所属技术领域:
本发明涉及一种含魔芋粉、螺旋藻粉的解酒、保健双功能食品,属于食品尤其是健康食品领域。
技术背景:
饮酒过量会对人体造成伤害。饮酒时,胃可吸收20%的酒,小肠吸收80%。大约90%的酒精(乙醇)都要通过肝脏代谢,只有2%~10%由肾、肺排泄。乙醇在肝醇脱氢酶作用下变成乙醛,乙醛在醛脱氢酶的作用下分解成乙酸,最终变成无毒无害的二氧化碳和水。当肝内醛脱氢酶不充足时,就会有一部分乙醛剩余,乙醛的毒性很强,对肝细胞有明显的毒性作用,使其代谢发生障碍,会引起头痛、恶心、肝损伤等,严重者会导致肝细胞的变性和坏死,形成酒精肝、脂肪肝、肝硬化等,可见饮酒对肝脏的损害特别大。酒的吸收主要场所就在胃、小肠和肝脏。因此解酒的关键就是减少酒精的吸收、加速酒精的分解和转化、减少毒素的产生和伤害。那么,解酒或者说保护过程重点应放在胃、小肠尤其是肝脏上,并且解酒应当以预防醉酒为主。
魔芋粉是一种可溶性膳食纤维,粘性和膨胀性很高,魔芋粉溶解后能够在胃和小肠表面形成一层保护膜,从而减少酒精刺激和吸收;能够同酒混合在一起形成糜状物,吸收大量酒精并快速通过胃肠;魔芋可溶性纤维可以包裹胆固醇、脂肪、蛋白质高的食物快速通过小肠,减少肝脏吸收,间接达到护肝作用,并且还能够减肥、防治慢性病等;魔芋还含有很多种矿物质,能够抗氧化、解毒。
螺旋藻含有优质植物蛋白、丰富的维生素矿物质,还有多样的植物化学物质,能够抗自由基、保护机体不受伤害。特别是蛋白质、胡萝卜素和VB族含量非常高,可以增强乙醇脱氢酶、乙醛脱氢酶和肝内的细胞色素P450同工酶的活性,使酒精迅速分解,并保护肝脏,增强肝脏机能。
葡萄粉含有果糖,可以快速解除喝酒时伴随的低血糖,保护肝脏,其特有的花青素是强抗氧化剂,其抗氧化的功效比维生素C高出18倍之多,比维生素E高出50倍,可以保护肝脏和血管。
卵磷脂是肝脏的保护神,能增强肝细胞物质代谢,促进酒精降解,保护肝脏,预防脂肪肝等的发生。
蜂蜜成分中含有大量的葡萄糖和维生素矿物质,还含有一种大多数水果中不含有的果糖,它可以促进酒精的分解吸收,保肝护肝,还可以缓解药性。
甲壳素是一种动物性不容性膳食纤维,能够增强肝生物转化机能,甲壳素的几丁聚糖可活化肝脏机能,增强醛脱氢酶的活力,可以解酒,防止酒精性肝损伤,还能够强化免疫功能,对癌症有抑制作用。
刺梨粉富含VC、VP(黄酮)、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶),雄冠所有“水果之王”,VC含量比柑桔高100多倍,抗自由基氧化能力极强,可以健胃消食,补肾补肝。
啤酒酵母有丰富的膳食纤维、维生素B族、谷胱甘肽,可在胃及小肠形成保护膜,促进肝脏分解代谢,抵抗化学性肝脏损伤。
解酒的另一重要方面就是解毒。葛根、葛花、枳具子、甘草、枸杞、人参粉、刺五加、川芎、灵芝、豆蔻等都含有各种维生素矿物质和特有的植物化学物质,都有解酒、解毒功能,是传统解酒中药配方常用的植物,其中葛花解酒能力强于其它药物几倍,含有的一种皂角苷有强大的保肝功效,而异黄酮则有较强的消除活性氧的作用。并且这些都是药食两用植物,基本无毒性,不会对人体造成伤害。
