Abstract

本发明提供涂料组合物,其可显示出角度依赖性色变(与视角有关的色变;随角异色效应)以及反射和透射中的不同颜色,和当用于印刷全息图时产生可显示出角度相关色变(随角异色效应)、反射和透射中的不同颜色、极亮的OVD图像和极强的虹效应、高纯度和对比度的(加密)产品。
该涂料组合物包含边长最长尺度为15-1000nm,优选15-600nm,特别是20-500nm且厚度为2-100nm,优选2-40nm,特别是4-30nm的成型过渡金属颗粒(颜料),和基料,其中颜料与基料之比使得所得涂层显示出角度相关色变,即与视角有关的色变。
由成型过渡金属颗粒形成的层显示出“色移”,意指在不同角度下观察该层时,该层显示出颜色变化。所述“色移”仅由成型过渡金属颗粒导致而不使用其它着色剂。
如果基料与成型过渡金属颗粒(颜料)之比为10:1以下,尤其是5:1以下,则所得涂层显示出角度依赖性色变。
过渡金属选自Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、Ti、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Ru、Rh、Pd、Os、Ir和Pt。过渡金属优选Ag。
成型过渡金属颗粒通常可以为纳米片、纳米三棱柱和纳米六棱柱、纳米星(树枝状颗粒)、纳米立方体、纳米新月体、纳米盘、纳米线、纳米条、纳米六角体、纳米球状体、纳米圆柱体、锥体、各种纳米多面体或中空结构的形式,或它们为纳米透镜型或纳米锥形,即它们不同于规则球体。
成型过渡金属颗粒的边长最长尺度可以为约15nm至约1000nm,优选15-600nm。成型颗粒的厚度可以为约2nm至约100nm,优选2-30nm。
优选成型过渡金属颗粒为边长最长尺度为15-1000nm,优选15-600nm,特别是20-500nm,且厚度为2-100nm,优选2-40nm,特别是4-30nm的片晶形式。更优选一些成型颗粒为三棱柱和/或六棱柱的形式。成型颗粒尤其可作为具有不同形状的片晶的混合物得到,其中六棱柱和/或三棱柱和/或斜截三棱柱占成型过渡金属颗粒总数的20%以上,优选30%以上,特别是50%以上。成型颗粒有利地为单晶的。
纵横比(边长最长尺度/厚度)为至少1.5,尤其是1.5-300,非常尤其是1.5-125。
广泛已知以条或丝的形式用于纸币加密元件中。将本发明油墨(胶版、凹版、柔版、喷墨、丝网或凹版油墨)直接印刷于纸或其它基材上产生显示出角度依赖性色变的涂层。该直接印刷可以用于纸币中的条或丝的形式代替加密元件,其由具有连续反射金属层的透明膜构成,聚酯膜上的真空沉积铝是最普通的实例。
可通过本发明涂料组合物得到的效应基于包含成型银颗粒的涂料组合物描述,但不限于它:
透射和反射中的颜色取决于涂层的光吸收谱,且反射中的颜色在物理意义上可与透射中的颜色互补。一般而言,具有较高纵横比和/或较大线性尺寸的颗粒提供透射中的蓝色和取决于颜料:基料比反射中的银色、金色、青铜色、紫铜色或紫色。具有较低纵横比和/或较小线性尺寸的颗粒提供透射中的紫色、品红色、粉色、绿色或棕色,和取决于颜料:基料比反射中的各种颜色。例如蓝色由根据实施例1(纵横比约6-7)和2(纵横比10以上)得到的银颗粒提供。
涂料组合物包含成型过渡金属颗粒和基料。基料为常用于涂料组合物中的高分子量有机化合物。其中可使用本发明颜料或颜料组合物的用于染色的高分子量有机材料可以具有天然或合成源。高分子量有机材料通常具有约103-108g/mol或甚至更大的分子量。它们可例如为天然树脂、干性油、橡胶或干酪素,或由其衍生的天然物质如氯化橡胶、油改性醇酸树脂、粘胶,纤维素醚或酯如乙基纤维素、乙酸纤维素、丙酸纤维素、乙酰丁酸纤维素或硝基纤维素,但尤其是总体上合成有机聚合物(热固性塑料和热塑性塑料),如通过聚合、缩聚或加聚得到的。聚合树脂类中尤其可提到聚烯烃如聚乙烯、聚丙烯或聚异丁烯,以及取代的聚烯烃如氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯、苯乙烯、丙烯腈、丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯或丁二烯的聚合产物,以及所述单体的共聚产物,尤其例如ABS或EVA。
有利地,涂料组合物还包含溶剂。
基料可包含选自如下的任意一种或多种:硝基纤维素、乙基纤维素、乙酸纤维素、乙酸丙酸纤维素(CAP)、乙酸丁酸纤维素(CAB)、醇溶性丙酸酯(ASP)、氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯、乙烯基化合物、丙烯酸类化合物、聚氨酯、聚酰胺、松香酯、烃、醛、酮、氨基甲酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、萜烯酚、聚烯烃、聚硅氧烷、纤维素、聚酰胺、聚酯和松香酯树脂。
角度依赖性色变可以在约10:1至约1:10的颜料/基料比下得到,而>10:1的颜料/基料比产生银色涂层,<1:10的颜料/基料比导致可视反射的损失。
涂料组合物优选为印刷油墨。本发明油墨如在普通印刷油墨的情况下包含成型过渡金属颗粒、基料、辅助剂等。
关于基料树脂,可使用热塑性树脂,其实例包括聚乙烯基聚合物[聚乙烯(PE)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)、氯乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯醇-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、聚丙烯(PP)、乙烯基聚合物[聚(氯乙烯)(PVC)、聚(乙烯醇缩丁醛)(PVB)、聚(乙烯醇)(PVA)、聚(偏二氯乙烯)(PVdC)、聚(乙酸乙烯酯)(PVAc)、聚(乙烯醇缩甲醛)(PVF)]、聚苯乙烯基聚合物[聚苯乙烯(PS)、苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(AS)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)]、丙烯酸基聚合物[聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)(PMMA)、MMA-苯乙烯共聚物]、聚碳酸酯(PC)、纤维素[乙基纤维素(EC)、乙酸纤维素(CA)、丙基纤维素(CP)、乙酸丁酸纤维素(CAB)、硝酸纤维素(CN)]、氟基聚合物[聚氯氟乙烯(PCTFE)、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、四氟乙烯-六氟乙烯共聚物(FEP)、聚(偏二氟乙烯)(PVdF)]、氨基甲酸酯基聚合物(PU)、尼龙[类型6、类型66、类型610、类型11]、聚酯(烷基)[聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、聚对苯二甲酸环己烷二甲醇酯(PCT)]、酚醛清漆类酚醛树脂等。另外,也可使用热固性树脂如甲阶酚醛树脂类酚醛树脂、脲树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、聚氨酯树脂、环氧树脂、不饱和聚酯等,和天然树脂如蛋白质、树胶、虫胶、柯巴脂、淀粉和松香。
