Description

本发明涉及生产包装盒毛坯并把它们运送到包装机的方法,特别涉及用薄纸板或其它类似材料制造活页盖包装盒的方法,通过包装料的冲孔制造其毛坯。
在使用薄包装料,如使用纸生产包装盒时,包装料是作为缠绕的材料绕卷(卷筒)提供给包装机的。在包装机中,材料绕卷从卷筒上拉出来,然后利用切割刀裁成经折叠形成包装盒的毛坯。
在使用较硬的包装材料时,例如用硬纸板制造包装盒时,毛坯是预先在工厂中利用薄板包装料(薄纸板)进行冲压而制得的,并以叠置的形式被运送,再以这种形式送入到包装机。包装机装有一个毛坯自动贮存送料器,用以贮放叠置的毛坯并连续地引出毛坯。生产装香烟的活页盖包装盒的包装机等正是以这种方式操作的。
在分开的工场预加工成毛坯,然后放手搬放和运输叠置的毛坯,这种工作是很繁杂的,成本高。另外,由于空间有限,用于存放毛坯叠垛的包装机毛坯自动贮存送料器的存放容量受到限制。
在美国专利No4251022中公开了一种已制备好的、毛坯接毛坯的材料绕卷,其毛坯与毛坯间的分离是用横跨材料绕卷宽度延伸的切刀切开的。此外,这种毛坯的分离的过程须在与包装机分开的工场 预先完成或在与包装机同一加工区域内,在向包装机输送坯料的工序前设置的切割工序中完成。因此,工序繁多,不能保证包装机的连续运转。
为此,本发明的目的在于提供改进的将包装盒毛坯传送到包装机或传送到包装机折叠机构的方法,尤其是当毛坯是由相当硬或相当厚的包装料(纸板)构成的,使其更容易提供给包装机,并提供一种生产包装盒的包装料绕卷。
本发明提供的方法是在预先制备的毛坯绕卷使各个相邻的包装盒坯料在除了剩余连接处以外,通过冲压而互相分离开,而所述剩余连接处的断开则是在将绕卷向包装机输送的过程中,通过两对设置在传送方向上相隔一定距离而具有不同传送速度的撕拉辊来完成的。
本发明提出,毛坯通过下述方式和宽度至少为一个毛坯(长度)的包装料绕卷分离,即除开剩余的连接处,毛坯在制造包装料绕卷的期间便预先被穿孔,并在使用期间,特别是在包装机内,采用从包装料绕卷上撕开的方法被分离下来。
本发明是基于这样的认识,利用穿孔的方法在包装机内不可能生产完全的(薄)纸板盒。因此毛坯预先打孔的工作是在先前的生产工场进行,特别是在纸板生产厂中进行。但毛坯是通过剩余连接处接在一起进行运送的,并以这种方式提供给包装机。然后在包装机内利用撕开的方法撕成单个的毛坯。
按照本发明,用这种方法制造的毛坯不再用薄纸板制造,而是作为连续不断的缠绕着的包装料绕卷传送,因而形成为卷筒。然后卷筒被装进包装机。包装料绕卷被开卷。而后利用撕开的方法由包装料绕卷接续地生产毛坯。
按照本发明另一重要特征,在毛坯之间的剩余连接处是这样配置的,使得折叠片上不相连的边隐蔽在(折叠好的)包装盒中,该剩余连接处将在包装机被切断。这就是说,在撕开或分开毛坯时形成的不规则的边在最后完成的包装盒上看不到。
馈送由纸板或类似的包装料进行部分预先加工作成的,并且仍然相互连接的毛坯,可以允许毛坯以缠绕成相当大直径(比如缠绕成80cm直径)的卷轮(卷筒)的形式存在和贮存。这就保证了在包装机中有相当大的贮量,根据包装机的操作性能,这种贮量足够包装机连续生产近一个小时。卷筒绕在一个适当的圆筒上,圆筒具有保护预穿孔毛坯的侧面圆筒凸出部。按照本发明,圆筒突出部的直径大于卷筒的直径,所以利用圆筒突出部的滚动可以搬运缠绕满的圆筒。
本发明另外的特征涉及毛坯、包装料绕卷和容放卷筒的圆筒的设计。下面参照附图详细说明设计毛坯、包装料绕卷和设备的典型实施例。

附图中示出的典型的实施例是长方形活页盖香烟盒,这种由薄纸板作的活页盖盒通常由盒部分10和活页盖11组成。盒部分10包括相互连接的前壁12、相对的后壁13、底壁14和(窄的)侧壁,侧壁由外侧折叠片15和大约具有同样宽度的相应内侧折叠片16构成,两种折叠片的在其端面互相倚靠,也就是说它们是相互重叠的。外侧折叠片15和其前壁12相连接,而内侧折叠片16则和后壁13相连接。在折叠好的活页盖包装盒中,上述的侧面折叠片15和16相互倚靠,完全重叠并用粘合剂粘接在一起。
