Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇçO DE PROPENO A PARTIR DE PROPANO. A invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de propeno a partir de propano, incluindo as etapas: A) é provida uma corrente de gás de alimentação a contendo propano; B) a corrente de gás de alimentação a contendo propano e uma corrente de gás contendo oxigênio são alimentadas a uma zona de desidrogenação onde o propano é submetido a uma desidrogenação não oxidante, catalítica, autotérmica a propeno, sendo obtida uma corrente gasosa de produto b contendo propano, propeno, metano, etano, eteno, hidrocarbonetos C<sym>, monóxido de carbono, dióxido de carbono, vapor de água e hidrogênio; C) a corrente gasosa de produto b é resfriada e vapor de água é removido por condensação, sendo obtida uma corrente gasosa de produto c pobre em vapor de água; D) dióxido de carbono é removido por lavagem de gás, sendo obtida uma corrente gasosa de produto d pobre em dióxido de carbono; E) a corrente gasosa de produto d é resfriada e uma corrente liquida de hidrocarbonetos ei contendo propano, propeno, metano, etano, eteno e hidrocarbonetos C<sym> é removida, por condensação, deixando uma corrente gasosa residual e2 contendo metano, hidrogênio e monóxido de carbono; F) a corrente líquida de hidrocarbonetos ei é alimentada a uma primeira zona de destilação e separada por destilação em uma corrente fi contendo propano, propeno e hidrocarbonetos C<sym> e uma corrente 12 contendo etano e eteno; G) a corrente fi é alimentada a uma segunda zona de destilação e separada por destilação em uma corrente de produto g1 contendo propeno uma corrente g2 contendo propano e hidrocarbonetos C<sym>.
