Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"SEQuêNCIAS DE NUCLEOTìDEO QUE CODIFICAM PARA O GENE dapF"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um polinucleotídeo isolado, compreendendo uma seq³ência de polinucleotídeo escolhida do grupo consistindo em a) polinucleotídeo que é idêntico na medida de pelo menos 70% a um polinucleotídeo que codifica para um polipeptídeo que compreende a seq³ência de aminoácido de SEQ ID NO.2, b) polinucleotídeo que é idêntico na medida de pelo menos 70% a um polinucleotídeo que codifica para o polipeptídeo que é expresso pelo gene dapF contido no plasmídeo pEC-XT99A-dapF na cepa de C. glutâmico DSM 12968 depositado, c) polinucleotídeo que codifica para um polipetídeo que compreende uma seq³ência de aminoácido que é idêntica na medida de pelo menos 70% à seq³ência de aminoácido de SEQ ID NO. 2, d) polinucleotídeo que é complementar aos polinucleotídeos de a), b) ou c), e e) polinucleotídeo compreendendo pelo menos 15 bases sucessivas da seq³ência de polinucleotídeo de a), b), c) ou d), e um processo para a preparação fermentativa de L-Lisina com amplificação do gene dapF.
