Description

− 飲料水からの重金属の改良された除去を達成すること(これは、世界の一部の地域において依然として大きな問題である)が可能であるので、飲料水の清浄化
− 酸化及び種々の添加物によって金属吸収特性を改良することができる
− 生分解性である金属吸収剤
MFC分散液脱水の調査のために、実験のセットアップを構築した。そのスキームは図1上にある。それは、ステンレス鋼漏斗内にはめ込まれた、内径46mmのプラスチックパイプからなる。パイプの下端には、穴を有するプレートがあり、これもステンレス鋼で作製されており、これは、通常陰極である、下部の電極の役割をする。このプレート上に濾紙を置き、濾紙上にMFC分散液をロードする。最上部又はMFCカラム上にもう1枚の濾紙があり、この後、上部の電極(陽極)を置いた。
− 最初に(ある程度)電気浸透のみが使用される場合
− 脱水のために粘度が十分に上昇することになる場合− 機械的な圧力が適用され得る(図2において反映されている)

陰極上に、濾紙を、次いでMFCを、次いで第2の濾紙を置いた。この後、陽極をその上部に横たえた。(陽極の重量の)圧力は750kPaであった。短い時間(2分)の後、さらなる重りを添加した(圧力2400Paまで)。脱水中の電圧は100V、時間は640秒であった。
手順を3回繰り返し、圧力を高めた(最終時4.6*10^5Pa)。

温度90〜95℃− 60秒で脱水=約16gの水
温度21℃− 60秒で脱水=約13.5gの水
さらなる試行を行い、そこではさらに多くのイオン(特にCa2+イオン)が除去された。
出発点において、総量は20gの湿ったMFCであった。

Claims (16)
- セルロースを含むスラリーの、脱水を使用する精製のためのプロセスであって、以下のステップ:
− セルロース及び液体を含むスラリーを用意するステップ、
− スラリーを、スラリーの液体の流動を誘導する電場にさらすステップ、
− 液体をセルロースから分離し、したがって、液体が枯渇されたスラリーを得るステップ、
− 液体が枯渇されたスラリーに洗浄液を添加するステップ、
− 液体が枯渇されたスラリーを、スラリーの洗浄液の流動を誘導する電場にさらすステップ、並びに
− セルロースから洗浄液を分離し、したがって、精製セルロースを得るステップ
を含む上記プロセス。 - 前記セルロースがミクロフィブリル化セルロースであり、前記脱水を使用する精製が塩/イオン枯渇及び/又は遊離糖枯渇であり、並びに前記洗浄液が有機溶媒である、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 脱水が電気浸透によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のプロセス。
- 10〜100Vの電圧を有する電場が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- スラリーを脱水するために圧力も適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 圧力が、電場が適用されて脱水が始まった後に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 圧力が機械的な圧力であることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載のプロセス。
- 脱水、又は塩/イオン枯渇及び/若しくは遊離糖枯渇前の、セルロースを含むスラリーの乾燥含量が、1〜50重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記セルロースがミクロフィブリル化セルロースである、請求項8に記載のプロセス。
- セルロースを含む脱水されたスラリーの乾燥含量が、5〜50重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記セルロースがミクロフィブリル化セルロースである、請求項10に記載のプロセス。
- 脱水中のスラリーの温度が、30℃を超え、100℃未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- スラリーが、電場によって刺激される、ナノ粒子、吸収剤、塩、遊離糖及び/又は界面活性剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 洗浄液が水及び/又は有機溶媒である、請求項1、3から13までのいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 対イオン交換及び/又は1つ若しくは複数のさらなる洗浄ステップが後に続く、請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記精製セルロースが、増強剤、増粘剤、粘度調整剤、レオロジー調整剤、粉末洗剤、粉末石鹸、洗剤、泡沫組成物、バリア、フィルム、食品、医薬組成物、化粧品、紙若しくはボード製品、コーティング、衛生若しくは吸収製品、エマルション若しくは分散化剤、掘削泥水、複合材料において、水の浄化において、フィルターにおいて、太陽電池において、電池において、電子回路において使用される、又は再生セルロース若しくはセルロース誘導体の製造においてセルロースの反応性を強化するために使用される、請求項1〜15までのいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
