Abstract
Proceso de purificación, y/o reducción de sales/iones, y/o reducción de azúcar libre, de preferencia, mediante deshidratación, de una lechada que contiene celulosa como celulosa microfibrilada para evitar la hornificación, el cual comprende los pasos de: - proporcionar una lechada que comprende celulosa y líquido; - someter la lechada a un campo eléctrico para hacer que el líquido de la lechada fluya; - separar el líquido de la celulosa para obtener, de esta manera una lechada reducida en líquido; - añadir un líquido de lavado, como un solvente orgánico, a la lechada reducida en líquido; - someter la lechada reducida en líquido a un campo eléctrico, para que el líquido de lavado de la lechada fluya; y - separar el líquido de lavado de la celulosa, para obtener una celulosa purificada.
