、比较例1~9]
使用以下所示的润滑油基础油、各种高分子化合物以及添加剂,按照表1、表2以及表3所示的组成制备变速器用润滑油组合物(样本油)。制备的样本油,按照上述方法评价各个性能,结果见表1、表2以及表3。
基础油:基础油A(矿物油,温度40℃时的运动粘度:20mm2/s、温度100℃时的运动粘度:4.2mm2/s)与基础油B(矿物油,温度40℃时的运动粘度:10mm2/s、温度100℃时的运动粘度:2.7mm2/s)混合而成的混合油,其在润滑油组合物温度为100℃时的运动粘度为5mm2/s。
芳香族中性磷酸酯:磷酸三甲苯酯
磷酸烷基酯胺盐:酸性磷酸二油烯基酯胺盐
亚磷酸烷基酯:亚磷酸氢二油烯基酯
烷基噻二唑:2,5-二(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基二硫)-1,3,4-噻二唑
二苄基多硫化物:二苄基二硫化物
磷酸烷基酯:酸性磷酸二油烯基酯
二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDTP):拥有碳原子数是8~12的伯烷基的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌
其他的添加剂:抗氧化剂、防锈剂、铜减活剂以及消泡剂
自动变速器油(ATF):日产ATF Matic Fluid J
无级变速式变速器油(CVTF):日产CVT Fluid NS-2

[评价结果]
从表1~表3中所示结果可以明白,本发明的润滑油组合物(实施例1~实施例11),由于润滑油基础油是由上述中性磷系化合物、上述酸性磷酸酯胺盐以及上述酸性亚磷酸酯中的至少一种与上述硫系化合物混合而成,因此金属间的耐磨性优异同时绝缘性也优异。
另一方面,比较例1~比较例9的润滑油组合物不能满足金属间的耐磨性以及体积电阻率这两方的特性。例如,没有混合上述中性磷系化合物的比较例1以及比较例2的润滑油组合物,其体积电阻率不足。此外,没有混合上述酸性磷酸酯胺盐以及上述酸性亚磷酸酯中的任一种的比较例3的润滑油组合物,其金属间的耐磨性不足。进一步地,上述酸性磷酸酯胺盐以及上述酸性亚磷酸酯中一个也没有混合的情况下,即使上述中性磷系化合物的混合量多,也会像比较例4所示的那样,能看到润滑油组合物中产生了浑浊。此外,没有混合上述硫系化合物的比较例5的润滑油组合物,其金属间的耐磨性不足。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的润滑油组合物,适用于混合动力汽车、电动汽车等安装的马达、蓄电池、变换器、发动机以及电池等所使用的润滑油组合物。
Claims (6)
2.根据权利要求1中所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,上述(a)成分的混合量,以组合物总量为基准按磷量换算,为100质量ppm以上、2000质量ppm以下。
3.根据权利要求1或者权利要求2中所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,上述(b)成分的混合量,以组合物总量为基准按磷量换算,为50质量ppm以上、400质量ppm以下。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,上述(c)成分的混合量,以组合物总量为基准按硫量换算,为125质量ppm以上、1000质量ppm以下。
5.根据权利要求1至权利要求4中的任意一项所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑油组合物用于混合动力汽车或者电动汽车用机器的冷却以及齿轮的润滑。
6.根据权利要求5中所述的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑油组合物用于马达、蓄电池、变换器、发动机以及电池中的至少任一项的上述机器的冷却。
