Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种设有加强部的包装袋,以及制造该包装袋的方法。
技术背景
为了防止包装袋的倒坍以及改进自行站立的特征,例如,公知的是使用加强部来加强通过结合一对树脂片材而制成的袋体,例如,第2003-191964号日本专利公开揭示了一种包装袋,其中,袋体的上部外沿以及两侧外沿均布满热塑树脂加强部。
上述公开文献中所记载之加强部以如下方式形成。首先,如图6A所示,袋体63放置在下模61与上模62之间,并且将下模61与上模62夹紧。这样,袋体63的上部外沿及两侧外沿分别仅向形成于下模61中的凹槽61a内突出预定长度L。保持该状态下,将热塑树脂注入下模61中的凹槽61a中,藉此来形成该加强部的下半部分64。然后,如图6B所示,允许上模62以这样一种方式滑动,即下模61中的凹陷61a放置为与上模62中形成的凹陷62a相对。保持该状态下,将热塑树脂注入上模62的凹陷62a,藉此形成该加强部的上半部分65。该加强部由这样形成的下半部分64与上半部分65构成。
例如,当该包装袋掉落且该包装袋受到冲击使得袋体63的相互结合的树脂片相互分离时,根据该冲击的量级,该加强部可能破损或从袋体63脱落。因此,为了防止该加强部破损或脱落,最好是使得袋体63的上部外沿及两侧外沿在该加强部的注塑中向下模61的凹陷61a及上模62的凹陷62a内突出很多,藉此形成宽度较大的加强部。由于所形成的加强部宽度较大,该加强部的耐冲击性增大,藉此防止该加强部破损或脱落。
然而,当袋体63的上部外沿或侧部外沿向下模61的凹陷61a及上模62的凹陷62a内突出很多时,如图6C所示,袋体63的上部外沿或侧部外沿趋向于在凹陷61a、62a中下垂或弯曲。具体地,在将热塑树脂注入凹陷61a、62a时,会有这样一种情况,即袋体63的上部外沿或侧部外沿由于注入热塑树脂的热量及流动而弯曲。当袋体63的上部外沿或侧部外沿在下模61的凹陷61a及上模62的凹陷62a内下垂或弯曲时,该位于袋体63的上部外沿或侧部外沿的表面处的加强部部分与该位于其背面处的加强部部分之间的厚度不同。从而,该加强部的耐冲击性并未充分改进。此外,当袋体63的上部外沿或侧部外沿的至少一部分因为其下垂或弯曲而暴露在该加强部之外时,该包装袋的外观受到影响。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一目的为可靠地改进形成于包装袋上的加强部的耐冲击性。
为了达成上述目的以及根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种包装袋,其包括袋体及由热塑树脂制成的加强部。该由热塑树脂制成的加强部设在该袋体的外缘处。该加强部中设有窗口。
根据本发明的第二方面,提供了一种制造如本发明第一方面所述的包装袋的方法。该方法包括:将该袋体放置在分别具有凹槽的一对模具之间,并且以这样一种方式夹紧这两个模具,即这些凹槽互相相对,其中由这样夹紧的模具中的凹槽所形成的腔室形成为与该加强部的外形一致,从各凹槽的、位于该腔室的与该加强部上设有该窗口之部分相应的部分处的底面延伸出凸部,并且将放置在这两个模具之间的该袋体外缘以由这两个凸部保持的状态放置在该腔室之内;及注入熔化或软化的热塑树脂以填充这样夹紧的模具的该腔室以在该袋体的外缘处形成该加强部。

具体实施方式
参考图1至4来说明本发明的一个实施例。除非另行明确定义,在下文之描述中,垂直方向(铅垂方向)及水平方向为图1至3所给出的方向。
如图1至3所示,本实施例的包装袋设有袋体10、设置在袋体10两侧的两条柱形加强部25、以及设置在袋体10上部的管状颈部27。
如图1所示,袋体10由底片11及一对侧片12构成。通过将其四个角上都具有矩形切口11a的矩形片材一折为二,将可热熔接的面保持在外侧,从而获得两面俱为可热熔接的底片11。