此外,可根据为此的需要向基料中加入用于稳定印刷膜的柔性和强度的增塑剂和用于调整其粘度和干燥性能的溶剂。溶剂可包含如下任意一种或多种:酯如乙酸正丙酯、乙酸异丙酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯;醇如乙醇、工业用甲醇变性酒精、异丙醇或正丙醇;酮如甲乙酮或丙酮;芳烃如二甲苯和甲苯。根据印刷方法的类型可使用约100℃的低沸点的溶剂和250℃或更高的高沸点的石油溶剂。例如烷基苯等可用作低沸点溶剂。溶剂的实例为乙氧基丙醇、甲乙酮、乙酸甲氧基丙酯、二丙酮醇等。
另外还可适当地加入辅助剂,包括用于改善干燥性能、粘度和分散性的多种反应性试剂。辅助剂用于调整油墨的性能,例如可使用改进油墨表面的耐磨性的化合物和促进油墨干燥的干燥剂等。
也可使用其中不使用溶剂的光聚合固化树脂或电子束固化树脂作为是赋形剂的主要组分的基料树脂。其实例包括丙烯酸类树脂,市售的丙烯酸类单体的具体实例显示于下面。
可使用的单官能丙烯酸酯单体包括例如丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、2-乙基己基-EO加合物丙烯酸酯、乙氧基二甘醇丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸2-羟乙酯、丙烯酸2-羟丙酯、丙烯酸2-羟乙酯-己内酯加合物、丙烯酸2-苯氧基乙酯、苯氧基二甘醇丙烯酸酯、壬基苯酚-EO加合物丙烯酸酯、(壬基苯酚-EO加合物)-己内酯加合物丙烯酸酯、2-羟基-3-苯氧基丙基丙烯酸酯、四氢糠基丙烯酸酯、糠醇-己内酯加合物丙烯酸酯、丙烯酰基吗啉、二环戊烯基丙烯酸酯、二环戊烷基丙烯酸酯、二环戊烯氧基乙基丙烯酸酯、异冰片基丙烯酸酯、(4,4-二甲基-1,3-二氧杂环己烷)-己内酯加合物丙烯酸酯、(3-甲基-5,5-二甲基-1,3-二氧杂环己烷)-己内酯加合物丙烯酸酯等。
可使用的多官能丙烯酸酯单体包括己二醇二丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇二丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、新戊二醇羟基新戊酸酯二丙烯酸酯、(新戊二醇羟基新戊酸酯)-己内酯加合物二丙烯酸酯、(1,6-己二醇二缩水甘油醚)-丙烯酸加合物、(羟基新戊醛-三羟甲基丙烷乙缩醛)二丙烯酸酯、2,2-双[4-(丙烯酰氧基二乙氧基)苯基]丙烷、2,2-双[4-(丙烯酰氧基二乙氧基)苯基]甲烷、氢化双酚A-氧化乙烯加合物二丙烯酸酯、三环癸烷二甲醇二丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、(三羟甲基丙烷-氧化丙烯)加合物三丙烯酸酯、甘油-氧化丙烯加合物三丙烯酸酯、二季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯和五丙烯酸酯的混合物、二季戊四醇和低级脂肪酸和丙烯酸的酯、二季戊四醇-己内酯加合物丙烯酸酯、三(丙烯酰氧基乙基)异氰尿酸酯、2-丙烯酰氧基乙基磷酸酯等。
包含以上树脂的油墨不含溶剂且如此构成以便当被电子束或电磁波照射时在链反应中聚合。
在这些油墨中,关于紫外照射类型的油墨,可向其中加入光聚合引发剂和取决于为此需要的敏化剂,和辅助剂如聚合抑制剂和链转移剂等。
关于光聚合引发剂,存在(1)直接光解型的引发剂,包括芳基烷基酮、肟酮、酰基膦氧化物等,(2)自由基聚合反应型引发剂,包括二苯甲酮衍生物、噻吨酮衍生物等,(3)阳离子聚合反应型引发剂,包括芳基重氮盐、芳基碘盐、芳基锍盐和芳基苯乙酮盐等,以及另外,(4)能量转移型引发剂,(5)光氧化还原型引发剂,(6)电子转移型引发剂等。关于电子束固化型油墨,不需要光聚合引发剂,且可使用如紫外照射型油墨的情况下相同类型的树脂,可根据为此的需要向其中加入各种辅助剂。
油墨包含基于油墨的总重量0.1-90重量%,优选0.1-70重量%的成型过渡金属颗粒总含量。
优选,基料包含50%硝基纤维素以及任何上述树脂。
组合物可另外包含溶剂。溶剂可以为酯/醇混合物以及优选乙酸正丙酯和乙醇。更优选,酯/醇共混物的比为10:1-40:1,甚至更优选20:1-30:1。
金属油墨中所用的溶剂可包含如下任意一种或多种:酯如乙酸正丙酯、乙酸异丙酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯;醇如乙醇、工业用甲醇变性酒精、异丙醇或正丙醇;酮如甲乙酮或丙酮;芳烃如甲苯,和水。
优选,组合物用于生产全息图。参考WO2005/051675和WO2008/061930。此处所述用于在基材上形成光变图像(光变图样)的方法包括如下步骤:
a)在基材的离散部分上形成光变图像(OVI);和
b)将包含边长最长尺度为15-1000nm,优选15-600nm,特别是20-500nm且厚度为2-100nm,优选2-40nm,特别是4-30nm的片晶型过渡金属颗粒和基料的涂料组合物,尤其是金属油墨沉积于至少部分OVI上。
优选步骤a)包括:
a1)将可固化化合物施用于至少部分基材上;
a2)使至少部分可固化化合物与OVI形成器具接触;和
a3)将可固化化合物固化。
参考WO08/061930的图1,将纸、铝或其它不透明基材(1)在其下表面上用紫外可固化漆(2)印刷。将光变图样或其它透镜或雕刻结构投铸(3)于漆(2)的表面内,其中透明垫(4)具有在其上的光变图样或其它透镜或雕刻结构。将光变图样或其它透镜或雕刻结构图像赋予漆内并借助放置通过垫(4)的UV灯以正常加工速度通过极化透镜(8)、石英辊(6)和透明聚碳酸酯辊(5)而立即固化(6)。光变图样或其它透镜或雕刻结构是透明垫上的图像的摹写。将金属油墨(9)印刷(10)于光变图样或其它透镜或雕刻结构上并导致光变图样或其它透镜或雕刻结构变得反光。可随后将其它色料(11)惯例地以正常印刷工艺速度在线印刷。在可选实施方案中,将纸、铝或其它不透明基材(1)用膜基材取代。这种材料是基本透明的,因此图像由表面的两面可见。
