Abstract

HIDROGENAçãO DE GLICEROL EM FASE VAPOR. Processo para a hidrogenação de glicerol, no qual uma alimentação compreendendo glicerol é colocada em contato com um jato de gás contendo hidrogênio e submetida à hidrogenação na fase de vapor na presença de um catalisador numa temperatura de cerca de 160°C até cerca de 260°C, uma pressão de cerca de 10 até cerca de 30 bar, uma proporção de hidrogênio para glicerol de 400:1 até cerca de 600:1 e um tempo de residência de cerca de 0,01 até cerca de 2,5 segundos.
