Abstract
本发明涉及渔竿用渔线引导口及其制造方法。具体而言,本发明涉及按一定间隔加装于渔竿的用于引导渔线的渔线引导口,其构成是把从钢板材料(1)上形成的引导口(2)的支撑部(2a)形成管状的支架(2b),插入陶瓷环(3),在支架与陶瓷环之间注入环氧粘合剂(5)并使之凝固。本发明的渔线引导口的制造方法包括如下步骤:准备步骤,剪切一定厚度的钢板材料(1),制成引导口(2)形状;支架成型步骤,从内侧向外侧对供加装陶瓷环的支撑部(2a)的内柱面进行加压扩张,形成入口一侧直径大、出口一侧直径逐渐减小的管状的支架(2b);陶瓷环加装步骤,把陶瓷环(3)插入支架(2b)内,在陶瓷环的外柱面与支架(2b)内柱面之间填充环氧粘合剂(5)并使之凝固,使陶瓷环加装于支架。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及按一定间隔加装于渔竿的用于引导渔线的渔线引导口的新构成及其制造方法。
背景技术
一般而言,渔竿用渔线引导口是剪切钢板,制造成引导口形状,在渔线穿过的孔内侧加装陶瓷环,制成引导口,但为了加装陶瓷环,在制作引导口形成的支撑部时,把支撑部的外围向内侧折弯,制成凸出棱,以这种方法构成支架,插入陶瓷环,在陶瓷环与支架之间填充粘合用填充物并使之凝固。由于这种制作方法,如图4(A)(B)所示,在陶瓷环(30)的外柱面与支架(20b)之间形成许多空间,需要填充大量粘合用填充物(50)进行粘合,造成支撑部粗糙,设计不够精巧,而且存在重量增加,作业效率低的问题。
发明内容
本发明正是为了改善上述以往问题而提出的,从支架内柱面向外侧方向对渔线引导口上形成的陶瓷环支撑部进行加压扩张,形成加压的一侧入口直径大、出口直径逐渐变小的管状支架,把陶瓷环投入支架内,在支架与陶瓷环贴紧的缝隙之间形成的间隔部内注入环氧粘合剂并使之凝固,使陶瓷环固定,因而粘合剂使用量小,硬化迅速,加工便利,而且可以高效率制造设计轻而精巧的产品。
本发明是从支架圆环内柱面向外侧方向对陶瓷环的支撑部加压扩张,形成加压一侧入口较宽、直径向出口逐渐变窄的管状支架(2b),把陶瓷环投入支架(2b)内,在支架与陶瓷环贴紧的缝隙之间注入环氧粘合剂(5)并使之凝固和固定,使陶瓷环固定,从而可以高效率制造重量轻、设计轻而精巧的产品。
如上所述,在把陶瓷环加装于渔线引导口的陶瓷环支撑部方面,本发明是把支撑陶瓷环的支架(2b)形成进口一侧直径大、出口一侧直径逐渐变小的管状支架,如果把陶瓷环插入支架,陶瓷环的外径部分接触支架的内径缩小部分,在自行固定的同时调整好重心,因而可以正确地保持重心。在支架内面与陶瓷环接触的外部之间形成的管状间隔部注入环氧粘合剂并硬化后,则坚固地固定,因此无论从哪个方面均可注入粘合剂,具有易于操作的优点,而且可以减小粘合剂使用量,减轻整体重量,具有可以实现精巧设计的优点。而且,在从钢板剪切钓鱼用引导口直至形成供陶瓷环插入的支撑部,可以一并剪切成型,具有可以实现高效生产的优点。另外,粘合坚固,具有可实现粘合部位设计精巧的优点。

具体实施方式
本发明的构成是把从钢板材料(1)上剪切的引导口(2)的陶瓷环支撑部(2a)形成入口一侧直径大、出口一侧直径逐渐减小的管状的支架(2b),将陶瓷环(3)插入其中,支架内壁与陶瓷环接触后,从插入部一侧向间隔内注入环氧粘合剂(5)并使之凝固,陶瓷环从而加装于支架内。
为实施所述发明,本发明的渔线引导口的制造方法通过如下步骤固定陶瓷环:步骤1,剪切一定厚度的钢板材料(1),制成引导口(2)形状;步骤2,把供加装陶瓷环的支撑部(2a)的内柱面从内侧向外部加压扩张,形成入口一侧直径大、出口一侧直径逐渐减小的管状的支架(2b);步骤3,陶瓷环(3)插入支架(2b)内,在陶瓷环紧贴支架内壁后,向插入部之间注入环氧粘合剂(5)并使之凝固。
Claims (2)
1.一种渔竿用渔线引导口,其特征在于,所述渔竿用渔线引导口包括:
通过从钢板材料(1)上剪切的引导口(2)的陶瓷环支撑部(2a)而形成的管状的支架(2b),该管状的支架(2b)入口一侧直径大而出口一侧直径逐渐减小,从该支架(2b)的内面向外侧方向对陶瓷环的支撑部(2a)进行加压扩张,来形成该入口一侧直径和该出口一侧直径;和
陶瓷环(3),将陶瓷环(3)插入支架(2b)中并且支架(2b)的内侧面与陶瓷环接触后,从插入部一侧向该内侧面与陶瓷环之间的间隔内注入环氧粘合剂(5)并使之凝固,使该陶瓷环加装于支架内。
2.一种渔竿用渔线引导口的制造方法,其特征在于,所述制造方法包括如下步骤:
准备步骤,在一定厚度的钢板材料(1)上剪切出引导口(2)形状;
支架成型步骤,对供加装陶瓷环的支撑部(2a)的内柱面从内侧向外部加压扩张,形成入口一侧直径大、出口一侧直径逐渐减小的管状的支架(2b);和
陶瓷环加装步骤,把陶瓷环(3)插入支架(2b)内,在支架内面与陶瓷环之间的间隔内填充环氧粘合剂(5)并使之凝固。