可通过以上方法得到的(加密)产品是新的并形成本申请的另一主题。
在所述实施方案中,(加密)产品包含基材、UV固化漆、刻入UV固化漆内的全息或其它亚微观衍射光栅和在至少部分基材上的雕刻UV固化漆上的金属涂层。

在本发明的另一优选实施方案中,在至少部分有色或金属油墨上形成光变图像以前将有色或金属油墨沉积于基材上,在其上形成光变图像。
基材可包含任何片材。基材可以为不透明、基本透明或半透明的,其中WO08/061930所述方法尤其适于对UV光不透(不透明)的基材。基材可包括纸、皮革、织物如丝、棉、Tyvac、膜材料或金属如铝。基材可以为一种或多种片或网的形式。
基材可以为模制、机织、非机织、浇铸、压延、吹制、挤出和/或双轴挤出的。基材可包括纸、织物、人造纤维和聚合化合物。基材可包括选自如下的任意一种或多种:纸、由木浆或棉或合成无木纤维制成的纸,和板。纸/板可以为由棉或棉质牛仔布、Tyvac、亚麻布、棉、丝、皮革、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯膜Propafilm、聚氯乙烯、硬质PVC、纤维素、三乙酸酯、乙酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯、尼龙、丙烯酸类和聚醚酰亚胺板制成的涂覆、压延或机器施胶;涂覆、未涂覆的模制品。聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯基材可以为Melienex型膜定向聚丙烯(可由DuPontFilmsWillimingtonDelawareproductIDMelinexHS-2得到)。
为透明膜或不透明基材如不透明塑料、纸的基材包括但不限于纸币、凭单、护照,和任何加密或信用文件、自粘邮票和货物税封口、卡、烟草、药物、计算机软件包和鉴定证书、铝等。
在本发明的优选实施方案中,基材为不透明(不透明)片材,例如纸。在本发明另一优选实施方案中,基材为透明片材如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
在基材上形成光变图像可包括将可固化化合物或组合物沉积于至少部分基材上。组合物,通常涂料或漆可通过凹版、柔版、喷墨和丝网印刷方法沉积。可固化漆可通过光化辐射,优选紫外(U.V.)灯或电子束固化。优选将漆UV固化。UV固化漆可由BASFSE得到。本发明所用暴露于光化辐射或电子束下的漆在将它们再次从成像垫上分离时需要达到凝固阶段以在其上层中保持亚微观、全息衍射光栅图像或图(OVI)的记录。特别适于漆组合物的是工业涂料和制版技术中辐射固化工业中所用的化学品。特别合适的是含有一种或几种会引发暴露于光化辐射下的漆层聚合的光潜催化剂的组合物。特别适于快速固化和转化成固态的是包含一种或几种对自由基聚合敏感的单体和低聚物如丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯,或含有至少一个烯属不饱和基团的单体和低聚物的组合物。参考WO2008/061930的第8-35页。
UV漆可包含来自SartomerEurope系列的乙氧基-丙烯酸酯(10-60%)和一种或几种可由SartomerEurope得到的丙烯酸酯(单官能和多官能)单体(20-90%)和一种或几种光引发剂(1-15%)如1173和来自BYKChemie的均染剂如361(0.01-1%)。
可固化组合物优选通过凹版或柔版印刷沉积。
可固化组合物优选通过紫外(U.V.)灯或电子束固化。可固化组合物可以为有色的。
金属油墨可通过常规印刷机如凹版、转轮凹版、柔版、平版、胶版、活版凹雕和/或丝网方法,或其它印刷方法施用于基材上。
为了全息图在透明膜基材的第一和第二表面,和纸基材的第一表面上清楚地可见,优选将金属颜料颗粒以这样的方式印刷以校准它们使得它们遵循和符合衍射光栅的轮廓。
为实现金属颜料颗粒对衍射光栅轮廓的这一校准,油墨(涂料组合物)优选具有非常低的基料、低颜料含量和中颜料:基料比和/或非常薄的颜料颗粒。
通常将膜基材例如使用CeruttiR950印刷机(可由CerruttiUKLongHanboroughOxon.得到)用大量有色油墨印刷。然后将基材用紫外可固化漆印刷。将OVI投铸于可固化组合物的表面内,其中垫具有在其上的OVI,将全息图像赋予漆中并借助UV灯立即固化,变成置于垫上的OVI的摹写。将金属油墨印刷于OVI上并导致OVI变得反光,OVI在纸或其它非膜基材的第一表面,和在膜基材的两面上可见。在另一实施方案中,将UV固化组合物用电子束固化组合物取代并将UV灯用电子束发射器件取代。
油墨优选包含低固体、高粘度基料。优选颜料:基料比为10:1-1:10重量计。更优选颜料:基料比按重量计为6:1-1:6,甚至更优选4:1-1:4。最优选颜料:基料比为3:1-1:3。
组合物的重量计金属颜料含量可以为小于90%。优选组合物的重量计颜料含量为小于70%,更优选0.1-90%,甚至更优选0.1-70%。
基料可包括选自如下的一种或多种:硝基纤维素、氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙烯基化合物、丙烯酸类化合物、氨基甲酸酯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、萜烯酚、聚烯烃、聚硅氧烷、纤维素、聚酰胺、聚酯、松香酯树脂。优选的基料为50%硝基纤维素(由NobelIndustries供应的ID硝基纤维素DHL120/170和硝基纤维素DLX30/50)、50%聚氨酯(由Avecia供应的IDNeorezU335)。溶剂可以为酯/醇混合物,优选比为20:1-30:1的乙酸正丙酯和乙醇。
可将本发明组合物施用于全息图上以用于基材如(加密)产品,包括纸币、信用卡、身份验证文件如护照、身份证、驾照或其它证明文件、药品外包装、软件、光盘、烟草包装和其它易于假冒或伪造的产品或包装上以保护它们以防欺诈侵占、变更或仿制。
优选,当带有金属化图像或图样的基材随后覆盖于印刷图片和/或正文上,或将基材预先印刷图片和/或正文并将金属化图像或图样沉积于其上时,那些预先印刷的特征通过基材和/或金属组合物涂覆的衍射光栅或图像可见。
可将涂料组合物沉积于置于基材如基本透明、半透膜或不透明基材上的衍射光栅上。基材可包含纸、膜材料或金属如铝。
基材可包含聚合化合物。基材可包含由木浆或棉或合成无木纤维制成的纸。
