Description

地下和部分埋入管子的卷绕设备及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及如雨水和污水管之类的地下导管的重新布线。尤其是,本发明涉及处于使用中并承载液体的管子的重新布线。
背景技术
当前多种技术用于对地下导管进行重新布线。导管重新布线的一种方法包括“沉降沟槽”挖掘到下降的新管子的长度。从而,该管子长度滑入到主管子中,并结合到一起形成连续的新管子。一般地,采用这种方法,重新布线的导管必须是干燥的。这通常通过“过量泵送”(将水、污水或其他流体泵送到地面之上,从而绕开重新布线的导管的区域)实现。
由于过量泵送过程所涉及的成本和复杂性,需要“过量泵送”的方法是不合需要的。
对地下导管重新布线的另一方法包括将管子卷绕机放入检查竖坑中,然后将伸长的塑料条带送入该竖坑中。然后,该机器将条带卷绕成伸长的螺旋管。申请人已经研制了用于卷绕这种螺旋管的各种机器和方法。某些这种方法不需要“过量泵送”,并在将重新布线的导管处于使用状态时进行。然而,这些方法不适合于生产焊接的管子。
在某些情况下,期望提供完全焊接的管子。完全焊接的或连续焊接的管子都是水密的。
本发明的目的是提供适合于对可操作的地下管子进行重新布线的方法,它消除了挖沟的需要或者至少使其最小化,并提供了连续焊接的管子。
发明内容
根据本发明的第一方面,提供在导管处于承载液体的使用状态下,对地下导管进行布线的方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
将管子卷绕设备定位在与将重新布线的导管相邻的检查竖坑中,该管子卷绕设备具有液体流过其中的环形贯笼;
将伸长塑料或塑料合成条带向下送入竖坑中,供给管子卷绕设备,该条带具有平行间隔开的第一和第二边缘;
将条带向下驱动到环形贯笼中,从而使得到来的第一边缘位于条带的卷绕卷的相邻第二边缘上;
防止已经粘结到第二边缘上并随第二边缘上升的液体朝到来的第一边缘下降;
将塑料的熔珠涂抹到新卷绕的管子的到来的第一边缘和相邻第二边缘中的至少一个上;及
在到来的第一边缘和相邻的第二边缘之间挤压熔珠;
从而在原位置形成伸长的连续焊接的管子。
最好该方法还包括如下步骤:
加热新卷绕管子的到来的第一边缘和相邻第二边缘中的至少一个,
从而该加热步骤提高了熔珠对到来的第一边缘和相邻第二边缘中的至少一个的粘结。
最好该加热步骤包括:
将热气体朝到来的第一边缘导引,该气体加热第一边缘;及

具体实施方式
参照附图1,管子卷绕设备10示出位于与将重新布线的导管5相邻的检查竖坑(access pit)3中。该管子卷绕设备10具有环形框架40(在附图2a中最佳示出),液体8能够通过该环形框架流动。于是,在使用中(例如,承载雨水或污水)可以修复导管或管子5。
位于地面上的卷轴160将伸长的塑料或塑料复合条带12向下送入树坑3中,供给管子卷绕设备10。可以使用各种条带或轮廓。附图5示出了适合于使用本发明的方法的合成条带的两个相邻卷的剖视图。
参照附图2a、3a和4,设备10包括环形圆柱形框架40,该框架在使用中具有轮周部分42,该轮周部分可通过具有钩子2的吊车提升。该环形框架还具有基座部分49,该基座部分在使用中坐落在导管4上。该设备10还包括数个基本平行间隔开的辊子41,该辊子环绕环形框架40设置并由其支承。该辊子41形成导引装置,以在机器使用时沿螺旋通道对条带12进行导引。该通道具有与环形框架40的轮轴相邻的顶点。
该设备10还包括一对主条带紧带轮71和72,它们在轮周部分42和基座部分49之间的大约中间的圆周位置处安装到框架40上。驱动组件53也安装到框架40上,用于在卷绕方向上将条带12驱动到螺旋通道中,从而条带12的相邻卷的相邻边缘部分16和18重叠。

