技术领域
本申请涉及用于车辆的悬挂系统。更特别地,本申请涉及悬挂臂。
背景技术
通常,用于车辆的悬挂系统包括底盘弹簧,该底盘弹簧连接车体和车轴,并减轻传送自地面的冲击;减震器,该减震器设计用于平稳或衰减震动脉冲并耗散动能;以及稳定器,其减轻车辆的摆动。
根据安装位置,悬挂系统可以分为前悬挂系统和后悬挂系统,前悬挂系统连接框架和车轴以支撑车体,吸收车轮的冲击,同时有转向部件安装于其上。
前悬挂系统主要地分为刚性轴悬挂和独立悬挂,最近,独立悬挂已经主要用于载客小汽车,而刚性轴悬挂已经用于重型车辆,例如公共汽车或卡车。
独立悬挂主要分为Wish Bone型和Strut或Mcpherson型,独立悬挂的每个轮子独立地附接到框架上,从而影响一个轮子的道路突起对于其他轮子没有影响。
悬挂系统,所谓的控制臂,是悬挂系统中的一个主元件,其连接车轮、刹车系统等等,进而连接到车体上。
悬挂臂需要高的刚性以对抗震动和轻的重量,从而用于悬挂臂的材料从钢改变为铝或塑料,另外,具有高的刚性和轻的重量的悬挂臂是经不起成本竞争的。

发明内容
本发明的多个方面旨在提供一种悬挂臂,其具有有竞争力的价格,同时具有高的刚性和轻的重量。
在本发明的一个方面,悬挂臂可以包括金属球外壳、金属套筒外壳、金属连接部,该金属连接部包括在其一端部的球外壳圆环,其中该金属球外壳被插入和安装在该球外壳圆环中,并且其中该金属连接部的另一端部连接于该金属套筒外壳;以及包住该金属球外壳、该金属套筒外壳和该金属连接部的增强元件,其中该增强元件由合成树脂制成。
所述球外壳圆环的圆周相对于其中心轴线倾斜,并容纳所述金属球外壳,从而使得该金属球外壳牢固地连接到该球外壳圆环。
所述金属球外壳和球外壳圆环通过焊接而在它们之间的接触部处固定。
在本发明的另一方面,该悬挂臂可以包括安装到所述金属球外壳中的球立柱,和包住该球立柱和增强元件的防尘罩。
在本发明再一个方面,该悬挂臂还包括连接增强孔,该连接增强孔沿着所述金属连接部形成,并且所述增强元件被应用于其上以使该增强元件提高接合力。
所述金属连接部的截面可以形成为倒“U”形。
通过插入注模工艺,所述增强元件可以与所述金属球外壳、金属连接部和金属套筒外壳一体成型。

现在参考图1至图4,根据本发明示例性实施例的悬挂臂包括金属球外壳20、金属套筒外壳30、连接球外壳20和金属套筒外壳30的金属连接部40,以及由合成树脂材料制成的包住球外壳20、套筒外壳30和金属连接部40的增强元件50。且该金属连接部40包括球外壳圆环22,该金属球外壳20插入到其内。
球外壳20、套筒外壳30和金属连接部40形成金属部10。
套筒32被设置在该金属套筒外壳30内,套筒孔34形成在套筒32上,车体连接到该套筒孔34。
球立柱70被设置在金属球外壳20,而防尘罩80包住该球立柱70和增强元件50。
球立柱70连接到车轮,而防尘罩80保护轴承免受外部物质影响。
球外壳圆环22倾斜地形成,以使金属球外壳20牢固地连接到球外壳圆环22。
如图4所示,该球外壳圆环22倾斜地形成,抵靠在球外壳20上,而球外壳20牢固地连接到该球外壳圆环22。然后增强元件50通过插入注模工艺(insert injection molding process)而一体成型(integrallyformed)在一起,因此,该增强元件50被插入在球外壳圆环22和球外壳20之间。
另外,在增强元件50通过插入注模工艺而一体成型在一起之前,金属球外壳20和球外壳圆环22的接触部A可以通过焊接而牢固地固定。
连接增强孔41形成在金属连接部40上,而增强元件50可以插入(be inserted)到连接增强孔41中以提高接合力。
金属连接部40的截面形成为倒“U”形,从而可以防止弯曲。
增强元件50是一体成型的,从而可以提高刚性。
如上所述,根据本发明示例性实施例的悬挂臂通过由金属材料制成的金属部10和增强元件50形成,该增强元件50由合成树脂制成,通过插入注模工艺与金属部10一体成型在一起,使其在具有竞争性价格的情况下具备高的刚性和轻的重量。

Claims (6)
1.一种悬挂臂,包括:
金属球外壳;
金属套筒外壳;
金属连接部,该金属连接部包括在其一端部的球外壳圆环,其中该金属球外壳被插入和安装在该球外壳圆环中,并且其中该金属连接部的另一端部连接于该金属套筒外壳;其特征在于,悬挂臂还包括:
包住该金属球外壳、该金属套筒外壳和该金属连接部的增强元件;
其中,所述增强元件由合成树脂制成;
其中,所述球外壳圆环的圆周相对于其中心轴线倾斜,并容纳所述金属球外壳,并且所述金属球外壳和球外壳圆环通过焊接而在它们之间的接触部处固定,从而使得该金属球外壳牢固地连接到该球外壳圆环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的悬挂臂,进一步包括:
安装到所述金属球外壳中的球立柱;以及
包住该球立柱和增强元件的防尘罩。
3.根据权利要求1所述的悬挂臂,进一步包括连接增强孔,该连接增强孔沿着所述金属连接部形成,并且所述增强元件被应用于其上以使该增强元件提高接合力。
4.根据权利要求1所述的悬挂臂,其中,所述金属连接部的截面形成为倒“U”形。
5.根据权利要求1所述的悬挂臂,其中,所述增强元件是一体成型的。
6.根据权利要求1所述的悬挂臂,其中,通过插入注模工艺,所述增强元件与所述金属球外壳、金属连接部和金属套筒外壳一体成型。
