Abstract
L'invention concerne un tamis moléculaire super-macroporeux, son procédé de fabrication et son application. Le tamis moléculaire contient un premier oxyde et un second oxyde, et un éventuel agent structurant organique et de l'eau ; le premier oxyde est choisi parmi au moins l'un des composés suivants : dioxyde de silicium, dioxyde d'étain, dioxyde de titane et dioxyde de zirconium ; le second oxyde est choisi parmi au moins l'un des composés suivants : oxyde d'aluminium, oxyde de bore, oxyde de fer, oxyde de gallium, oxyde de terre rare, oxyde d'indium et oxyde de vanadium. La surface spécifique totale du tamis moléculaire est de 400 à 600 m2/g, et son volume poreux est de 0,3 à 0,5 ml/g ; il a une structure spongieuse et s'ouvre sur des pores et/ou des mésopores grossiers sur la surface de la structure spongieuse, et a une morphologie cristalline colonnaire. Le tamis moléculaire peut être fabriqué en utilisant le composé de formule (I) en tant qu'agent structurant. Le tamis moléculaire est capable d'adsorber un nombre de molécules plus important et des molécules de plus grande taille, et présente donc d'excellentes propriétés d'adsorption/de catalyse.