各侧片12形成为大致规则的梯形,其两个下角处各具有矩形切口12a。侧片12的切口12a的形状及尺寸与底片11的切口11a的形状及尺寸相同。各侧片12的两面中的一面为可热熔接。
在利用底片11与侧片12形成袋体10的过程中,侧片12的可热熔接的面放置成互相相对,并且将底片11放在这两片侧片12之间。此时,如图1所示,底片11的折叠保持为面朝上。此外,侧片12的切口12a分别与相应的底片11的切口11a叠合。此后,侧片12的可热熔接的面的下部热熔接至底片11的可热熔接的面。此外,两片侧片12的中一片的侧部外缘分别热熔接至另一侧片12的相应侧部外缘,并且该上部外缘(即不包括其中心部的部分)亦互相热熔接。
如图2所示,各底部热熔接部21(底片11与侧片12的经热焊的部分)设有从正面看上去是凹陷圆弧形状的上缘。如前所述,侧片12的切口12a分别与相应的底片11的切口11a重叠,这样,袋体10在两个下角处具有切口10a。侧部热熔接部22(侧片12的侧部外缘被热熔接的部分)以大致垂直的方向延伸。上部热熔接部23(侧片12的上部外缘被热熔接的部分)以水平方向延伸。侧片12的上部外缘的中心并不相互热熔接。
加强部25由热塑树脂制得。如图2、3所示,沿相应的侧部热熔接部22及应的上部热熔接部23设置各加强部25。加强部25的下端位于袋体10的该下部外缘的上方,并且分别朝向袋体10的相应的切口10a。各加强部25的横剖面为大致的U形,包住该相应侧部热熔接部22的外缘以及该相应上部热熔接部23的外缘。如图2所示,各侧部热熔接部22的内缘22a及各上部热熔接部23的内缘23a并未被该相应的加强部25覆盖而是暴露出来的。各加强部25的位于相应上部热熔接部23之部分的横向尺寸X大于加强部25的位于相应侧部热熔接部22之部分的横向尺寸Y。
各加强部25位于袋体10相应上部热熔接部23上的部分在靠近袋体10的上部外缘的中心设有细长形窗口26。各窗口26的两端倒成圆角。各窗口26的纵向方向与图2中的水平方向一致。各窗口26的纵向尺寸小于相应上部热熔接部23的纵向尺寸。各窗口26的横向尺寸为相应加强部25的位于相应上部热熔接部23之部分的横向尺寸X的约1/3。各窗口26位于加强部25的该位于相应上部热熔接部23之部分的横向的中央。各窗口26放置在相应加强部25的位于相应上部热熔接部23的最外缘朝内的部分,使得上部热熔接部23的该最外缘不在窗口26的内部。
如图2及3所示,颈部27设置在袋体10的上部,更具体地,位于袋体10的上部外缘的中央。该袋体能够通过设在颈部27上端的口27a(参见图1)将内容物从袋体10取出或放入袋体10中。颈部27设有盖子28来可取下地将口27a密封。可旋转盖子28以使其附接至颈部27或从颈部27分离。
其次,参考图4描述用于形成加强部25的一对模具41。
图4中垂直放置的模具41分别设有两个凹槽42。当模具41夹紧以使相应凹陷42彼此相对时,模具41的凹槽42所形成的两个空腔中的每一个都形成为与相应加强部25的外形一致。与各加强部25中设有相应窗口26的部分相对应之该腔室部分设有从各凹槽42的底面延伸的凸部43。因此,在各腔室的相同部分,各凹槽42由相应的凸部43分为外部42a及内部42b。各凸块43的横截面为与相应窗口26的投影形状一致的细长形,并且各凸部43的两端倒成圆角。各凸部43的纵向方向与该空腔的与各加强部25的设有相应窗口26的部分相对应之部分的的纵向方向一致。
加强部25的形成过程中,模具41以这样一种方式夹紧,即袋体10放置在两个模具41之间且相应对的凹槽42彼此相对。这样,将设在两个模具41中一个上的凸部43放置为经由袋体10与设在另一模具41上的凸部43相对。图4中,为了便于描述,放大了袋体10的厚度,因此,各模具41的配合面41a并不完全齐平,且各凸部43的顶面43a不与相应模具41的配合面41a齐平。然而,实际上,袋体10相当薄,且各模具41的配合面41a完全齐平且各凸部43的顶面43a与相应模具41的配合面41a齐平。