维生素矿物质复合粉包括强抗氧化剂VC、VE、VA,和VB1、VB2、VB6、VB12、烟酸、叶酸、生物素,矿物质K、Ca、Cu、Fe、Zn、Mg、Se等,能够提高免疫力,抗自由基氧化,抗各种疾病和伤害,能够快速修复受损的细胞和系统,特别是WB族和VC还能够分解酒精,降低了酒的伤害程度,是维护肝脏机能的重要物质,对心脑血管疾病、糖尿病和痛风等都有很强疗效。
将魔芋粉、螺旋藻粉、甲壳素粉、啤酒酵母、葡萄粉、蜂蜜、葛根粉、葛花粉、枳具子粉、甘草粉、枸杞粉、人参粉、刺五加粉、川芎、灵芝粉、豆蔻粉、刺梨粉、大豆卵磷脂粉、维生素矿物质复合粉等按适当比例进行配伍,组成一种既有解酒功效,又有保胃润肠、保肝护肾和保健功能的新型食品,能够减轻酒精对人们的伤害,减少病痛,增进快乐和健康。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是制备一种由天然物质组成,适用人群广泛,具有解酒、保健双重功能的健康食品,在预防醉酒和解酒的同时,还能够增进健康。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它由魔芋粉、螺旋藻粉、甲壳素粉、啤酒酵母粉、葡萄粉、蜂蜜(蜂王浆)粉、葛根粉、葛花粉、枳具子粉、甘草粉、枸杞粉、人参粉、刺五加粉、川芎粉、灵芝粉、豆蔻粉、刺梨粉、大豆卵磷脂粉、维生素矿物质复合粉组成,各组分配比为:魔芋粉20-90%、螺旋藻粉10-70%、啤酒酵母5-60%、甲壳素粉2-30%、蜂蜜(蜂王浆)粉2-30%、葛根粉5-30%、葛花粉5-30%、枳具子粉2-30%、枸杞粉2-30%、刺五加粉2-30%、豆蔻粉2-30%、甘草粉2-20%、灵芝粉1-20%、川芎粉1-20%、人参粉1-10%、葡萄粉1-10%、刺梨粉1-10%、大豆卵磷脂粉1-10%、维生素矿物质复合粉1-10%。
选择以上原料,在以上配比范围内,按适当比例配比、混合均匀,根据不同加工工艺分别制备成片剂、丸剂、膏剂、胶囊、散粉、颗粒等不同产品。
还可以将配比好的散粉作为原料或添加剂,根据不同加工工艺制备成解酒饼干、解酒糖果、解酒脆片、解酒豆、解酒果汁、解酒奶、解酒蜜、解酒肠等休闲食品。
本发明的优点是:主要由天然的药食两用植物组成,无毒无化学物质,通过保肝、护胃、强五脏、排酒、分解酒精、解毒等多环节来达到预防醉酒和解酒目的,同时具有保健、减肥、防治慢性病的功效。
具体实施方式:
一种含魔芋粉、螺旋藻粉的解酒、保健双功能食品,它由魔芋粉、螺旋藻粉、甲壳素粉、啤酒酵母粉、葡萄粉、蜂蜜(蜂王浆)粉、葛根粉、葛花粉、枳具子粉、甘草粉、枸杞粉、人参粉、刺五加粉、川芎粉、灵芝粉、豆蔻粉、刺梨粉、大豆卵磷脂粉、维生素矿物质复合粉组成,各组分配比为:魔芋粉20-90%、螺旋藻粉10-70%、啤酒酵母5-60%、甲壳素粉2-30%、蜂蜜(蜂王浆)粉2-30%、葛根粉5-30%、葛花粉5-30%、枳具子粉2-30%、枸杞粉2-30%、刺五加粉2-30%、豆蔻粉2-30%、甘草粉2-20%、灵芝粉1-20%、川芎粉1-20%、人参粉1-10%、葡萄粉1-10%、刺梨粉1-10%、大豆卵磷脂粉1-10%、维生素矿物质复合粉1-10%。
选择以上原料,在以上配比范围内,按适当比例配比、混合均匀,根据不同加工工艺分别制备成片剂、丸剂、膏剂、胶囊、散粉、颗粒等不同产品,还可以将配比好的散粉作为原料或添加剂,根据不同加工工艺制备成解酒饼干、解酒糖果、解酒脆片、解酒豆、解酒果汁、解酒奶、解酒蜜、解酒茶、解酒肠等休闲食品。
