Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SEQUêNCIAS DE NUCLEOTìDEOS QUE CODIFICAM O GENE DE OPCA"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um polinucleotídeo isolado de bactérias corinoformes, compreendendo pelo menos uma sequência de polinucleotídeos escolhida do grupo que consiste em a) polinucleotídeo que é idêntico na extensão de pelo menos 70% a um polinucleotídeo que codifica polipeptídeos que compreendem pelo menos uma das sequências de aminoácidos de acordo com SEQ ID NO: 3 ou SEQ ID NO: 5 ou SEQ ID NO: 8 ou SEQ ID NO: 10, b) polinucleotídeo que codifica polipeptídeos que compreendem sequências de aminoácidos que são idênticas na extensão de pelo menos 70% às sequências de aminoácidos de acordo com SEQ ID NO: 3 ou SEQ ID NO: 5 ou de acordo com SEQ ID NO: 8 ou SEQ ID NO: 10, c) polinucleotídeo que é complementar aos polinucleotídeos de a) ou b), ou d) polinucleotídeo compreendendo pelo menos 15 nucleotídeos sucessivos das sequências de polinucleotídeos de a), b) ou c) e um processo para a preparação fermentativa de L-aminóacidos, que compreende nos microorganismos corinoformes que em particular já produzem L-aminoácidos, a) ampliação, em particular ultra-expressão, além do gene de opcA, pelo menos uma das sequências de nucleotídeos que codificam o gene de tat, gene de tkl, gene de zwf ou o gene de devB, b) concentração do L-aminoácido desejado no meio ou nas células das bactérias e c) isolamento do L-aminoácido.
