Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "SEQuêNCIAS DE NUCLEOTìDEOS QUECODIFICAM PARA O GENE DAPC E PROCESSO PARA APRODUçãO DE L-LISINA". A invenção refere-se a umpolinucleotídeo isolado a partir da bactéria corineforme quecontém, pelo menos uma seq³ência de polinucleotídeoselecionada a partir do grupo que consiste de: a) umpolinucleotídeo que seja pelo menos 70% idêntico a umpolinucleotídeo que codifique para um polipeptídio que contenha aseq³ência de aminoácidos da SEQ ID NO. 2, b) umpolinucleotídeo que codifique para um polipeptídio que contenha aseq³ência de aminoácidos que seja pelo menos 70% idêntico aseq³ência de aminoácidos da SEQ ID NO. 2, C) umpolinucleotídeo que seja complementar aos polinucleotídeos de a),b), e d) um polinucleotídeo que contenha pelo menos 15nucleotídeos sucessivos das seq³ências de polinucleotídeos a), b)ou c), e a um processo para a produção por fermentação deL-aminoácidos, de modo específico da L-lisina.