此外,在夹紧的模具41中,袋体10如前所述地保持在其中,袋体10的两个侧部外缘以及上部外缘的一部分,更具体地,各侧部热熔接部22的外缘以及上部热熔接部23的外缘,放置在由模具41的凹槽42形成的腔室之内。各侧部热熔接部22的内缘22a以及各上部热熔接部23的内缘23a并不放置在该腔室之内,而是放置在模具41的配合面41a之间。在各腔室的内部,相应上部热熔接部23的外缘以这样一种方式被保持在一对相应的凸部43之间,即该上部热熔接部23的最外缘放置在由相应凹槽42的外部42a形成的腔室的一部分之内。
此后,通过树脂填充口(未示)注入熔化或软化的热塑树脂来填充该腔室。该注入腔室的热塑树脂填充该腔室时避开了凹陷42内的凸部43。从而,可获得加强部25,各加强部25在与相关的凸部43相对应的位置处具有窗口26。
根据上述实施例,可获得如下的优点。
(1)为了在位于袋体10的上部热熔接部23处的各加强部25部分上形成窗口26,在该模具41的各凹陷42处设有凸部43。因此,在模具41的各腔室处,相应上部热熔接部23的外缘被保持在一对相应的凸部43之间。结果,即使当各上部热熔接部23的外缘向该相应的腔室凸出很多以增大该相应加强部25的位于上部热熔接部23之部分的横穿尺寸X,也可以防止上部热熔接部23在该腔室之内下垂或弯曲。由此,由上部热熔接部23的下垂或弯曲而造成的加强部25的耐冲击性的降低得以防止,藉此能可靠地改进加强部25的耐冲击性。亦防止了因上部热熔接部23的下垂或弯曲而导致影响包装袋的外观。
为了防止上部热熔接部23下垂或弯曲时加强部25的耐冲击性降低或者影响该包装袋的外观,可将加强部25做得较厚。即,各加强部25在图3中箭头Z所给出方向上的尺寸可以很大。然而,这种情况下,形成加强部25所使用的热塑树脂的数量增加,因此该包装袋的成本不可避免地增加。本实施例的优点在于可分别防止加强部25的耐冲击性降低以及影响该包装袋的外观而不增加成本。
(2)若各凸部43的顶面43a的一部分不与模具41的各空腔处的相应上部热熔接部23接触,注入该腔室的热塑树脂会从凸部43与上部热熔接部23之间渗出,并可能在窗口26上形成毛刺。然而,上述实施例中,由于各窗口26设置为该相应上部热熔接部23的最外缘的内侧,即该相应上部热熔接部23的最外缘不在窗口26的内部,各凸部43的顶面43a在模具41的各腔室处与相应的上部热熔接部23整体接触。因此,可以防止各窗口26上形成毛刺。
(3)上述实施例中,窗口26分别设置在相应的加强部25处以使处在袋体10的该上部外缘中心的颈部27位于窗口26之间,并且窗口26靠近颈部27。因此,窗口26可用于支撑该包装袋以在通过颈部27的口27a向袋体10填充内容物时使该包装袋的形态保持稳定。
(4)各窗口26的纵向方向与该水平方向一致,并且窗口26沿袋体10的该上部外缘延伸。换言之,设在模具41的各凹陷42处的凸部43以放置在模具41的相应腔室内的上部热熔接部23的纵向方向延伸。若各凸部43的纵向方向与相应上部热熔接部23的纵向方向不一致,上部热熔接部23上凸部43与上部热熔接部23的该最外缘隔开很远处的那部分会产生下垂或弯曲。就此而言,采用上述实施例,当将袋体10放置其中的模具41夹紧时,可使用一对相应的凸部43来顺利地保持各上部热熔接部23的外缘。
(5)为了各加强部25处形成两端倒成圆角的窗口26,模具41的各凹陷42处设置的凸部43的两端亦倒成圆角。当热塑树脂注入模具41的腔室内时,凸部43会妨碍该注入该腔室的热塑树脂的顺畅流动。然而,由于各凸部43的两端倒成圆角,可以减少凸部43对该热塑树脂顺畅流动的影响。此外,为了使各窗口26处于相应加强部25上处于相应上部热熔接部23之部分的横向中央,设在模具41的各凹陷42处的凸部43以这样一种方式被设置在凹陷42的该横向上的中央,即凹陷42的外部42a的宽度与其内部42b的宽度相等。这亦有助于减少凸部43对该注入模具41的凹陷中的热塑树脂的顺畅流动的影响。
