Abstract

ILETE DE ROSCA DE FORMAçãO AUTOMáTICA DE RANHURA"<D>. Parafuso fixador produzido por laminação a frio com filete de rosca de formação automática de ranhura para o atarraxamento, especialmente em materiais sintéticos termoplásticos, com uma base de filete de rosca essencialmente contínua e cilíndrica e de idêntica altura, sendo que os vãos entre dentes de rosca contíguos ao longo de filete de rosca são de configuração idêntica. O parafuso apresenta a combinação das seguintes características: 1) o diâmetro externo Do e o diâmetro nuclear Dk do fideza de 1,2 a 1,4; 2) a distância axial P de dentes de filete de rosca vizinhos forma a altura H com os dentes de filete de rosca um quociente Q2=P/H situado entre 2,75 e 2,9; 3) o ângulo de vértice dos dentes de filete de rosca situa-se aproximadamente ao redor de 30°; ou 1) o diâmetro externo Do e o diâmetro nuclear Dk do filete de rosca formam um quociente Q1=Do/Dk na grandeza de 1,25 a 1,65; 2 forma com a altura H dos dentes de rosca um quociente Q2=P/H situado entre 2,35 e 2,7; 3) o ângulo aproximadamente ao redor de 30°.