衍射光栅可使用任何技术人员已知的方法,例如US4,913,858、US5,164,227、WO2005/051675和WO2008/061930所述那些形成。
可将涂料组合物通过常规印刷机如凹版、转轮凹版、柔版、平版、胶版、活版凹雕和/或丝网方法,或其它印刷方法施用于基材上。
优选当带有强化衍射图像或图样的基材随后覆盖于印刷图片和/或正文上,或将基材预先印刷图片和/或正文并将强化衍射图像或图沉积于其上时,那些印刷的特征通过基材和/或金属油墨涂覆的衍射光栅或图像可见。
通过改变膜重量和沉积金属油墨的密度,可调节通过增强图像的光透射以提供理想的视觉效应范围。
组合物还可包含改进添加剂,例如着色剂和/或合适的溶剂。
优选,树脂保持组合物在衍射光栅表面上的附着。
可将特殊添加剂加入组合物中以改进它的化学和/或物理性能。多色效应可通过将(有色)无机和/或有机颜料和/或溶剂可溶性染料引入油墨中以实现一系列有色色泽而实现。通过加入染料,可影响透射色。通过加入荧光或磷光材料,可影响透射和/或反射色。

特别有意义的有色有机颜料包括C.I.颜料红202、C.I.颜料红122、C.I.颜料红179、C.I.颜料红170、C.I.颜料红144、C.I.颜料红177、C.I.颜料红254、C.I.颜料红255、C.I.颜料红264、C.I.颜料棕23、C.I.颜料黄109、C.I.颜料黄110、C.I.颜料黄147、C.I.颜料橙61、C.I.颜料橙71、C.I.颜料橙73、C.I.颜料橙48、C.I.颜料橙49、C.I.颜料蓝15、C.I.颜料蓝60、C.I.颜料紫23、C.I.颜料紫37、C.I.颜料紫19、C.I.颜料绿7、C.I.颜料绿36、WO08/055807所述片晶形式的2,9-二氯-喹吖啶酮,或其混合物或固溶体。
可有利地使用片晶状有机颜料如片晶状喹吖啶酮、酞菁、氟红玉、二嗪、红二萘嵌苯或二酮吡咯并吡咯。
合适的有色颜料还包括常规无机颜料;尤其是选自如下的那些:金属氧化物、锑黄、铬酸铅、铬酸硫酸铅、钼酸铅、群青蓝、钴蓝、锰蓝、氧化铬绿、水合氧化铬绿、钴绿和金属硫化物,例如铈或镉硫化物、硫硒化镉、铁酸锌、钒酸铋、普鲁士蓝、Fe3O4、炭黑和混合金属氧化物。
可用于将可固化组合物着色的染料的实例选自偶氮、偶氮甲碱、甲川、蒽醌、酞菁、二嗪、黄烷士林、阴丹士林、蒽素嘧啶和金属配合物染料。单偶氮染料、钴配合物染料、铬配合物染料、蒽醌染料和铜酞菁染料是优选的。

因此,在本发明优选实施方案中,涂料组合物除片晶状过渡金属(银)颗粒外,还包含直径为3-40nm的球形过渡金属(银)颗粒,其中高达40%的过渡金属(银)颗粒可以为球形的。
可首先将基料树脂溶于合适的溶剂中以形成液体清漆。然后可将这些清漆通过高速混合机与金属颜料和/或其它组分混合以产生组合物。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供包含成型过渡金属颗粒(颜料)和基料的金属油墨。颜料与基料之比足够高以容许金属颗粒对准衍射光栅的轮廓。
成型过渡金属颗粒可通过技术人员已知的任何方法制备。例如US2008/0295646描述了制备胶态悬浮液形式的具有单峰粒度分布和预定厚度的金属,特别是银纳米柱的热方法。通过波长调制制备具有可控边长的银纳米柱的光化学方法描述于WO2004/089813中。WO2006/099312描述了金纳米柱的合成。可分散于多种有机溶剂中的二氧化硅涂覆的银柱描述于C.Xue等人,Adv.Mater.19,2007,4071中。
WO2009056401描述了特征在于近红外(NIR)范围内的表面等离子体共振的纳米成型过渡金属颗粒,特别是纳米片及其制备方法。这些颗粒用作隔热建筑、汽车上釉或农用膜、激光焊接、激光打印、加密印刷和涂层的近红外固化中的IR吸收剂。
成型过渡金属颗粒可通过本领域技术人员已知的任何方法制备。例如参考WO2010/108837。生产选自Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、Ti、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Ru、Rh、Pd、Os、Ir和Pt的成型过渡金属颗粒的方法包括如下步骤:首先
a)通过将还原剂的溶液与包含浓度高于2毫摩尔/升的过渡金属盐和聚合分散剂和/或包覆剂的含水混合物混合而产生各向同性球形金属纳米颗粒,和
b)通过用过氧化物处理而引发所述各向同性纳米颗粒的可控附聚,导致片晶型金属纳米-或微颗粒的形成。
过渡金属优选为Ag、Cu、Pd或Au,更优选Ag。成型颗粒也可由两种上述过渡金属制备以形成芯-壳或合金类颗粒,例如如WO07103536所述。
合适单-、二-、三-或多羧酸的银盐的实例包括乙酸、丙酸、4-环己基丁酸、草酸、丙二酸、琥珀酸、苹果酸、马来酸、富马酸、戊二酸、己二酸、柠檬酸和聚丙烯酸的银盐。
合适磺酸或聚磺酸的银盐的实例包括甲烷磺酸、三氟甲烷磺酸、乙烯基磺酸、苯磺酸、甲苯磺酸、苯乙烯磺酸和磺化聚苯乙烯的银盐。
合适含P酸的银盐的实例包括磷酸、偏磷酸、亚磷酸、焦磷酸、连二磷酸及其有机取代的衍生物、苯酚-磷酸酯树脂、聚丙烯酸磷酸酯和膦酸酯的银盐。
优选的银(I)盐为AgNO3、Ag2O、AgClO4、Ag2SO4、CH3CO2Ag、柠檬酸单-、二-或三银、CH3SO3Ag、CF3SO3Ag,其中AgNO3、CH3CO2Ag和Ag2O是更优选的。
合适的金盐的实例为KAu(CN)2;AuI;AuBr;AuCl;R1CO2Au,其中R1具有与关于R1CO2Ag所述相同的含义;HAuCl4;AuBr3;AuBr4K;AuBr4Na;AuCl3;AuCl4K;AuCl4Li;AuCl4Na及其混合物,其中HAuCl4是优选的。

分散剂可以为任何防止球形和成型颗粒附聚或聚集的聚合物。分散剂可以为重均分子量为500-2,000,000g/mol,优选1500-1,000,000的非离子、阴离子或阳离子聚合物,其形成在含水混合物中的溶液或乳液。通常,该聚合物可含有极性基团。合适的聚合物分散剂通常具有包含聚合物链和结合团的双组分结构。这些的特殊组合导致它们的效力。
合适的市售聚合物分散剂例如为4046、4047、4060、4300、4330、4580、4585、8512、161、162、163、164、165、166、168、169、170、2000、2001、2050、2090、2091、2095、2096、2105、2150、AjinomotoFineTechno的711、821、822、823、824、827、Lubrizol的24000、31845、32500、32550、32600、33500、34750、36000、36600、37500、39000、41090、44000、53095、CP30(丙烯酸和丙烯酰基膦酸酯的共聚物)及其组合。