气体喷嘴99防止附图3a中所述的水和碎屑(堆积物)9向下朝焊接区域移动,如附图3a的示意图中清楚所示的那样。
附图2b示出了辅助喷嘴99’。该喷嘴帮助确保条带的边缘没有水和碎屑。在本发明的其他实施例中,将不需要该辅助喷嘴。两个喷嘴都由通过供料管108和歧管105的压缩空气进给。
各种其他装置也可用于防止堆积物向下朝焊接区域移动。在附图3b、3c和3d中示出了这些备选装置的一部分。
参照附图3b和3c,示出清除器形式的液体去除器。附图3b的清除器是由电机198在方向197上驱动的反向转动的刷子199。尽管可以使用各种电机,但是最好电机198由气动驱动或者由液压驱动。在附图3c中示出了备选的简化清除器。该清除器199’处于柔软的橡胶或塑料构件的形式。
在附图3d中示出了又一备选液体去除器。附图3d的液体清除器包括部分真空产生组件196。该组件包括吸嘴99。
在附图2b中,示出了附图2a中所示的提升框架111上的备选吊眼(lifting eye)112。
附图2a、2b和5中所示的卷绕设备由液压马达60(未示出)驱动。该液压马达60能够在严酷条件下工作,并提供高扭矩输出,以绕着辊子41的内侧驱动条带12。可以提供具有如附图3d中所示的紧带轮121和122的可选的辅助驱动组件。该辅助驱动组件提供辅助的驱动扭矩,该扭矩能够允许部件在原位置生产成更长的长度。附图3d示出了主驱动组件70和辅助驱动组件120。该辅助驱动单元当然可用于附图3a、3b和3c中示意性说明的本发明的其他实施例。
参照附图2a,挤出机80形成设备10的一部分。该挤出机80通过供料管81进给塑料小球。该挤出机80具有喷嘴85,该喷嘴将塑料的熔珠涂抹到到来的第一边缘16上,如附图4a中最清楚地示出的那样。
聚乙烯塑料可用于条带12,也可用作挤出机80的原料。聚乙烯是低成本的塑料,具有优良的化学属性,使其高度适合于修复管子。尽管缺少PVC的硬度,但是当与如附图5中所述的条带30之类的加强条带组合时,可卷绕硬管。尽管本发明的方法尤其适合于聚乙烯管,但是也可以使用其他塑料。
在塑料的熔珠13已经涂抹到到来的第一边缘16上之后,该熔珠在到来的第一边缘16和相邻的第二边缘18之间受到挤压,该第二边缘位于具有相对辊71和72的主驱动组件70的紧带轮组件之间。附图5示出了所获得的焊接梁19。由于这是连续的过程,所以产生连续的焊接。
尽管在附图中示出熔珠涂抹到到来的第一边缘16上,但是在本发明的其他实施例中,该熔珠也可以涂抹到相邻的第二边缘上。
参照附图2b和3a,可以看出,导管94将热空气朝喷嘴95和97输送。喷嘴97在与相邻第二边缘的移动方向基本相对的方向上将热空气导向相邻的第二边缘。热空气排出喷嘴95和97预热并烘干条带12的边缘,以有助于焊接过程。也可以使用预热条带的边缘以有助于焊接过程的备选装置。例如,可以使用如附图4b中所示的电阻辐射加热器61和62之类的辐射加热器。如摩擦装置之类的其他加热装置也可以用于有助于该焊接过程。
附图4中描述和说明的设备可用于对地下导管进行布线,同时该导管处于使用中,承载有液体。一旦管子卷绕设备已经定位在与将重新布线的导管相邻的检查竖坑中,则向下通过检查竖坑3供给伸长的塑料或塑料复合条带12,如附图1中最清楚地说明的那样。该条带12向下驱动到圆柱贯笼40’中,从而使到来的第一边缘16位于条带的卷绕卷的相邻第二边缘18上。从喷嘴99和99’导来的高速空气防止液体和/或已经粘结到其上的其他堆积物沿第二边缘18向上移动,和向下朝到来的第一边缘16移动。热空气导引到到来的第一边缘16和相邻的第二边缘18,以在熔珠塑料涂抹到到来的第一边缘16或相邻第二边缘18中的一个上之前以及在到来的第一边缘16和相邻第二边缘18之间挤压熔珠之前,加热边缘。
采用上述方法,可在原位置卷绕管子,同时导管4仍处于使用中。然而,如果导管4满负荷或接近满负荷运转,则附图3a中所示水位有点高。根据本发明的另一方面,提供将在这种情况下工作的方法。实现本发明第二方面的方法包括将热气体的喷射朝跨越条带的相邻卷的区域导引,从而在液体内产生空隙的步骤。从而在气体间隙中产生条带的相邻卷焊接在一起。另一方面,实现本发明的该方面的这种方法类似于上述第一实施例。
在附图6的透视图中说明了由任一上述方法卷绕的实际管子100。该管子是提供高完整性的水密封导管的连续焊接管子。

Claims (21)

1.用于对地下导管进行布线的设备,该设备包括:
在使用中具有轮周部分和基座部分的环形框架;

安装到框架上的驱动组件,用于在卷绕方向上将条带向下驱动到螺旋通道中,从而使到来的第一边缘位于条带的卷绕卷的相邻第二边缘上;
安装到框架上的液体去除器,该液体去除器设置成防止已经粘结到第二边缘上并随其上升的液体向下朝到来的第一边缘下降;及
安装到框架上的挤出机,该挤出机具有一喷嘴,该喷嘴在使用中将塑料熔珠挤出到条带上紧靠所述重叠之前的位置处。

将如权利要求1-13中任一项所述的设备定位在与将被重新布线的导管相邻的检查竖坑中,所述设备具有液体流过其中的环形贯笼;
将伸长塑料或塑料合成条带向下送入竖坑中,供给所述设备,该条带具有平行且间隔开的第一和第二边缘;
将条带向下驱动进入到环形贯笼中,从而使到来的第一边缘位于条带的卷绕卷的相邻第二边缘上;
防止已经粘结到第二边缘上并随第二边缘上升的液体朝到来的第一边缘下降;
将塑料的熔珠涂抹到新卷绕的管子的到来的第一边缘和相邻第二边缘中的至少一个上;及
在到来的第一边缘和相邻的第二边缘之间挤压熔珠;
从而在原位置形成伸长的连续焊接的管子。
15.如权利要求14所述的方法,还包括如下步骤:

从而该加热步骤提高了熔珠对到来的第一边缘和相邻第二边缘中的至少一个的粘结。
