Abstract
PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA DESCAREPAçãO DE UMA TIRA METáLICA. A invenção se refere a um processo e dispositivo para descarepação de uma tira metálica (1), de modo particular, de uma tira laminada a quente constituída de aço normal, ou de uma tira laminada a frio ou laminada a quente constituída de aço inoxidável austenítico ou ferrítico. De acordo com o dito processo, a tira metálica (1) é guiada em uma direção de transporte (R) através de pelo menos um dispositivo descarepador de plasma (2, 3), de tal modo que ela possua uma temperatura definida a jusante do dispositivo de resfriamento (4, 5). A invenção também se refere a um processo, de acordo com o qual a tira é dotada de um revestimento constituído de um metal de cobertura, usando o calor produzido pelo processo de descarepação com plasma, após o mesmo.
