Abstract

"PARTìCULAS DE LIBERAçãO PROLONGADA DE MEDICAMENTOS E MéTODO PARA PREPARAR AS MESMAS". A presente invenção refere-se a partículas com liberação prolongada de teofilina, que contêm uma estrutura de partículas homogêneas do núcleo, e que podem mascarar eficazmente o sabor desagradável de medicamentos, e que apresentam uma excelente capacidade de liberação prolongada do medicamento (capacidade de dissolução) e uma estabilidade destacada durante a estocagem. Particularmente, a presente invenção fornece, dentre outras coisas, um método para preparar partículas com liberação prolongada de teofilina, compreendendo as etapas de aquecer um material-base de matriz que contém um éster de ácido graxo com poliglicerol, teofilina e etil-celulose, para dar uma mistura liquefeita; atomizar a mistura fundida para obter partículas esféricas do núcleo, que têm um diâmetro médio de partícula de 250 <109>m ou menos; e aplicar um pó fino às partículas do núcleo usando revestimento por fusão.
