Description

泡沫基底件和泡罩包装
技术领域
本发明涉及泡沫基底件,其由层压件制成,其具有由该层压件通过冷成型而成型的杯突(Npfen),用以制备用于包装对湿气、氧和酸敏感的产品的泡罩包装,所述泡沫基底件具有阻挡层作为抗水蒸汽和气体的屏障,在阻挡层的第一面上排列的塑料层作为外层,和在阻挡层的第二面上排列的可密封的内层。本发明还涉及泡罩包装,其具有泡沫基底件,对着层压件的内层,对着泡沫基底件的内侧密封的遮盖箔,其具有阻挡层作为抗水蒸汽和气体的屏障,和在阻挡层的第一面上排列的可密封的内层。
背景技术
众所周知,对水分和氧敏感的产品通过包装在塑料材料内而受到保护,免受有害气氛的影响。湿气敏感的产品例如可以用对水分子实际上不渗透的塑料膜进行包裹。作为抗水分穿过的屏障例如可以使用由聚乙烯高密度物(HDPE)或由聚1,1-二氯乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-共聚物(PVDC-MA)制的膜。由取向的聚丙烯(oPP)制的膜,任选金属化,或者金属化的聚酯膜,同样用作抗水分穿过的屏障材料。此外还已知金属箔作为抗水分和/或氧穿过的屏障材料,并且经常与塑料膜复合使用。对水蒸汽和气体良好的屏障作用也可以用乙烯-乙烯醇-共聚物(EVOH)制的层实现。
虽然如今已知具有对水分和氧有较高穿过阻挡作用的屏障层的层压件,但就算密封包装情况下也不能完全防止水分穿过,因为层压件的棱不受屏障层保护。通过密封区域中该未保护的棱,水分和氧会渗入热密封的包装的内部,并影响湿气敏感的产品的质量。
WO-A-2004/000541和WO-A-2004/080808公开了具有屏障层并具有含有吸收湿气的材料的密封层的多层膜。所述膜用于包装湿气敏感的物体,例如诊断-测试条,或者在折叠后对自身或者对第二膜被热密封。作为吸收湿气的材料(具有较强水结合性),优选使用钙氧化物(CaO)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种适于制备泡罩包装以包装对湿气、氧和酸敏感的产品的泡沫基底件,以及开头所述类型的泡罩包装,其与现有技术的泡沫基底件或泡罩包装相比,对水分、氧和酸的穿过具有更高的保护作用。
为了实现本发明的目的,涉及这样的泡沫基底件,在阻挡层的第二面上排列有吸收湿气、氧和酸的吸收材料。
根据本发明使用的层压件可以用在具有冷成型位置的所有包装设备上,并适用于多种湿气敏感的产品,通过湿气吸收剂的特定排列会显著提高其耐久性(Haltbarkeit)。
本发明利用了根据WO-A-2004/000541和WO-A-2004/080808获得的关于包装箔和由其制得的包装的知识。
所述内层优选由聚烯烃形成,并优选含有选自碱金属和碱土金属的至少一种氧化物作为吸收材料。特别优选钙氧化物(CaO)作为吸收材料。除了其作为结合水的试剂的性质外,CaO还具有额外的优点,从产品中裂解出来的成酸剂,例如氯离子或有机酸,作为气体或作为通过与水反应形成的酸与CaO反应成为盐,从而结合。此外还表明,CaO还能够吸收氧,亦即具有氧捕获剂的性质。
内层的聚烯烃的优选含量为0.5至50重量%CaO,尤其是10至30重量%CaO。
内层的聚烯烃优选由聚乙烯高密度物(HDPE)和/或线性聚乙烯低密度物(LLDPE)和/或聚乙烯低密度物(LDPE)组成和/或由聚丙烯(PP)组成。还可以含有成分酸改性的聚烯烃,如离聚物,例如Surlyn,EAA或PP-MSA。该酸改性的聚烯烃起到粘合促进剂的作用,因此在某些情况下可以不用单独的底漆(Primer)。
内层的聚烯烃可以由单独层或由多层组成。
特别优选一种层压件制的基底件,其中,内层的聚烯烃由至少两层组成,其中,离铝箔最远的最外层基本上不含有吸收材料。用该措施产生光滑的表面,因此根据本发明的层压件的摩擦系数相应于常规的层压件。由于在最外层缺少添加物如CaO,因此与常规的层压件相比,在加工时,也不产生与成型印模或其它机器部件的摩擦。
由于吸收剂如CaO与湿气发生碱性反应,所以没有添加物的最外层还防止了pH-值的改变会负面影响填料的稳定性。
特别优选一种层压件制的基底件,其中,内层的聚烯烃是由至少两层形成的共挤出层,其中,离铝箔最远的最外层基本上不含有吸收材料。
对本发明基底件的层压件而言,阻挡层优选是铝箔,并在靠近聚烯烃的一侧上优选用粘合促进剂,尤其是用水基或溶剂基的底漆,或者用聚合物粘合促进剂进行涂敷。
离阻挡层最近的最内层优选基本上不含有吸收材料。因此,吸收材料的颗粒在压力下进行的冷成型步骤中不会压入作为阻挡层使用的铝箔中。用该措施,颗粒在铝箔中不会产生可能的薄弱环节,因此也不会降低无孔的成型性。
外层优选是与铝箔经粘合剂层结合的、由取向的聚酰胺(oPA)、取向的聚丙烯(oPP)或取向的聚酯制的塑料膜。
为了实现本发明的目的,涉及这样的泡罩包装,一个对泡沫基底件的内侧密封的遮盖箔,其具有阻挡层作为抗水蒸汽和气体的屏障,和一个在阻挡层的第一面上排列的可密封的内层。
内层的聚烯烃优选由聚乙烯高密度物(HDPE)和/或线性聚乙烯低密度物(LLDPE)和/或聚乙烯低密度物(LDPE)组成,和/或由聚丙烯(PP)组成,和/或含有成分酸改性的聚烯烃,如离聚物,EAA或PP-MSA。
内层的聚烯烃优选由单独层形成。可密封的内层包含密封介质,其形式为漆,尤其是热密封漆,箔或可密封的涂层,并用于密封对着泡沫基底件内侧的遮盖箔,其中所述密封可以是固体密封或者具有较小粘合力的密封,以形成可剥离的开口。
阻挡层优选是铝箔。
为了制备用于包装对湿气、氧和酸敏感的产品的泡罩包装,从根据本发明的层压件首先通过冷成型而制成泡沫基底件。在填充泡沫基底件之后,紧接着将包含阻挡层作为对水蒸汽和气体屏障的遮盖箔对着层压件的内层密封在泡沫基底件上。
根据本发明的泡罩包装优选用于包装药物产品,如湿气敏感的片剂和粉末。

Claims (14)

3.根据权利要求2的泡沫基底件(70),其特征在于,内层(20)的聚烯烃含有钙氧化物(CaO)作为吸收材料(24)。
4.根据权利要求3的泡沫基底件(70),其特征在于,内层(20)的聚烯烃含有0.5至50重量%CaO,优选10至30重量%CaO,作为吸收材料(24)。
