技术领域
本发明涉及一种通风装置,其具体用于乘员舱的通风,包括由第一材料成分制成的框架和第二材料成分制成的单向挡板元件(non-return flap element),其中第一材料成分比第二材料成分硬。
背景技术
通风装置用于通过通风系统排出供给乘员舱的空气。通风装置具有框架,其接纳至少一个单向挡板。当没有空气流出乘员舱时,单向挡板靠在框架上,以便阻止湿气、废气或灰尘进入乘员舱。已知由两种成分制成这种通风装置,其中框架由较硬的材料成分制成,而单向挡板由较软的材料成分制成。当乘员舱里存在比车辆周围较高的压力时,单向挡板移动到空气能够流出乘员舱的位置。结果,乘员舱内的压力减小,单向挡板向框架移动,以便阻止湿气、废气和灰尘进入乘员舱。在单向挡板关闭期间,单向挡板撞在框架上,框架由比单向挡板本身更硬的材料制成。这里产生的噪声会打扰车辆乘员。
已知通风装置的另一缺点是其没有从车身分离,从而单向挡板的运动产生的震动可以传递到车身。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种通风装置,其可以以低成本制成,并且特征在于具有优良的功能性(没有卡嗒卡嗒声、震动分离等等)
在如上所述的通风装置中,达到这些是因为通风装置具有如下特征中至少之一:
a)单向挡板元件包括可移动单向挡板,该单向挡板配置为仅仅靠在单向挡板元件上;
b)通风装置能安装在车辆部件上,其中通风装置中与车辆部件接合的部件是单向挡板元件的部件。
根据本发明,单向挡板是单向挡板元件的部件,并安置为在任何位置都不直接靠在框架上,也就是,在单向挡板阻止湿气、废气和灰尘进入乘员舱的关闭位置中,该单向挡板不会靠在框架上。在单向挡板关闭期间,其不会撞击较硬材料的框架(这会引起干扰噪声)。而单向挡板是撞击较软材料的单向挡板元件。由此防止了干扰噪声。本发明进一步考虑到将通风装置与其所安装到的车辆部件分离。根据本发明,通风装置通过较软材料制成的部件与车辆部件接合。因此,通风装置与车辆部件分离,该车辆部件尤其是金属板部件。由于通风装置与车辆部件分离,从单向挡板运动产生的震动不会传递到车辆部件。
优选地,单向挡板元件包括突起,所述突起能与单向挡板接合。在关闭的情况下,单向挡板靠在由较软的材料成分构成的突起上。
特别地,突起分布在单向挡板的宽度上。因此,单向挡板靠在彼此间隔的几个点上。
优选地,单向挡板元件包括至少一个唇部,其将单向挡板安装在车辆部件上。特别地,提供闭合的周唇部和多个间隔开的弯曲唇部,其中车辆部件可以在周唇部和弯曲唇部之间插入和夹紧。
优选地,唇部用作密封唇部。在通风装置插入到车辆部件开口的时候,封闭的周唇部在通风装置和车辆部件之间形成密封。
根据实施例,单向挡板包括加强肋,所述加强肋在纵向方向上延伸到单向挡板的至少一个边缘。加强肋加强单向挡板并防止其摆动。单向挡板的摆动可能会产生噪声。
根据另一实施例,单向挡板包括加强肋,从纵向方向上看,所述加强肋在距边缘一段距离处终止。用于加强单向挡板并因此防止其摆动的加强肋不延伸到单向挡板的边缘。在关闭的情况下单向挡板所靠的单向挡板元件的区域因此形成为平坦的(即没有凸部和凹陷)。

