Patente de Invenção: <B>"SEQuêNCIAS DE NUCLEOTìDEOS CODIFICANDO GENE PGI"<D>. Polinucleotídeo isolado contendo uma seq³ência de polinucleotídeos selecionada do grupo a) polinucleotídeo que é pelo menos 70% idêntico a um polinucleotídeo que codifica um polipeptídio contendo a seq³ência de aminoácidos de SEQ ID NO:2, b) polinucleotídeo que codifica um polipeptídio que contém uma seq³ência de aminoácidos que é pelo menos 70% idêntica à seq³ência de aminoácidos de SEQ ID NO:2, c) polinucleotídeo que é complementar aos polinucleotídeos de a) ou b), e d) polinucleotídeos contendo pelo menos 15 bases sucessivas da seq³ência de polinucleotídeos de a), b) ou c), e processo para aumento de fluxo metabólico através de ciclo pentose fosfato através de atenuação de gene pgi.
