Abstract

Предложен способ производства синтез-газа и олефинов, включающий подачу смеси реагентов каталитического частичного окисления (КЧО) (кислород, первые углеводороды, водяной пар) в реактор КЧО (катализатор КЧО), где смесь реагентов КЧО взаимодействует посредством реакции КЧО в реакторе КЧО с получением выходящего потока реактора КЧО (H2, CO, CO2, вода, непрореагировавшие первые углеводороды); подачу сырья крекинг-установки (вторые углеводороды) в крекинг-установку с получением продукта крекинг-установки (олефинов), богатого водородом потока (водород, CH4) и потока извлечения углеводородов (C4+ углеводороды), где первый и второй углеводороды являются одинаковыми или разными; извлечение обогащенного водородом потока (водород) и обогащенного углеводородами потока (CH4) из богатого водородом потока; и введение в контакт выходящего потока реактора КЧО с обогащенным водородом потоком с получением обогащенного водородом синтез-газа, и где отношение M ((H2-CO2)/(CO+CO2)) обогащенного водородом синтез-газа больше, чем отношение M выходящего потока реактора КЧО.