(6)袋体10的各侧部热熔接部22的内缘22a及各上部热熔接部23的内缘23a并未被相应的加强部25覆盖而是暴露在外。因此,即使在袋体10上施加有使袋体10的相互结合的侧片12分开的力,可以防止该力直接作用于加强部25上。
(7)各加强部25的下端面对袋体10的相应切口10a。因此,袋体10的该侧部外缘的下端分别由相应的加强部25覆盖。若加强部25以这样一种方式形成,即袋体10的该侧部外缘的下端分别未被相应的加强部25覆盖而是暴露在外,根据形成加强部25所使用的模具,该加强部25的下端处很容易产生毛刺。就此而言,采用上述实施例,可以抑制该加强部的下端处产生毛刺。
(8)即使袋体10的该侧部外缘的下端分别被相应的加强部25覆盖,袋体10设有切口10a,通过这些切口,各加强部25的该下端位于袋体10的底部外缘之上。因此,由于袋体10的该侧部外缘的下端分别被相应的加强部25覆盖,该包装袋的自行站立特征并未受到影响。
此外,还可对上述实施例作如下改变。
窗口26的形状及数量并不限于上述实施例中给出的形状及数量,而可在需要时进行修改。例如,如图5A所示,加强部51可设有多个圆形窗口52。或者,各窗口26可形成为诸如星形的具有装饰作用的形状。此外,各窗口26的纵向方向不必沿着袋体10的该上部外缘,而是可以与不沿着该袋体10的上部外缘的水平方向交叉。
上述实施例中,如图4所示明显示出的,模具41的各凸部43的互相相对的侧面彼此平行。因此,各加强部25上通过使用模具41形成的窗口26由壁表面所界定,在所述壁表面中,这些互相相对的部分彼此平行。然而,各凸部43的这些互相相对的侧面无需彼此平行。例如,各凸部43的该互相相对的侧面可形成为,随着从凸部43的近端至远端该侧面相互靠得更近的渐缩形状。这样,当注塑形成加强部25之后,袋体10更容易从模具41中取出。此外,在这一情况下,通过使用模具所形成的各加强部25的窗口26由侧壁来限定,在所述侧壁中,这些互相相对的侧面随着靠近相应上部热熔接部23而彼此更为靠近。
可调整各窗口26的尺寸以使其在纵向上基本遍及相应加强部25的位于相应上部热熔接部23的所有部分。
除了各窗口26,可沿袋体10的该上部外缘设有多个窗口,这些窗口可在各加强部25的位于相应上部热熔接部23之部分的整个长度上排列。作为窗口26的替代或者附加方式,还可沿袋体10的相应侧部外缘设有多个窗口,这些窗口可在各加强部25的位于相应侧部热熔接部23之部分的整个长度上排列。
上述实施例中,各窗口26设置在相应加强部25上位于相应上部热熔接部23的更靠近袋体10的该上部外缘中央的部分。然而,各窗口26可设置在相应加强部25上位于相应上部热熔接部23的离袋体10的该上部外缘中央很远的部分,或者设置在相应加强部25上位于相应上部热熔接部23的基本位于其纵向方向上的中央的部分。
上述实施例中,各窗口26以这样一种方式设在相应上部热熔接部23的该最外缘之内,即上部热熔接部23的该最外缘不在窗口26之内。然而,各上部热熔接部23该最外缘的一部分可在相应的窗口26之内。例如,作为各窗口26的替代,可在各加强部25的位于相应上部热熔接部23之部分的外缘处设置半圆切口的窗口53,如图5B所示,并且各上部热熔接部23的最外缘的一部分可在相应窗口53之内。
作为各窗口26的替代,可在各加强部25的位于相应上部热熔接部23之部分的内缘处设置接近半椭圆形切口的窗口54,如图5C所示
各加强部25无需设置为从袋体10的该上部外缘至其相应的侧部外缘。例如,各加强部25可仅设置在袋体10的相应侧部热熔接部22上或者仅设置在袋体10的相应上部热熔接部23上。作为上述加强部的替代或者附加方式,加强部25中的至少一条可至少部分地放置在相应的底部热熔接部21处。
设在袋体10上的加强部25的数量并不限于两条,其可为一条或三条或多条。这样,可在各加强部25上设置窗口26。
