"SEGMENTOS PURIFICADO E ISOLADO DE áCIDO NUCLEICO, VETOR RECOMBINANTE, CéLULAS HOSPEDEIRA RECOMBINANTE, E HOSPEDEIRA PROCARIóTICA OU EUCARIóTICA, COMPOSIçõES PURIFICADA, E FARMACêUTICA, PROCESSOS PARA DETECTAR UMA ESPéCIE DE DNA, PARA DETECTAR UMA CéLULA BACTERIANA QUE EXPRESSE O MRNA QUE CODIFICA A STREPTOCOCCUS EQUISIMILIS HIALURONAN SINTASE, E PARA PRODUZIR áCIDO HIALURÈNICO, SEQUêNCIA DE áCIDO NUCLEICO PURIFICADA E ISOLADA, E, SEQUêNCIA DE cDNA" A presente invenção diz respeito a um segmento de ácido nucleido tendo um segmento de região codificadora que codifica a hialuronato sintase do Streptococcus equisimilis, enzimaticamente ativa (seHAS) e ao uso deste segmento de ácido nucleico na preparação de células recombinantes que produzem a hialuronato sintase e o seu produto de ácido hialurónico. O hialuronato também é conhecido como ácido hialurónico ou hialuronan.
