Abstract

本发明公开了一种葛根芝麻糊,它是以葛根为原料,经粉碎、膨化后,加入精米粉,熟芝麻,添加甜叶菊煎煮液配制而成。本发明具有可保持葛根原有的凉郁风味、芝麻香味及各种有效成份,可使其速溶于热水中,食用方便,对冠心病、高血压、动脉硬化等疾病有显著疗效等优点。

一种葛根芝麻糊
技术领域:本发明涉及一种用天然植物来制取的保健食品。
背景技术:葛根是一种具有多种保健功能的野生植物,葛根素、葛根异黄酮含量尤为丰富,对冠心病、动脉硬化、高血压等疾病有显著疗效。但目前国内生产的葛根类保健品一般都是用葛根淀粉复配食品,葛根淀粉以水洗的方法制成,很大程度上破坏了葛根原有的独特风味及各种有效成份,影响其保健和药用效果。另外,食用时用水冲调,易起疙瘩,速溶困难。葛根、黑芝麻均为国家卫生部公布的药食兼用食品。芝麻富含蛋白质、钙、铁以及不饱和脂肪酸,有助于降血胆固醇,防止动脉粥样硬化,滋养皮肤延缓衰老作用。甜叶菊是世界公认的安全糖料食品。配制后,显而是一种典型的老少皆宜的药食保健营养粉。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于提供一种能保持其独特风味及有效成份、并且食用方便的保健食品,以克服现有技术的不足。
为达到上述目的,本发明的实施方案为:将葛根原料经清洗、去皮、切片、干燥、粉碎、去纤维、膨化、再粉碎后,加入炒制的精米粉、黑芝麻粉,以甜叶菊煎煮液为调味剂。各组分的重量百分比为:葛根粉85%,精米粉10%,黑芝麻粉5%,甜叶菊干叶0.05%。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有可使葛根原有的凉郁风味、芝麻香味及各种有效成份得以完全保留,食用方便,对冠心病、高血压、动脉硬化等疾病有显著疗效等优点。由于葛根采用干法加工,使葛根中的葛根素、葛根异黄酮等有效物质得到很好的保留,且通过高温膨化后,可使其速溶于热水中,不结疙瘩,故食用非常方便。
具体实施方式:
本发明的实施例:先将葛根原料清洗、去皮、切片、烘干,用粉碎机粉碎,过100目网筛去纤维,经膨化机膨化,再粉碎后得到葛根粉;取葛根粉85%,精米粉10%,黑芝麻5%拌匀;将0.05%甜叶菊干叶配水比1:10,先用清水清洗后加水烧沸3分钟后停火,自然降温至40℃以下时用100目网筛过滤,均匀撒拌于上述混合粉料中,置入真空干燥箱内60℃温度以下进行干燥处理,粉碎后经100目网筛筛分后包装即成。

1.一种葛根芝麻糊,其特征在于:采用以下步骤生产:
先将葛根原料清洗、去皮、切片、烘干,用粉碎机粉碎,过100目网筛去纤维,经膨化机膨化,再粉碎后得到葛根粉;取葛根粉85%,精米粉10%,黑芝麻5%拌匀;将0.05%甜叶菊干叶配水比1:10,先用清水清洗后加水烧沸3分钟后停火,自然降温至40℃以下时用100目网筛过滤,均匀撒拌于上述混合粉料中,置入真空干燥箱内60℃温度以下进行干燥处理,粉碎后经100目网筛筛分后包装即成;
所述的精米粉为炒制的精米粉;
所述的黑芝麻为炒制粉碎后的黑芝麻。