实施例1、解酒片、丸、胶囊。各组分配比为:魔芋粉30%、螺旋藻粉12%、啤酒酵母粉10%、葛花粉10%、枳棋子粉5%、甲壳素粉5%、刺梨粉5%、蜂王浆粉3%、葡萄粉3%、川芎粉3%、枸杞子粉3%、大豆卵磷脂粉3%、豆蔻粉2%、人参粉2%、刺五加粉2%、灵芝粉2%。将以上配比的原料混均,按照相关生产工艺制备成片剂、丸剂或胶囊。在喝酒前、喝酒中、喝酒后均可服用,既可以预防酒醉,又可以用于酒醉后的解酒、醒酒,还能用于保健。
实施例2、解酒蜜。各组分配比为:魔芋粉15%、螺旋藻粉15%、葛花粉15%、枳棋子粉8%、甲壳素粉8%、啤酒酵母粉8%、刺梨粉5%、葡萄粉3%、枸杞子粉3%、豆蔻粉3%、刺五加粉3%、大豆卵磷脂粉3%、川芎粉3%、甘草2%、灵芝粉2%、人参粉2%、维生素矿物质复合粉2%,将以上配比的原料混均,制备成散粉,然后加入到蜂蜜之中混均,制作成解酒蜜,散粉与蜂蜜的重量比为1∶0.2-7,还可以将解酒蜜再进一步制备成颗粒、饮料。主要用于醉酒后解酒。

1、一种含魔芋粉、螺旋藻粉的解酒、保健双功能食品,由魔芋粉、螺旋藻粉、甲壳素粉、啤酒酵母粉、葡萄粉、蜂蜜(蜂王浆)粉、葛根粉、葛花粉、枳具子粉、甘草粉、枸杞粉、人参粉、刺五加粉、川芎粉、灵芝粉、豆蔻粉、刺梨粉、大豆卵磷脂粉、维生素矿物质复合粉组成。其特征是:各组分配比为:魔芋粉20-90%、螺旋藻粉10-70%、啤酒酵母5-60%、甲壳素粉2-30%、蜂蜜(蜂王浆)粉2-30%、葛根粉5-30%、葛花粉5-30%、枳具子粉2-30%、枸杞粉2-30%、刺五加粉2-30%、豆蔻粉2-30%、甘草粉2-20%、灵芝粉1-20%、川芎粉1-20%、人参粉1-10%、葡萄粉1-10%、刺梨粉1-10%、大豆卵磷脂粉1-10%、维生素矿物质复合粉1-10%,选择以上原料,在以上配比范围内,按适当比例配比、混合均匀,根据不同加工工艺分别制备成片剂、丸剂、膏剂、胶囊、散粉等不同产品,还可以将配比好的散粉作为原料或添加剂,根据不同加工工艺制备成解酒饼干、解酒糖果、解酒脆片、解酒豆、解酒果汁、解酒奶、解酒蜜、解酒茶、解酒肠等休闲食品。
2、根据权利要求1的一种含魔芋粉、螺旋藻粉的解酒、保健双功能食品,其特征是:解酒片、丸、胶囊,各组分配比为:魔芋粉30%、螺旋藻粉12%、啤酒酵母粉10%、葛花粉10%、枳棋子粉5%、甲壳素粉5%、刺梨粉5%、蜂王浆粉3%、葡萄粉3%、川芎粉3%、枸杞子粉3%、大豆卵磷脂粉3%、豆蔻粉2%、人参粉2%、刺五加粉2%、灵芝粉2%,将以上配比的原料混均,按照相关生产工艺制备成片剂、丸剂或胶囊。
3、根据权利要求1的一种含魔芋粉、螺旋藻粉的解酒、保健双功能食品,其特征是:解酒蜜,各组分配比为:魔芋粉15%、螺旋藻粉15%、葛花粉15%、枳棋子粉8%、甲壳素粉8%、啤酒酵母粉8%、刺梨粉5%、葡萄粉3%、枸杞子粉3%、豆蔻粉3%、刺五加粉3%、大豆卵磷脂粉3%、川芎粉3%、甘草2%、灵芝粉2%、人参粉2%、维生素矿物质复合粉2%,将以上配比的原料混均,制备成散粉,然后加入到蜂蜜之中混均,制作成解酒蜜,散粉与蜂蜜的重量比为1∶0.2-7,还可以将解酒蜜再进一步制备成颗粒、饮料。