活页盖11(在这种特殊情况下,它也仅被部分折叠)和盒部分10连接,即通过横向的折片活页17同盒部分10的后壁13相连接。这就连接了盖后壁18、盖顶壁19和盖前壁20。
在活页盖11中,侧壁也是由端面相互倚靠并相互粘接在一起的盒盖侧面折叠片构成的,具体说是由同盖壁20相连接的外侧盖侧面折叠片21和同盖后壁18相连接的内侧盖侧面折叠片22构成的。
以这种方式形成的包装盒(活页盖包装盒)是用已被预先模压出限定上述盒壁和折叠片的毛坯23生产的。
在本典型实施例中,毛坯23彼此相连接,形成连续的包装料绕卷24。包装料绕卷24(图2)由毛坯23组成,该毛坯的纵向长度是横向指向的,并被预先冲压和预先模压。一个挨一个并列的毛坯23仅在彼此邻接的部分边缘处相连接,具体说是通过彼此相距一个短距离冲断部分26的剩余连接处25相连接的。在这些剩余连接处25的区域以外,由于有连续的冲出的切口27和28,毛坯23是相互分离的。毛坯23利用剩余连接处25而被连接在一起,形成连续的包装料绕卷24,该绕卷的宽度对应于毛坯23的长度。包装料绕卷24的边缘轮廓对应于毛坯在端部区域的形状。
剩余连接处25是在毛坯分离的区域形成,在作好的活页盖包装盒中,它是在里面,或者被隐蔽起来。在例示的典型实施例中,相邻的毛坯23是在内侧侧面折叠征16的区域以及同样的盖的内侧侧面折叠片22的区域相连接的,即在包装料绕卷24的中部区域相连接。
为制造毛坯23,毛坯23连续地从包装料绕卷24上分离下,特别是撕下来。由此产生的侧面折叠片16和盖侧面折叠片22的自由边29具有不规则的锯齿形(图1)。如上所述在制好的包装盒中,这些自由边29是由外侧侧面折叠片15和外侧盖侧面折叠片21遮盖起来,从外面看不见。
按照图2设计的包装料绕卷24最好绕成一个卷轮或卷筒30。由于这种放置节省空间,所以包装料绕卷24容易运输、贮存并容易在包装机中操纵。卷筒30装在滚筒31上,按照图3所示的典型实 施例,滚筒31由滚筒芯32和侧面滚筒护盘33和34组成。护盘保护包装料绕卷24或绕筒30的边缘。该边缘由于冲压是不规则的。滚筒护盘33和34具有这样的尺寸,使得它们(其半径)高出卷筒30外缘一段足够的距离35。这样,卷满的滚筒31便可借助于滚动在地上运送,并能用滚筒护盘33,34立着存放。
滚筒芯32在轴向方向的尺寸是使得卷筒30(在本例中该卷筒是偏心卷绕的)相对于一侧邻接的滚筒护盘34形成的效间隙36,在这一侧由于毛坯23的形状,特别是在前壁12和逐渐缩成尖端的外测侧面的折叠片15的自由边缘处,对机械负载是很敏感的。此间隙36防止了这种机械负载,因而防止了由于压在滚筒护盘34上的压力而产生的毛坯23的形变。
当了更好的操纵和无故障地生产卷筒30,至少一个滚筒护盘34是可以拆卸的,即对着前壁12的护盘可拆卸。为此,滚筒护盘24装有一插入套筒37,该套筒装在内侧,强迫地但可以脱开地插入到在滚筒芯32上具有相应尺寸的环形凹槽38中。在此典型实施例中滚筒芯32仅同相对的滚筒护盘33相连接。
一个在中心贯通的滚筒开口39使(滚筒)能够安装到包装机包装机上的转动支承枢轴40上。
本典型实施例的毛坯23在装机中被加工生产活页盖包装盒。图4和图5示出了这种类型(原理上众所周知)包装机有关这种连接机构的部件。
向后倒棱的支承枢轴40安装在包装机机座41的后边,距地面有一段距离,使得卷筒30或滚筒31被支持在距离地面有一小段距离的地方。支承枢轴40可被驱动旋转,具体地是用马达通过传动齿轮42和齿轮43使其转动。
包装料绕卷24用第一对牵引辊44、45从绕卷30上或滚筒31上引出。下部牵引辊45有较大的直径,它同时还具有偏转功能。第二对牵引辊46、47配置在牵引辊44、45上方一段距离的地方,其中较大直径牵引辊47还起着偏转轮的作用,将包装料绕卷24传送到水平传送机轨道48上。当在一方面的牵引辊44、45和另一方面的牵引辊46、47之间保存有少量的绕卷时便形成了包装料绕卷24的自由下垂部49。下垂部49的量受到光监视器50的监控。
