Abstract
Изобретение относится к молоку с длительным сроком хранения или к соответствующим молочным продуктам, а также к способу получения таких продуктов с длительным сроком хранения и к устройству для обработки молока, предназначенному для осуществления способа. Способ согласно изобретению отличается комбинированием физического отделения микроорганизмов и высокотемпературной обработки в течение самое большее 200 мс, при этом установлено, что получающийся в результате продукт обладает полезными свойствами.
