Patente de Invenção: <B>"SEQuêNCIAS DE NUCLEOTìDIOS PARA O GENE TAL"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um polinucleotídio isolado a partir de bactérias corineformes, que compreende uma sequência de polinucleotídios escolhida a partir do grupo que consiste em a) um polinucleotídio que seja idêntico no comprimento em pelo menos 70% a um polinucleotídio que codifique para um polipeptídio que compreenda as seq³ências de aminoácido da SEQ ID NO. 2 ou da SEQ ID NO. 4, b) polinucleotídio que codifica para um polipeptídio o qual compreende uma seq³ência de aminoácido que é idêntica no comprimento em pelo menos 70% a seq³ência de aminoácido da SEQ ID NO. 2 ou da SEQ ID NO. 4, c) polinucleotídio que é complementar aos polinucleotídios de a) ou b), e d) polinucleotídio que compreende, pelo menos 15 nucleotídios sucessivos das seq³ências de polinucleotídios de a), b) ou c), e a um processo para a preparação de L-aminoácidos, que compreende a execução das etapas que se seguem: a) fermentação da bactéria que produz o L-aminoácido desejado, na qual, pelo menos o gene tal é amplificado, b) concentração do produto desejado no meio ou nas células da bactéria e c) isolamento do L-aminoácido desejado.
