Abstract
La presente invención ofrece un método para la recolección de un carotenoide a partir del cultivo de una bacteria productora de carotenoides con un alto rendimiento. Específicamente, la presente invención ofrece un método para separar un carotenoide compuesto de una etapa de precipitación de un concentrado que contiene el carotenoide proveniente del cultivo de una bacteria productora de carotenoides bajo condiciones acídicas; y un método para la producción de un carotenoide que comprende las etapas de precipitación de un concentrado que contiene el carotenoide del cultivo de una bacteria productora de carotenoides bajo condiciones acídicas, y la recolección del carotenoide del precipitado obtenido.
