Abstract
Способ получения синтез-газа и олефинов, включающий подачу смеси реагентов для частичного каталитического окисления (CPO), содержащей кислород, первые углеводороды и необязательно пар, в зону реакции CPO, содержащую катализатор CPO, таким образом, что по меньшей мере часть смеси реагентов для CPO реагирует посредством экзотермической реакции CPO с образованием синтез-газа, содержащего водород (H2), монооксид углерода (CO), диоксид углерода (CO2), воду и непрореагировавшие первые углеводороды, причем синтез-газ отличается молярным отношением M, определяемым как (H2-CO2)/(CO+CO2); подачу подаваемой смеси для зоны крекинга, содержащего вторые углеводороды, в зону крекинга таким образом, что по меньшей мере часть вторых углеводородов подвергается эндотермической реакции крекинга с образованием потока продуктов зоны крекинга, содержащего олефины, водород и непрореагировавшие вторые углеводороды; и охлаждение зоны реакции CPO за счет нагревания зоны крекинга при охлаждении зоны реакции CPO посредством теплопередачи между зоной реакции CPO и зоной крекинга.
