Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.冷間転造により形成され、特に熱可塑性樹脂にねじ込むため、ほぼ一貫した 円筒状のねじ底(8)および一貫して同じ高さの頂点を有するねじ山(10)を 備え、隣り合うねじ山(10)間の自由空間はタッピンねじ(2、11)に沿っ て均一に形成された固定ねじにおいて、 1.ねじの外径Doおよび谷径Dkが形成する式Q1=Do/Dkが1.2 から1.4の大きさであること、 2.隣り合うねじ山の軸方向間隔Pおよびねじ山高さHとで形成する式Q2 =P/Hが2.75と2.9の間にあること、 3.ねじ山の頂角が約30度であること、 の特徴を組み合わせてなるタッピンねじを備えた固定ねじ(1)。 2.冷間転造により形成され、特に熱可塑性樹脂にねじ込むため、ほぼ一貫した 円筒歌のねじ底(8)および一貫して同じ高さの頂点を有するねじ山(10)を 備え、隣り合うねじ山(10)間の自由空間はタッピンねじ(2、11)に沿っ て均一に形成された固定ねじにおいて、 1.ねじの外径Doおよび谷径Dkが形成する式Q1=Do/Dkが1.2 5から1.65の大きさであること、 2.隣り合うねじ山の軸方向間隔Pおよびねじ山高さHとで形成する式Q2 =P/Hが2.35と2.7の間にあること、 3.ねじ山の頂角が約30度であること、 の特徴を組み合わせてなるタッピンねじを備えた固定ねじ(21)。
