Abstract

<B>PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE MONO-OLEFINAS A PARTIR DE HIDROCARBONETOS PARAFìNICOS<D> Um processo para a produção de uma mono-olefina a partir de uma carga que compreende um hidrocarboneto para-fínico, processo este que compreende as etapas de: (a) introdução da carga e de um gás contendo oxigênio molecular em um fracionador auto-térmico onde se faz os mesmos reagirem por desidrogenação oxidativa para formar um produto que compreende uma, ou mais, mono-olefina (s) e gás de síntese, (b) separação do produto da etapa (a) em uma corrente contendo gás de síntese e uma, ou mais olefinas e recuperação de a uma, ou mais olefina (s), (c) colocação da corrente contendo gás de síntese separada na etapa (b) em contato ou (i) com um catalisador para a conversão do gás de síntese em metanol em condições tais que o gás de síntese seja convertido em metanol; ou (ii) com um catalisador para a reação de deslocamento do gás por água em condições tais, que o monóxido de carbono no gás de síntese seja convertido por reação com água em hidrogênio e dióxido de carbono, e recuperando-se então o hidrogênio; ou (iii) com um catalisador para a conversão do gás de síntese em hidrocarbonetos em condições tais, que o gás de síntese seja convertido em um produto de hidrocarboneto, recuperando-se e em seguida pelo menos parte do produto de hidrocarboneto.