毛坯23在水平传送机轨道上同包装料绕卷24分离,具体是采用撕拉的方法使其分离。为此,安装两对撕拉辊,一对是51和52,另一对是53和54,使其在传送方向上两对辊分开一段距离。在一对撕拉辊51和52与另一对撕拉辊53和54之间的距离稍下于毛坯23的宽度。撕拉轮53和54的转动速度比撕拉辊51和52的转动速度快。因此,包装料绕卷24上前端的那个毛坯便被撕下来。
在本例中,已被分离的毛坯23利用传送辊56逐一传送到垂直的毛坯竖筒55中。然后利用滑动件58将毛坯叠层57从毛坯竖筒55中排出并传送到横切的传送机59上。这就将接连的毛坯叠层57传送到位于常规设计的毛坯箱60上面的区域。到达的个别毛坯叠层 57利用下降台架61的向下运动被引入到毛坯箱60的上部区域。然后下降台架61在下部位置(用点线表示的区域)横向退出,并返回到上部接收位置接收下一批毛坯叠层57,具体是利用被恰当驱动的连杆62来完成这些动作。
在毛坯箱60的下部,利用众所周知的滚的装置63将毛坯连续地滚出并通过传送部件将其传送到由图4示意示出的折叠转动架64上。
在包装机内,也可以按照另外一种方式进行毛坯23的加工。

Claims (7)

1、一种生产包装盒坯料和把它们输送到包装机的方法,该包装盒坯料形成用于制造活页盖包装盒的薄纸板,毛坯通过冲压该纸板而制成,方法的特征是具有如下步骤:
a)毛坯(23)从一连续的包装料绕卷(24)上不断分离下来;
b)纵向延伸的毛坯(23)相对于包装坯料绕卷(24)以其纵长边缘相互连接(该边缘沿坯料纵向移动);
c)包装坯料绕卷(24)在生产过程中,这些毛坯(23)在除了剩余连接处(25)以外,通过冲压而互相分离开;
d)毛坯在包装坯料绕卷(24)内的互相连接仅在折叠片区域内由剩余连接处(25)完成,这些折叠片,至少是在撕下毛坯(23)时形成的边缘部分(29),在作好的包装盒中是隐蔽在包装盒内的;
e)利用在传送方向相隔一定距离的两个撕拉部件,特别是利用两对撕拉辊(51、52和53、54)使毛坯(23)同包装料绕卷(24)脱离,两对撕拉辊具有不同的传送速度,用以传输包装料绕卷(24)和已分开的毛坯(23)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:毛坯(23)至少在内侧面折叠片(16)区域,特别在冲断部分,通过剩余连接处(25)相互连接在一起。
3、按照权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:毛坯(23)还在内盖侧折叠片(22)区域,特别在冲断部分,通过剩余连接处(25)相互连接在一起。
4、按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在传送方向在毛坯(23)同包装料绕卷(24)分离以前,形成了包装料绕卷(24)的贮存环线(下垂部49),该环线受到监控,从而保证维持这种环线。
5、按照权利要求1或权利要求2至4之一所述的方法,其特征在于,包装料绕卷(24)以卷绕成转筒(卷筒30)的形式送入到包装机中,并根据生产毛坯(23)的消耗量,包装料绕卷从卷筒上退下来。
6、一种由可折叠的包装料,比如由(薄)纸板构成的包装料绕卷,该绕卷利用权利要求1或2至4之一所述的方法可用于生产特别是活页盖包装盒的毛坯,其特征在于,细长的近似矩形的毛坯排成一行,使其一个接一个,毛坯上提供有确定折叠征和盒壁的折叠线和冲压切口,在作好活页盖包装盒中位于里面的互相相对的折叠片(侧面折叠片16和盖的侧面折叠片(22)的边缘通过剩余连接处(25)彼此连接。
7、按照权利要求6所述的所装料绕卷,其特征在于,相对于包装料绕卷(24)的纵向方向,毛坯(23)的纵向长度是横向指向的。
