Abstract
本发明涉及汽车悬架技术领域,具体涉及一种双簧单减振悬架系统,一种双簧单减振悬架系统由两根螺旋弹簧、一根减振器、一只横摆臂组成,两根螺旋弹簧沿着车辆纵向对称分列在减振器前后并组成一个整体减振支柱,减振支柱上端与车身挠性连接,减振支柱的下端与转向节刚性连接,横摆臂的外端通过球头销与转向节的下部连接,内端与车身铰接。本发明便于设计者选用宽体轮胎和车身造型,提高了车辆的稳定性和减振支柱的刚度,改善了减振器的工作环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车悬架技术领域,具体涉及一种双簧单减振悬架系统。
背景技术
麦弗逊悬架在全球汽车市场应用广泛,在非公路用小型、中型车辆上也越来越受到车辆设计者的选择。麦弗逊悬架拥有良好的响应性和操控性,而且结构简单,占用空间小,成本低,重量轻的优点。但由于该悬架结构的特点,对选用宽体轮胎有限制;另外其滑柱上支点较高,对整车外观造型的设计有限制;行驶在不平路面时,当受到剧烈冲击时,滑柱易造成弯曲,因而影响转向性能;减震器容易漏油需要定期更换;稳定性差,抗制动点头能力弱。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种双簧单减振悬架系统。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种双簧单减振悬架系统由两根螺旋弹簧、一根减振器、一只横摆臂组成,两根螺旋弹簧沿着车辆纵向对称分列在减振器前后并组成一个整体减振支柱,减振支柱上端与车身挠性连接,减振支柱的下端与转向节刚性连接,横摆臂的外端通过球头销与转向节的下部连接,内端与车身铰接。
在本发明所述的双簧单减振悬架系统中,所述螺旋弹簧外径小于减振器的筒身外径。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:便于设计者选用宽体轮胎和车身造型,提高了车辆的稳定性和减振支柱的刚度,改善了减振器的工作环境。

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成上述目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效进行细说明。应当理解,本发明所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图3所示的本发明实施例的双簧单减振悬架系统,由一根前螺旋弹簧7、一根后螺旋弹簧8、一根减振器10、一只横摆臂6组成,前螺旋弹簧7、后螺旋弹簧8沿着车辆纵向对称分列在减振器10前后并组成一个整体减振支柱9,减振支柱9上端与车身5挠性连接,减振支柱9的下端与转向节2刚性连接,横摆臂6的外端通过球头销1与转向节2的下部连接,内端与车身5铰接。
如图1至图3所示,在本实施例中,前螺旋弹簧7和后螺旋弹簧8的外径小于减振器10的筒身外径。

1.一种双簧单减振悬架系统,其特征在于:由两根螺旋弹簧、一根减振器、一只横摆臂组成,两根螺旋弹簧沿着车辆纵向对称分列在减振器前后并组成一个整体减振支柱,减振支柱上端与车身挠性连接,减振支柱的下端与转向节刚性连接,横摆臂的外端通过球头销与转向节的下部连接,内端与车身铰接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双簧单减振悬架系统,其特征在于:所述螺旋弹簧外径小于减振器的筒身外径。
