Abstract
"PROCESSO DE COLETA DE POLIIDROXIALCANOATO ALTAMENTE PURO DE CéLULAS MICROBIANAS". Pretende-se apresentar um processo de separação e purificação de PHA, pelo qual constituintes celulares diferentes de partículas de PHA possam ser eficientemente removidos de células microbianas contendo PHA e, dessa forma, PHA altamente puro possa ser obtido em alto rendimento, sem causar qualquer diminuição séria do peso molecular, e um processo de obtenção de agregados de grãos de PHA. A saber, um processo de coleta de PHA que compreende a submissão de uma suspensão aquosa de células microbianas contendo PHA a um tratamento de ruptura mecânica a baixa temperatura e adição de um álcali para, dessa forma, romper eficientemente as células microbianas e, após a coleta do PHA, tratamento com uma enzima e/ou um surfatante. Além disso, a tamanho de partícula do PHA pode ser aumentado por suspensão do PHA em um solvente hidrofílico e/ou água e agitação da suspensão a uma temperatura abaixo de seu ponto de ebulição para, dessa forma, induzir a agregação.