具体实施方式
图1至8示出根据第一实施例的通风装置10。通风装置10包括由第一材料成分制成的框架12(特别如图7和8)和由第二材料成分制成的单向挡板元件14(特别如图5和6)。制成框架12的第一材料成分比形成单向挡板元件14的第二材料成分更硬。因此框架12用于加强通风装置10。
框架12形成为栅格状,并包括两个流出口16。流出口16可以由作为单向挡板元件14部件的单向挡板18覆盖或关闭。
单向挡板元件14由栅格状的框架构件20和单向挡板18组成。栅格状的框架构件20具有两个流出口,这些流出口与框架12的流出口16相对应,并在装配的情况下与其对齐。
在框架20的宽度B上,分布有横截面为三角形的突起22,每个突起的顶端伸入流出口16。突起22不构成“完整轮廓”,因此它们向流出空气施加了较小的阻力。在上部提供了四个突起(参考图5),在下部提供了六个突起(参考图6),单向挡板18在其关闭位置靠在其上。特别地,在关闭位置中,单向挡板18仅仅靠在较软的材料成分上。
单向挡板元件14包括闭合周唇部24和绕周边分布的多个弯曲唇部25,这些弯曲唇部在俯视图中看为部分椭圆形并设置在单向挡板元件14的底面上(参考图6)。图6示出四个弯曲唇部25,其中两个示出在单向挡板元件14的短侧,两个示出在单向挡板元件14的长侧。在由于透视图的原因而不可见的单向挡板元件14的第二长侧上,也应当设置了两个弯曲唇部25。
在周唇部24和弯曲唇部25之间,能容纳并夹紧车辆部件28。图4中,车辆部件28在唇部24、25之间夹紧。车辆部件28由周唇部24和弯曲唇部25支承。因此,仅仅单向挡板元件14的部分与车辆部件28接合,而不是框架12的部分。
当通风装置10插入车辆部件28时,唇部24密封在通风装置10和车辆部件28之间。
单向挡板18作为单向挡板元件14的一部分由较软的第二材料成分构成,并包括加强肋30,这些加强肋30设置在单向挡板18的纵向方向L上并彼此平行。加强肋30延伸到单向挡板18的边缘32。为了使得单向挡板18能无间隙地靠在框架构件20上,框架构件20具有带有与加强肋30相对应的凹陷和凸部的轮廓,该轮廓的附图标记为34。
通风装置10的制造如下实现:用于加强的框架12由第一材料成分制成。随后,框架12与由比框架12更软的材料成分制成的单向挡板元件14连接。特别地,框架12和单向挡板14可以通过两成分注模法制成。
两个部件(框架12和单向挡板元件14)连接以便作为单向挡板元件14部件的单向挡板18仅仅靠在单向挡板元件14上。这意味着单向挡板18不靠在框架12上,而是靠在单向挡板元件14中由与单向挡板18本身相同的材料制成的一部分上。由此在单向挡板18关闭时可以避免干扰噪声。
通风装置10插入车辆部件28的开口36中并附装到其。特别地,车辆部件28定位成使得唇部24从上与车辆部件28接合(参考图4),而弯曲唇部25从下与车辆部件28接合(参考图4),并将车辆部件28夹紧。在安装状态,弯曲唇部25面对乘员舱。
因此,车辆部件28仅仅与由比框架12材料成分更软的材料成分制成的单向挡板元件14接合。通风装置10因此与车辆部件28分离,以至于没有由单向挡板18的开启和关闭导致的震动传递到车辆部件28。
在将通风装置10插入车辆部件28中时,唇部24在通风装置10和车辆部件28之间密封。
图9至14示出第二实施例。
与图1至8所示的实施例不同仅仅在于加强肋30,这些加强肋30形成在单向挡板18上,而不延伸到边缘32。加强肋30在距边缘32处一段距离处终止。在关闭的情况下单向挡板18所靠的单向挡板元件14的表面(其附图标记为38)因此形成为平坦的(即没有凸部和凹陷)。

Claims (8)

1.一种通风装置,包括
由第一材料成分制成的框架(12),和
由第二材料成分制成的单向挡板元件(14),
其中第一材料成分比第二材料成分更硬,
其特征在于所述通风装置具有以下特征a)和b)两者中至少之一:
a)单向挡板元件(14)包括可移动单向挡板(18),所述单向挡板(18)配置为仅仅靠在单向挡板元件(14)上;
b)所述通风装置(10)能安装在车辆部件(28)上,其中通风装置(10)中与车辆部件(28)结合的部件是单向挡板元件(14)的部件。
2.如权利要求1所述的通风装置,其特征在于单向挡板元件(14)包括突起(22),所述突起能与单向挡板(18)接合。
3.如权利要求2所述的通风装置,其特征在于所述突起(22)分布在单向挡板元件(14)的宽度(B)上。
4.如权利要求2所述的通风装置,其特征在于所述突起(22)的截面为三角形。
5.如权利要求1所述的通风装置,其特征在于单向挡板元件(14)包括至少一个唇部(24,25),用于将单向挡板元件(14)安装在车辆部件(28)上。
6.如权利要求5所述的通风装置,其特征在于所述唇部(24)用作密封唇部。
7.如权利要求1所述的通风装置,其特征在于单向挡板(18)包括加强肋(30),其中所述加强肋(30)在纵向方向(L)上延伸到单向挡板(18)的至少一个边缘(32)。
8.如权利要求1所述的通风装置,其特征在于单向挡板(18)包括加强肋(30),其中从纵向方向(L)上看,所述加强肋(30)在距边缘(32)一段距离处终止。