优选衍生自羟烷基(甲基)丙烯酸酯和/或聚二醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯如羟乙基和羟丙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、聚乙二醇(甲基)丙烯酸酯、具有胺官能的(甲基)丙烯酸酯如N-[3-(二甲氨基)丙基](甲基)丙烯酰胺或(甲基)丙烯酸2-(N,N-二甲氨基)乙酯的聚合物。
特别地,具有胺官能的非离子共聚物分散剂是优选的。这类分散剂例如作为4300、4580或EFKA4585市售。
聚合物分散剂可单独或以两种或更多种的混合物使用。
合适的还原剂可选自硼烷及其配合物、金属硼酸盐、氢化物、铝酸盐、醛、羧酸、肼、亚硫酸氢盐、锡烷、锡酸盐、硅烷、膦、亚磷酸盐和硅氧烷。
优选硼氢化钠、硼烷与硫化物和胺的配合物、肼和抗坏血酸。
合适的过氧化物的实例选自H2O2、C1-C8烷基过氧酸如过乙酸、乙酰环己烷磺基过氧化物、二异丙基过氧二碳酸酯、叔戊基过新癸酸酯、叔丁基过新癸酸酯、叔丁基过新戊酸酯、叔戊基过新戊酸酯、过氧化双(2,4-二氯苯甲酰)、过氧化二异壬酰、过氧化二癸酰、过氧化二辛酰、过氧化二月桂酰、过氧化双(2-甲基苯甲酰)、过氧化二琥珀酰、过氧化二乙酰、过氧化二苯甲酰、叔丁基过-2-乙基己酸酯、过氧化双(4-氯苯甲酰)、叔丁基过异丁酸酯、叔丁基过马来酸酯、1,1-双(叔丁基过氧)3,5,5-三甲基环己烷、1,1-双(叔丁基过氧)环己烷、叔丁基过氧异丙基碳酸酯、叔丁基过异壬酸酯、2,5-二甲基己烷2,5-二苯甲酸酯、叔丁基过乙酸酯、叔戊基过苯甲酸酯、叔丁基过苯甲酸酯、2,2-双(叔丁基过氧)丁烷、2,2-双(叔丁基过氧)丙烷、二异丙苯基过氧化物、2,5-二甲基己烷-2,5-二-叔丁基过氧化物、3-叔丁基过氧3-苯酞、二-叔戊基过氧化物、α,α’-双(叔丁基过氧异丙基)苯、3,5-双(叔丁基过氧)3,5-二甲基1,2-二氧戊环、二-叔丁基过氧化物、2,5-二甲基己炔-2,5-二-叔丁基过氧化物和3,3,6,6,9,9-六甲基-1,2,4,5-四氧杂环壬烷,其中H2O2是优选的。
任选,本发明步骤a)的混合物含有包覆剂。如果存在的话,包覆剂通常以至多1M,优选0.001-100mM的浓度使用。
合适的包覆剂的实例包括单-和多羧酸(例如柠檬酸、乙二胺四乙酸、丙酸)及其盐(例如柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸的钠盐、丙酸钠),含硫化合物如硫醇(例如巯基乙醇、二硫苏糖醇、巯基聚乙二醇),线性和环状二硫化物(例如胱胺、巯基乙醇二硫化物、环二硫苏糖醇),黄原酸盐(例如乙基黄原酸钠),二硫代氨基甲酸盐(例如二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸的二乙铵盐)等,胺(例如氨、氨基乙醇、甲胺)和氨基羧酸(例如氨基乙酸、2-氨基丙酸、3-氨基丙酸)。
片晶型颗粒生产方法优选如下进行:将过渡金属盐以>0.2重量%的浓度在分散剂和任选至少一种上述水溶性包覆剂的存在下溶解或分散于水中并将还原剂和任选至少一种上述水溶性包覆剂溶解或分散于水中。将所得溶液或分散体保持在小于20℃的温度下,优选将它们冷却至5℃或更小,例如约0-5℃。将这两种溶液通过将一种溶液加入另一种中而混合,或将它们通过将两种溶液泵送至混合室中而混合,所述室具有另外的出口以收集产生的球形纳米颗粒分散体。这种混合室的最简单实例为具有任何形状的三通连接器。当金属盐还原完成以后,将>20重量%过氧化氢水溶液缓慢加入球形金属纳米颗粒分散体中,同时搅拌,直至实现反应混合物的所需光谱特征。过氧化物添加步骤可在约0℃至约100℃的温度下进行。优选过氧化物在20-70℃,更优选30-60℃的温度下加入。所制备的片晶型金属颗粒通过本领域技术人员已知的任何方法,例如使用合适的表面改性剂的可逆附聚和/或通过离心和/或通过用有机溶剂萃取而分离。
成型颗粒可显示出NIR吸收,该特征可能代表另一加密特性。
本发明涂料组合物,尤其是金属油墨也可用于热印箔的生产中。
因此,本发明还涉及生产热印箔的方法,其包括如下步骤:
(a)为载体涂覆防粘涂层,
(b)将硬漆涂层施用于防粘涂层上,
(c)将紫外底漆涂层施用于硬漆涂层上,
(d)使至少部分紫外底漆涂层与光变图像(光变图样)形成器具接触;
(e)将包含边长最长尺度为15-1000nm,优选15-600nm,特别是20-500nm且厚度为2-100nm,优选2-40nm,特别是4-30nm的片晶型过渡金属颗粒和基料的涂料组合物,尤其是印刷油墨整体或以部分区域沉积于持有转移光变图样的UV底漆上,
(f)任选印刷后续工艺色料,和
(g)将热活化粘合剂施用于步骤e)或f)中得到的层上。防粘化合物的实例为二氧化硅、微晶蜡、米蜡、Oricuri蜡、硬脂酸酯、聚乙二醇和脂肪酸的金属盐。
硬漆涂料的实例为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯丙烯腈、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、硝基纤维素或其混合物。粘附于所述防粘涂层上的硬漆涂层一般具有0.25-9μm的厚度和至少70℃的玻璃化转变温度。
粘合剂化合物的实例为乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸酯、聚烷基丙烯酸酯、乙烯基树脂、聚乙酸乙烯酯、纤维素树脂、聚丙烯酰胺和乙烯/乙酸乙烯酯共聚物。
在本发明下,将厚度大约12-75μm且由合适的塑料如聚酯、定向聚丙烯或其它合适材料组成的载体膜基材用厚度为0.025-5μm的防粘涂层如微晶蜡或部分皂化褐煤蜡或其它蜡基涂层涂覆,然后将硬漆涂层以0.25-10μm的厚度施用于防粘涂层上。硬漆涂层可通过凹印辊施用,在将其干燥以后,然后通过凹印辊施用厚度为0.3-9μm的紫外底漆涂层。光变图样接触压花垫,使光变图样在其上,转移至UV漆的表面中并通过UV光固化。将真空金属油墨层整体或以部分区域施用于持有转移光变图样的UV底漆上。随后可凹版印刷工艺色料。
在以上方法中得到的热印箔可用于标记制品。标记制品的方法包括如下步骤:使根据以上方法所得的热印箔的热活化粘合层与所述制品接触;热印所述热印箔以导致所述热活化粘合层附着于所述制品上;和将所述热印箔的载体从所述硬漆层上除去。