各加强部25可由独立形成的上半部与下半部构成,如第2003-191964号日本专利公开所揭露的加强部,本发明的背景技术部分描述了该加强部。
各加强部25的形状并不限于上述实施例的形状。例如,各加强部25上位于相应上部热熔接部23之部分的横穿尺寸X可小于或等于加强部25上位于侧部热熔接部22之部分的横穿尺寸Y。或者,为了使该包装袋更易于握持以及使其更美观,各加强部25的最外缘或最内缘可不形成为直线形的而是波浪形的。
各加强部25的下端可位于袋体10的相应切口10a的上方或者处于与切口10a的上侧相同的位置。或者,各加强部25的下端可处于与袋体10的下部外缘相同的位置或位于其下部外缘的下方。
袋体10的形状不限于上述实施例的形状。例如,上述实施例中,袋体10的上部外缘形成为以该水平方向延伸的直线形,但亦可形成为凸圆弧形或者凹圆弧形。此外,上述实施例中,袋体10形成为从正面看大致规则的梯形,但亦可形成为正方形、矩形或三角形。
作为由一片底片11与一对侧片12来构成的替代,袋体10可通过折叠一片或两片平的片材然后将其热熔接而形成,或者通过将管状片材切割为预定长度而形成。
上述实施例的该包装袋可自行站立,但该包装袋不必自行站立。这样,袋体10可仅由一对片材12构成。
袋体10的各底部热熔接部21的形状不限于上述实施例的形状。例如,上述实施例中,各底部热熔接部21的上缘形成为凹圆弧形,但亦可形成为沿袋体10的底部外缘的直线形。或者,各底部热熔接部21的上缘可设有沿水平方向延伸的直线形中央部,以及朝该中央部向下延伸的直线形横侧部。
通过热熔接来进行底片11与侧片12之间的结合或侧片12之间的结合不是必须的,例如亦可使用粘合剂或利用超声结合或高频结合来执行。或者可通过加强部25来结合这些片材以替代直接结合。
上述实施例中,颈部27设在袋体10的上部外缘的中央。然而,该颈部的设置位置并无限制。例如,颈部27可设置为远离袋体10的上部外缘的中央。或者,颈部27可设在袋体10的侧部外缘之一的上部处。
上述实施例的该包装袋可设有利用拉链来开启和关闭的口以替代颈部27。或者,可在任何给定位置对袋体10进行切口处理以使袋体10的一部分被切去而形成从袋体10中取出内容物的口。

Claims (7)

1、一种包装袋,包括:
袋体;及
设在该袋体的外缘处的由热塑树脂制成的加强部,该包装袋的特征在于,该加强部中设有窗口。
2、如权利要求1所述的包装袋,其中该窗口设在该加强部的位于该袋体的最外缘内侧之部分。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的包装袋,还包括设在该袋体上的口或者带有口的颈部,其中,该窗口设在该加强部的靠近该口之部分。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的包装袋,其中该加强部至少设在该袋体的上部外缘,该包装袋还包括设在该袋体的上部外缘处的口或者带有口的颈部,并且其中该窗口设在该加强部上设在该袋体的上部外缘之部分处。
5、如权利要求1或2所述的包装袋,其中该加强部至少设在该袋体的上部外缘,该窗口设在该加强部上设在该袋体的上部外缘之部分处,并且其尺寸为可基本覆盖该部分的纵向部分。
6、如权利要求1或2所述的包装袋,其中该窗口为多个窗口中的一个,其沿该袋体外缘的纵向排列,基本覆盖了整个加强部。
7、制造如权利要求1或2所述包装袋的方法,该方法的特征在于:
将该袋体放置在分别具有凹槽的一对模具之间,并且以这些凹槽互相相对这样一种方式夹紧这两个模具,其中由所述这样夹紧的模具中的凹槽所形成的腔室形成为与该加强部的外形一致,从各凹槽的、位于该腔室的与该加强部上设有该窗口之部分相应的部分处的底面延伸出有凸部,并且将放置在这两个模具之间的该袋体之外缘以由这两个凸部保持的这一状态放置在该腔室之内;及
注入熔化或软化的热塑树脂以填充这样夹紧的模具的该腔室,从而在该袋体的外缘处形成该加强部。
