Abstract
"MONTAGEM DE LIGAçãO INCLUINDO UM MEMBRO DE SUPORTE PLáSTICO E UM ELEMENTO PLáSTICO DOTADO DE ROSCA". A presente invenção refere-se a um elemento dotado de rosca de material plástico para uma montagem de ligação que tem um perfil de rosca formado unicamente com um pequeno ângulo de perfil entre 300 e 500 e uma crista arredondada de um raio de curvatura relativamente grande. A folga entre as revoluções da rosca tem um volume que excede aquele da rosca. De modo a proporcionar uma geometria de corte específica do perfil de rosca, o elemento dotado de rosca compreende uma pluralidade de segmentos angulares que são radialmente deslocados com relação um ao outro tal que os segmentos angulares adjacentes proporcionam bordas de corte. Além do mais, uma ferramenta e um método para fazer tal montagem de ligação são descritos.