光变图样(OVD)例如为衍射光变图像(DOVI)。如本文所用术语“衍射光变图像”可以指任何类型的全息图,包括例如但不限于多重平面全息图(例如2维全息图、3维全息图等)、立体图和光栅图(例如点阵、像素图、方位图、动态图等)。
光变图像或图样的实例为全息图或衍射光栅、莫尔光栅等。这些光学微观结构图像由一系列结构表面组成。这些表面可具有带有恒定或无规间隔的直线或曲线轮廓,且甚至尺寸可以由μm变化至mm。图案可以为圆形、直线的,或不具有均匀图案。例如菲涅耳透镜具有在一面上的微结构表面和在另一面上的平面结构表面。微结构表面由当与光轴的距离增加时改变倾角的一系列凹槽组成。位于倾斜面之间的通风面通常不影响菲涅耳透镜的光学性能。
本发明的另一方面涉及装饰性或加密元件,尤其是显示出更明显视觉色变且可容易地由“常人”检查的加密元件。
因此,本发明涉及尤其用于价值、权利、身份的文件、加密标签或品牌货物的加密元件,其包含基材和在至少部分所述基材上的涂层,所述基材可含有在其表面中或上的标记或其它可见特性,所述涂层包含边长最长尺度为15-1000nm,优选15-600nm,特别是20-500nm且厚度为2-100nm,优选2-40nm,特别是4-30nm的片晶型过渡金属颗粒。
优选涂层显示出角度依赖性色变。色变为“真实性的简单信息”,其可通过人类肉眼检查。
将至少部分基材用包含片晶型过渡金属颗粒的层。包含片晶型过渡金属颗粒的涂层具有形态。形态可例如为符号、条、几何形式、奇特商徽、笔迹、字母数字字符、物体描述或其部分。
本发明加密元件可用于防止对价值、权利、身份的文件、加密标签或品牌货物的假冒或仿制。
使用涂料组合物产生不同随角异色,本发明加密元件的可以如此构成使得涂层的两个相邻部分取决于视角显示出不同的颜色。
在优选实施方案中,第一表面部分显示出在第一视角下的第一色,同时第二表面部分显示出在第一视角下的第二色。在第二视角下,第一表面部分显示出第二色且第二表面显示出第一色。优选所用色显示出显示出高色对比度。
生产加密元件的方法包括如下步骤:
a)提供具有表面的基材,其表面可含有标记或其它可见特性;
b)将包含片晶型过渡金属颗粒和可固化透明基料的涂层施用于至少部分所述基材表面上,和
(c)将所述涂层固化。
如上所述,基材表面可具有在其表面上的OVI,或基材上的层可具有在其表面上的OVI。将包含片晶型过渡金属颗粒和可固化透明基料的涂层施用于至少部分所述OVI上。
可通过检查是否存在取决于视角的色变测试价值、权利、身份的物体、加密标签或品牌货物的真实性。
根据实施例进一步讨论本发明的各个方面和特征。以下实施例意欲说明本发明的各个方面和特征,但不限制本发明的范围。
实施例
实施例1
将20g根据WO2004/045755A2的实施例2制备的共聚物(40w/w水分散体)、20g乙二醇和6gMPEG-5000-硫醇在装配有有效搅拌器的恒温10L反应器中溶于1950ml去离子水中。在冷却至-1℃以后,加入10.2g(60毫摩尔)AgNO3并将所得溶液温和搅拌15分钟。将4.54g(120毫摩尔)NaBH4在单独的容器中溶于1L去离子水中并冷却至0℃。将该溶液以一份快速加入以上AgNO3溶液中,同时强力搅拌(500rpm)。将反应混合物在0℃下强力搅拌(500rpm)5分钟,然后经1小时加热至20℃,同时温和搅拌。将150mlH2O2(50%w/w水溶液)以3ml/min的速率加入混合物中,同时强力搅拌(350rpm)以得到银片的深蓝色分散体。
将水蒸发至200ml的体积,并将其余分散体在8000G下离心30分钟。将上清液倾析;将沉淀物用去离子水洗涤(2×40ml)并在超声波下再分散于200ml1,4-二烷中。将分散体在8000G下离心,抛弃上清液并将沉淀物再分散于EtOAc中以得到6.3g银片的分散体。
实施例2
制备两种溶液:
溶液A:将7g根据WO2004/045755A2的实施例2制备的共聚物(40%w/w水分散体)和1.2gMPEG-5000-硫醇溶于20ml去离子水中并冷却至0℃。然后加入2.04g(12毫摩尔)AgNO3在23ml去离子水中的溶液中,同时搅拌,并将所得混合物冷却至0℃。
溶液B:将0.908g(24毫摩尔)NaBH4和0.07ml(约1.15毫摩尔)28%w/w氨水溶液溶于49ml去离子水中并冷却至0℃。
合成:将溶液A和B以相同的流率(30ml/min)泵送至三通连接器(入口内径1mm)中。将所得球形Ag颗粒的分散体从连接器的第三出口(内径3mm)连续地排入预先冷却至0℃且含有0.05mlTEGOFoamex1488消泡剂的1L圆底烧瓶中,并在该温度下搅拌10分钟。然后将混合物加热至45℃并用20mlH2O2(50%w/w水溶液)以0.6ml/min的速率处理,同时强力搅拌以得到银片的深蓝色分散体。将分散体在8000G下离心30分钟,其后倾析出上清液并用去离子水(2×40ml)洗涤沉淀物。将沉淀物在超声波下再分散于200ml1,4-二烷中。将分散体在8000G下离心,抛弃上清液并将沉淀物再分散于EtOAc中以得到1.23g银片的分散体。

实施例3
制备两种溶液:
溶液A:将8g根据WO2004/045755A2的实施例2制备的共聚物(40%w/w水分散体)和1.2gMPEG-5000-硫醇溶于20ml去离子水中并冷却至0℃。然后加入2.04g(12毫摩尔)AgNO3在23ml去离子水中的溶液,同时搅拌,并将所得混合物冷却至0℃。
溶液B:将0.908g(24毫摩尔)NaBH4和0.07ml(约1.15毫摩尔)28%w/w氨水溶液溶于49ml去离子水中并冷却至0℃。

实施例4
制备两种溶液:
溶液A:将10g根据WO2004/045755的实施例2制备的共聚物(40%w/w水分散体)和1.0gMPEG-5000-硫醇溶于16ml去离子水中并冷却至0℃。然后加入1.70g(10毫摩尔)AgNO3在23ml去离子水中的溶液,同时搅拌,并将所得混合物冷却至0℃。
溶液B:将0.756g(20毫摩尔)NaBH4和0.067ml(1.0毫摩尔)乙二胺溶于50ml去离子水中并冷却至0℃。
合成:将溶液A和B以相同的流率(30ml/min)泵送至三通连接器(入口内径1mm)中。将所得球形银颗粒的分散体从连接器的第三出口(内径3mm)连续地排入预先冷却至0℃且含有0.05mlTEGOFoamex1488消泡剂的1L圆底烧瓶中,并在该温度下搅拌10分钟。然后将混合物加热至40℃并用20mlH2O2(50%w/w水溶液)以0.5ml/min的速率处理,同时强力搅拌以得到银片的紫色分散体。将分散体在10000G下离心30分钟,其后倾析出上清液并用去离子水(2×40ml)洗涤沉淀物。将沉淀物在超声波下再分散于200ml1,4-二烷中。将分散体在10000G下离心,抛弃上清液并将沉淀物再分散于乙酸乙酯(EtOAc)中以得到1.02g银片的分散体。
