Abstract
aparelho de purificação de amostra biológica automático equipado com parte de aplicação de campo magnético, método de extração de substância-alvo da amostra biológica, e método de purificação e expressão de proteína. a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de purificação automática para separação de uma substância-alvo de uma pluralidade de amostras biológicas, e mais especificamente se refere a um dispositivo de purificação de amostra biológica automática possuindo uma unidade de aplicação de campo magnético para purificar a amostra biológica; a unidade deaplicação de campo magnético sendo integrada a uma parte de aquecimento de tal forma a permitir o movimento vertical. além disso, a presente invenção se refere a um método de extração de uma substãncia-alvo de uma mostra biológica pela utilização do dispositivo de purificação de amostra biológica automática possuindo a unidade de aplicação de campo magnético.