实施例5
制备两种溶液:
溶液A:将10g根据WO2004/045755的实施例2制备的共聚物(40%w/w水分散体)和1.0gMPEG-5000-硫醇溶于16ml去离子水中并冷却至0℃。然后加入1.70g(10毫摩尔)AgNO3在23ml去离子水中的溶液,同时搅拌,并将所得混合物冷却至0℃。
溶液B:将0.756g(20毫摩尔)NaBH4和43mg聚乙烯亚胺(通常Mn600,通常Mw800)溶于50ml去离子水中并冷却至0℃。
合成:将溶液A和B以相同的流率(30ml/min)泵送至三通连接器(入口内径1mm)中。将所得球形Ag颗粒的分散体从连接器的第三出口(内径3mm)连续地排入预先冷却至0℃且含有0.06mlTEGOFoamex1488消泡剂的1L圆底烧瓶中,并在该温度下搅拌10分钟。然后将混合物加热至40℃并用8.5mlH2O2(50%w/w水溶液)以0.5ml/min的速率处理,同时强力搅拌以得到银片的品红色分散体。将分散体在10000G下离心30分钟,其后倾析出上清液并用去离子水(2×40ml)洗涤沉淀物。将沉淀物在超声波下再分散于200ml1,4-二烷中。将分散体在10000G下离心,抛弃上清液并将沉淀物再分散于EtOAc中以得到1.02g银片的分散体。
实施例6
制备两种溶液:
溶液A:将7g根据WO2004/045755A2的实施例2制备的共聚物(40%w/w水分散体)和1.2gMPEG-5000-硫醇溶于19ml去离子水中并冷却至0℃。然后加入2.04g(12毫摩尔)AgNO3在23ml去离子水中的溶液,同时搅拌,并将所得混合物冷却至0℃。
溶液B:将0.908g(24毫摩尔)NaBH4和0.07ml(约1.15毫摩尔)28%w/w氨水溶液溶于49ml去离子水中并冷却至0℃。
合成:将溶液A和B以相同的流率(30ml/min)泵送至三通连接器(入口内径1mm)中。将所得球形Ag颗粒的分散体从连接器的第三出口(内径3mm)连续地排入预先冷却至0℃且含有0.06mlTEGOFoamex1488消泡剂的1L圆底烧瓶中,并在该温度下搅拌10分钟。然后将混合物超滤3次(300000聚醚砜膜,5巴),将残余物用1-甲氧基-2-丙醇(Dowanol)稀释并将混合物蒸发至6.5g的最终重量以提供球形银纳米颗粒在Dowanol中的20%w/w分散体。
实施例7
清漆制备:将7.15g硝基纤维素(DHM10-25IPA(NobelEnterprises,英国))在室温下在250mL玻璃瓶中缓慢加入92.85g乙酸乙酯(99-100%rein,Brenntag)中,并温和搅拌直至完全溶解。然后进行固体含量测量并调整乙酸乙酯的量以实现清漆制剂中10%固体含量值。金属油墨制备的一般程序:将3g银颜料分散体(在2.4g乙酸乙酯中的0.6g实施例1-6中所得银颗粒)以这一比例加入以上清漆中以将颜料:基料比调整至表1所述值。将所得分散体用Dispermat以800rpm搅拌10分钟,提供金属油墨,将其通过手动涂布机(HC2,12微米湿膜厚度)印刷于反差相纸和透明PES膜上。

实施例8
UV固化油墨的制备:将实施例1-6中所得银颗粒与BASFSEUV清漆(1-甲基-1,2-亚乙基)双[氧(甲基-2,1-亚乙基)]二丙烯酸酯和α-羟基-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯-1-基)氧基]聚(氧-1,2-亚乙基)与2-乙基-2-(羟甲基)-1,3-丙二醇的醚(3:1)、亚磷酸盐N、低聚[2-羟基-2-甲基-1-[4-(1-甲基乙烯基)苯基]丙酮]、氧双(甲基-2,1-亚乙基)二丙烯酸酯和叔胺衍生物)以这样的比例混合以将颜料:基料比调整至表1所述值。将溶剂在烘箱中在85℃下蒸发,并将所得油墨用Dispermat以800rpm搅拌10分钟以提供金属UV固化油墨,将通过手动涂布机(HC2,12微米膜厚度)印刷于透明PES膜上并在40m/min、160Watt/cm2下固化。
实施例9
将如表1所示银颜料分散体(3.4g分散体)与硝基纤维素、乙酸正丙酯和DowanolPM(0.25g硝基纤维素、2.75g乙酸正丙酯、2.0gDowanolPM)混合以制备具有表1所示颜料:基料比的涂料组合物。将涂料在RK印样机上印刷于铝箔上,并通过将透明UV固化清漆(1-甲基-1,2-亚乙基)双[氧(甲基-2,1-亚乙基)]二丙烯酸酯和α-羟基-[(1-氧代-2-丙烯-1-基)氧基]聚(氧-1,2-亚乙基)与2-乙基-2-(羟甲基)-1,3-丙二醇的醚(3:1)、亚磷酸盐N、低聚[2-羟基-2-甲基-1-[4-(1-甲基乙烯基)苯基]丙酮]、氧双(甲基-2,1-亚乙基)二丙烯酸酯和叔胺衍生物)施用于电晕处理的基材上并通过使用垫片印花和暴露于UV光下而提供给白色涂覆纸全息图像。
所得产品的特征在于极明亮的OVD图像和极强的虹效应、高纯度和对比度,并显示出取决于视角由金色至蓝色或绿色至紫色或金色至品红、金色至紫色(尤其取决于银颗粒的类型)的随角异色。
实施例10
清漆制备:将10g硝基纤维素(DHM3/5IPA(NobelEnterprises,英国))在室温下在250mL玻璃瓶中缓慢加入90.00g乙酸乙酯(99-100%rein,Brenntag)中并温和搅拌直至完全溶解。然后进行固体含量测量并调整乙酸乙酯的量以实现清漆制剂中7%固体含量值。金属油墨制备的一般程序:将28.6g银颜料分散体(在乙酸乙酯中的16.3g银颗粒)以这一比例加入以上清漆中以将颜料:基料比调整至1:1。将所得分散体用Dispermat以800rpm搅拌10分钟,提供金属油墨,将其通过用100%至5%步进式光楔圆筒,70l/cm网的凹版印刷于透明PES和BOPP膜上。印刷于膜上的油墨重量相当于1.26g/m2。

Claims (43)
1.一种包含基材和在至少部分所述基材表面上的涂层的加密或装饰元件,所述基材可含有在其表面中或上的标记或其它可见特征,所述涂层包含边长为15-1000nm且厚度为2-100nm的片晶型过渡金属颗粒和基料,其中基材表面具有在其表面上的光变图像,所述过渡金属颗粒与所述基料之比为10:1至1:10。
2.根据权利要求1的元件,其中所述边长为15-600nm。
3.根据权利要求1的元件,其中所述边长为20-500nm。
4.根据权利要求1的元件,其中所述厚度为2-40nm。
5.根据权利要求1的元件,其中所述厚度为4-30nm。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的元件,其中所述金属选自Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、Ti、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Ru、Rh、Pd、Os、Ir和Pt。
7.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的元件,其中所述金属选自Ag。
8.根据权利要求6的元件,其中所述过渡金属颗粒具有15-1000nm的边长和2-100nm的厚度且包含六棱柱和/或三棱柱和/或斜截三棱柱,其中棱柱占成型过渡金属颗粒总数的20%以上。
9.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的元件,其中所述基料包含选自如下的任意一种或多种:醇溶性丙酸酯、氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸类化合物、聚氨酯、烃、醛、酮、萜烯酚、聚烯烃、聚硅氧烷、纤维素、聚酰胺、聚酯和松香酯树脂。
10.根据权利要求8的元件,其中所述基料包含选自如下的任意一种或多种:醇溶性丙酸酯、氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸类化合物、聚氨酯、烃、醛、酮、萜烯酚、聚烯烃、聚硅氧烷、纤维素、聚酰胺、聚酯和松香酯树脂。
11.根据权利要求10的元件,其中所述纤维素选自硝基纤维素、乙基纤维素、乙酸纤维素、乙酸丙酸纤维素和乙酸丁酸纤维素。
12.一种在基材上形成光变图像的形成方法,其包括如下步骤:
a)在基材的离散部分上形成光变图像;和
b)将包含边长为15-1000nm且厚度为2-100nm的片晶型过渡金属颗粒和基料的涂料组合物沉积于至少部分光变图像上,
其中,所述过渡金属颗粒与所述基料之比为10:1至1:10。
13.根据权利要求12的方法,其中所述边长为15-600nm。
14.根据权利要求12的方法,其中所述边长为20-500nm。
15.根据权利要求12的方法,其中所述厚度为2-40nm。
16.根据权利要求12的方法,其中所述厚度为4-30nm。
17.一种生产热印箔的方法,其包括如下步骤:
(a)为载体涂覆防粘涂层,
(b)将硬漆涂层施用于防粘涂层上,
(c)将紫外底漆涂层施用于硬漆涂层上,
(d)使至少部分紫外底漆涂层与光变图像形成器具接触;
(e)将包含边长为15-1000nm且厚度为2-100nm的片晶型过渡金属颗粒和基料的涂料组合物整体或以部分区域沉积于持有转移光变图样的UV底漆上,其中,所述过渡金属颗粒与所述基料之比为10:1至1:10,
(f)任选印刷后续工艺色料,和
(g)将热活化粘合剂施用于步骤e)或f)中得到的层上。
18.根据权利要求17的方法,其中所述边长为15-600nm。
19.根据权利要求17的方法,其中所述边长为20-500nm。
20.根据权利要求17的方法,其中所述厚度为2-40nm。
21.根据权利要求17的方法,其中所述厚度为4-30nm。
22.根据权利要求12-21中任一项的方法,其中所述金属选自Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、Ti、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Ru、Rh、Pd、Os、Ir和Pt。
23.根据权利要求12-21中任一项的方法,其中所述金属选自Ag。
24.根据权利要求22的方法,其中所述过渡金属颗粒具有15-1000nm的边长和2-100nm的厚度且包含六棱柱和/或三棱柱和/或斜截三棱柱,其中棱柱占成型过渡金属颗粒总数的20%以上。
25.根据权利要求12-21中任一项的方法,其中所述基料包含选自如下的任意一种或多种:醇溶性丙酸酯、氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸类化合物、聚氨酯、烃、醛、酮、萜烯酚、聚烯烃、聚硅氧烷、纤维素、聚酰胺、聚酯和松香酯树脂。
26.根据权利要求24的方法,其中所述基料包含选自如下的任意一种或多种:醇溶性丙酸酯、氯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸类化合物、聚氨酯、烃、醛、酮、萜烯酚、聚烯烃、聚硅氧烷、纤维素、聚酰胺、聚酯和松香酯树脂。
27.根据权利要求26的方法,其中所述纤维素选自硝基纤维素、乙基纤维素、乙酸纤维素、乙酸丙酸纤维素和乙酸丁酸纤维素。
28.根据权利要求12-16中任一项的方法,其中步骤a)包括如下步骤:
a1)将可固化化合物施用于至少部分基材上;
a2)使至少部分可固化化合物与光变图像形成器具接触;和
a3)将可固化化合物固化。
29.一种标记制品的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:使根据权利要求17-21中任一得到的热印箔的热活化粘合层与所述制品接触;热印所述热印箔以导致所述热活化粘合层附着于所述制品上;和将所述热印箔的载体从硬漆层上除去。
30.一种可通过使用根据权利要求12-21、28和29中任一项的方法得到的产品。
31.根据权利要求30的产品,其包括纸币、信用卡、身份验证文件、药品外包装、软件、光盘、烟草包装和其它易于假冒或伪造的产品或包装。
32.根据权利要求31的产品,其中所述身份验证文件为护照、身份证、驾照或其它验证文件。
33.根据权利要求1-5中任一项的元件在防止有关价值、权利、身份的文件、加密标签或品牌货物的假冒或仿制中的用途。
34.一种涂料组合物,其包含边长为15-1000nm且厚度为2-100nm的成型过渡金属颗粒和基料,其中所述过渡金属颗粒与所述基料之比为10:1至1:10。
35.根据权利要求34的涂料组合物,其中所述边长为15-600nm。
36.根据权利要求34的涂料组合物,其中所述边长为20-500nm。
37.根据权利要求34的涂料组合物,其中所述厚度为2-40nm。
38.根据权利要求34的涂料组合物,其中所述厚度为4-30nm。
39.根据权利要求34-38中任一项的涂料组合物,其为印刷油墨。
40.根据权利要求39的涂料组合物,其中所述组合物还包含溶剂。
41.根据权利要求34-40中任一项的涂料组合物在涂覆全息图中的用途。
42.一种在基材上形成显示出角度依赖性色变的涂层的方法,其包括如下步骤:
(a)将根据权利要求34-40中任一项的涂料组合物沉积于基材上。
43.根据权利要求42的方法,其中所述沉积通过凹版印刷进行。
